Long time customer that will not return. Anti-vaccination and political rhetoric have no place during an eye exam. Medical assistant discussed anti-vaccination views while standing less than a foot away. Unprofessional in any environment, especially a medical setting.
Losing a customer after 10 years. Dr Kirkland is great, but when my wife took her glasses in because of issues, she was told that they were made incorrectly and that the measurements were off. She went back to where they were made and also got another opinion. They both said the glasses were made correctly according to the script. When she called back to Legacy vision, they changed their story and said my wife was the one that is incorrect and confused. Say what you mean and mean what you say. I dont know if this was their attempt to make sure we bought glasses through them, but it looks like they lied to my wife when she inquired the first time and in the end they lost my familys business after being loyal customers for 10 years. Im sad to go, but you lost our trust.

Dr. Kirkland is very proficient and thorough. His staff is experienced and, apparently, loyal (same friendly faces there for many years). I would recommend him (Legacy Vision) to anyone who is looking for quality, affordable eye care. Ive been a patient for over 15 years and wouldnt think of going anywhere else.
I have been Dr. Kirklands patient for about 8 years. He is the most competent and kind optometrist I have ever known (and I have known quite a few in my 40+ years of wearing glasses). He takes time to explain your exam results and answer all questions. I have never felt rushed during and after an eye exam. The staff at Legacy Vision is also very kind and professional. Very uncommon in this era of rush to grab the cash.
Its been over 10 years since I began coming here. The staff is always so kind and friendly. One of the main reasons I keep coming back. They make you feel really comfortable.
What an awesome team. They were very helpful and made me feel like family. The Optometrist was amazing and explained everything to me. Ive never had such great service from an eye doctor before.
Dr. Kirkland has been nothing but wonderful to me. Ive been going to Legacy Vision for a couple of years now. I can honestly say that hes the best eye doctor Ive ever seen. Dr. Kirkland knows what hes doing and so does the staff he has working for him.
Be careful! They dont tell you everything up front until you made payment, and you have no choice but accepted what they could offer. They never refund!.
My teenager received a great service from Dr. Kirkland and he was very pleased.
They will tell you that this is covered by insurance, and after the service, they will bill you saying that the insurance doesnt cover. You may get the bill after a year when you will have no clue as to what is going around. You are better off going to costco and paying upfront than using these guys.
I have been coming to this doctor for the past 6 years and always had a good service.
Bad customer service. Cant seem to handle hard questions about pricing and insurance. Found many other Vision centers willing and able to help and want my business.
Avoid the headache! The staff has no desire to provide good customer service. I have been going round and round with them almost a year on a pair of prescription MauiJim sunglasses. They also made another pair of Ray-Bans in the wrong prescription the first time and they look nothing like Ray Bans now because they lost the screws and the lenses are not the right tint. A waste of money. Ridiculous! Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else.
Were told the glasses have a one year insurance frame and lens.husband fell and was told there is no warranty..
