Very efficient and Dr. Patel explained everything before it was to happen and answered all of my questions. I love that this place is just an optometrist and not also a glasses retail location. Easiest and most pleasant eye appointment experience!

It took me two different visits to finally get my contacts in! Victoria and Marissa were observant for when I would begin to get frustrated would reassure me that I could do it on between both visits! They were very patient with me and gave me many different techniques to put it in and take out my contacts in a friendly and positive manner! And Dr.Davidson and Dr.Patel are very professional. Very informative with the information given along with answering questions in a understanding manner.-10/10 would definitely go back

These people are so over the top with customer service! They are thoughtful, friendly and professional! They printed a copy of my insurance for me, thoroughly checked my eyes during the exam, even helped me make my decision on eye glasses by suggesting that I take a selfie 🤳 so I could use my own glasses to see what the new ones will look like. I had a wonderful experience with this office! The front office staff was able to fit me in a same-day appointment for an eye exam and were very helpful and communicative with my insurance coverage. Dr. El-Hag took her time and made sure to answer all my questions.She provided a trial pair of contacts after my exam, which was a life saver since I tore one of my last contact lenses the day before and walked into her office initially wearing only one contact lens. Very pleased with my appointment and will be returning!

This was my first visit to this office as the purpose was an annual eye exam and I was very pleased. I was greeted with a warm welcome by one of the three awesome office staff to fill out some paper work and all of them were professional and outgoing. Each part of the equipment that was utilized on my annual exam was disinfected and everyone wore masks. Dr. Davidson is absolutely wonderful! She was very informative with her eye diagnosis along with next steps for me to gain better vision as I will be trying progressive lenses for the first time. I highly recommend this optometrist group!

This office location and the staff along with the optometrist are absolutely amazing. I have been getting glasses and contacts for over 30 years unfortunately but this experience s a new patient made more knowledgeable, qas pleasurable and comfortable as Im getting older and have to get into multi-line glasses and the optometrist took plenty of time to explain everything for me and was very thorough with everything in my eye exams and contact lens fitting and went over everything that I had before I left and my prescription was written in such a way that it made sense on what I was ordering next door. Very pleased!! First time going today for my yearly routine eye appointment for me and my two boys ages 12 and 13. Had the pleasure of getting Dr. Davidson. She was super sweet and patient with us all. The little things are so important to me. My oldest wears hearing aids and is very self conscious and wont ask for help if he missed what was said. Since Covid, mask have been a nightmare since he also reads lips. Dr. Davidson was so patient with him even with her mask on and during the exam This is my new go to eye Dr. for sure. And the 2 front desk ladies were very kind as well.Being right next to Visionworks is also very helpful bc that is how I found out about this place. Visionworks sent me a notice for my younger son to get a new eye exam. Did everything online and in 2 days we had the appointment. We used to go inside Collin Creek Mall but its gone now. So happy to find a new family eye doctor. Go get your eyes checked here!!!

I saw Dr Davidson yesterday and it was the WORST appointment I have ever been to. I went in as a new patient for a yearly exam, waiting over an hour past my appointment to see her, she then brought me in, showed me one line with the same prescription as my glasses were and said, looks like it’s still the same, so you’re good! She then explained that we didn’t need to do a full exam “this late in the day.” Are you serious? I’ve been going to the eye doctor every year since I was young and I have NEVER had a doctor not do the actual exam! Then they charged me my copay, PLUS ANOTHER $60 for a “contact consultation” which I’ve been wearing contacts for 15 years. I think I know how to use them. And if my entire exam lasted less than 3 minutes I can guarantee you I didn’t get $60 worth of anything!! Do NOT go to Dr Davidson. Your eyes deserve better!!Update:I was contacted by Switalski and they let me come back in and see another Doctor. This time I felt like I got a full exam and was much more comfortable with my experience. This doctor actually took the time to answer questions, check my contacts, get me a new pair of contacts and actually look at my eye. He also ordered me contacts to help with my astigmatism that I didnt know I had.However, I did find out that the $60 at my first appointment was supposed to be to get a new pair of contacts and for the doctor to fit them to my eye and make sure I was still wearing the proper brand. Im fine with that, but since Dr. Davidson didnt give me a set of contacts or check them, and was standing there when I asked the reception desk about it and still didnt say anything, I stand by my previous review. If you go to Switalski, I recommend you see another doctor besides Dr Davidson.

Great visit with Dr. Davidson. Very professional.Its unfortunate the shop does not take medicare . I pay out of pocket and the exam fee is very high. I will hate to leave Dr. Davidson but Im considering getting a medicare plan.

Always quick and friendly! This was my second time there in 2 years, and the second time was way faster because the eye doc was prepared with my vision info from the previous visit. They’re also following sanitary precautions for COVID-19.

Went for my first eye doctor appointment in 10 years! I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect but the receptionist and Dr. Switalski made me feel very at ease. Receptionist was responsive, friendly and made me feel welcomed. Dr Switalski was very informative and I didn’t feel rushed, answered all my questions and was really helpful with everything. I went on a Saturday at 3pm, and was actually expecting a not so good service due to the day and time of appointment but I had the best experience ever and will definitely go back. Highly recommend!

Dr. Davidson at Switalski was excellent to deal with. Being a long-time glasses user, Dr. Davidson didnt treat me like I was naive, nor did she explain things too technically. The exam was quick, easy, and great detail was paid to certain risk factors that impact glasses users as well as other risks involving eye health that runs in families. The staff was down to earth and very kind, and a great deal of attention was paid to the cleanliness of both the office and the various instruments used during the exam. I will be back for sure.

I went in as a new patient and at first it was great. Got my new glasses and it’s the wrong prescription. Dr.Switalski said I had a astigmatism in my left eye which was never found before and I’ve been wearing glasses since I was 12 and it just so happens that that is the side that is bothering me. Going back today to see if they will fix it so here’s hoping.

Office staff was helpful.As an Infection Prevention nurse, was pleased to see equipment wiped with alcohol between patients.
