Everyone was very nice and helpful whenever I had questions about the location of products or needed help finding a specific brand! They were all friendly and the selection was great as always. I love coming here for new nail colors and they always have the reliable staples and not only high end brands so I love coming to Ulta whenever I can to just browse and see if theres anything new to try out!!

Appreciated the staff taking the time to help me out, finding make up for beginners. The selection is awesome, and I cant wait to dig in again!

Great selection, clean store, kind & helpful associates. Raven was super helpful & sweet, & helped me get exactly what I wanted. Their prices are a bit high, but overall, its a great place to shop.

They cancel every appointment I make with them at the last minute or cancel my appointment and dont even tell me. Last time I came to get a haircut the lady didnt even wash my hair which was supposed to be included in the price. Im done trying with this location even though its less than 5 minutes from my house. Ill do whatever it takes to never come here again.

This place has everything you could need. Every time I walk In to purchase a gift for my wife or daughter I end up with a gift for myself. The staff doesn’t bother you but gives plenty of assistance when you ask. (Which I really like). Quality products and plenty of selections. Full service options are available. Plenty of parking for the facility.

Found everything I was looking for and more, service was great. The associate that helped me was knowledgeable, friendly and offered great suggestions. They were available to answer questions, happy to help and quick to check out despite a line of guests. I went in for $60 expense and walked out with $170 of product, dont ever underestimate the power of a friendly face, availability and good customer service. Looking forward to going back.

I have been an Ulta customer for years, but had never visited their salon. Got a cut, color, and extensions by Mandana at the Plano location. She is incredible talent and a master of her trade! I was nervous and excited both for the extensions, as I have never used them. She matched my color so well it was like magic! Glad I found her! Thanks for the great service!

The service that I received three days ago at the Salon wasn’t all that great. The stylist who cut my hair did not do a great job at all and she over charged me. I gave “M” an inspiration picture and asked for layers. Did not receive that. Although the store manager was very nice and gave me a full refund and offered another stylist to fix it. Would not recommend getting haircuts there but always continue to shop for other things there.

I was met w/a woman who asked if she could help me. So, I explained what I was looking for, as well as, my price range. She showed me 2 things and then left. Now, most people, including myself, normally want to be left alone. However, in this case, it seemed as if she couldnt be bothered. Never saw her again.

This place has changed due to the Covid. Staff was there was not very attentive. Had to ask for help in finding what I was looking for. The stock of items is not the same either like it used to be. Its not full of products and couldnt find the size I wanted and ended up buying a different size just so that I could have it.

They have a wide variety of products that I usually would not expect to be here, which is a good thing! I just dont like the way they try to act like some products dont have bad ingredients that could possibly make you look like a potato. Theyre just like Oh, I love that & I use that all the time.. When in reality I have to return products with horrible ingredients that made my skin breakout.

I went in somewhat frustrated with my previous beard and soap supplies. I had Duke Cannon for a while and they recently did me wrong. I wanted to find some new beard oils, wax and hand lotions. I am super picky with my hand lotion, as a man I do not like the oily feel most lotions leave. Sam helped me and went above and beyond to help me with all my beard and lotion needs. She recommended a hand lotion that blows away Duke Cannon by far. She helped me find the best Jack Black face wash and Billy Jealousy bead care. She was more than patient with me and exceeded my expectations. Thank you Sam, I will return to get your expertise again for sure.

I came into the Plano location today; Solely to browse and actually return one item. But I ended coming to the conclusion that I may have need more than I thought I would. Luckily—after a hard day. I was greeted with by a consultant named Mies immediately. After browsing for a bit I was then pleasantly attended to by the GM Miss Sharee. Who informed by about the benefits of establishing the credit rewards program with as much as I shop there. Even though I mistakenly thought the store closed at 8 and came in around 6:45 both ladies were helpful patient and got me signed up and let me take advantage of my credit and 20% off immediately. You don’t find customer service like that anymore! Those 2 are definitely keepers. Thank you for such kind hospitality!

Young lady named halin saw us come in, wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed help with anything or was just browsing . I Proceeded to walk towards the register to return the item I had, her attitude was not at all friendly or welcoming . Asked her a question about the returned transaction & she just shrugged her shoulders and said “ i don’t know “ in a nonchalant attitude. Smh

This is one of the only locations of Ulta that I will go to. Angela did an absolutely fantastic job with my color and haircut! She recommended (not pushed) products to help keep the color last longer. The staff is always super helpful in finding and recommending/ finding new items.

They hound people at the door too much and are quick to give you a reason you should turn around if you are black! I walked around the store just to be annoying and didn’t attempt to buy anything despite having a gift card for them just because they annoying!

Very large selection in most items and customer service great! I was asked if I needed help with choosing items which I dont get in Florida.

I got my first facial with Olivia who is the skin therapist there! She is literally amazing! So down to earth and obviously passionate about helping people no matter what it is but especially when dealing with skin care. She was so kind to help me match my foundation and her facial service rocked! Highly recommend getting a facial from her!

Grateful to Alicia for doing my eyebrows for the first time in a year and a half. They were super unkempt, and she took her time. Now they look great. Also great customer service from Kaitlyn and the manager helping me order something that was sold out.

Great experience. Bought a new cologne. Was so thankful they had testers out to try. Had just left Sephora because they had no way to test the colognes! Sorry, but not gonna buy if I cant smell and try the fragrance first! Sephora lost a sale and Ulta made a sale!

The customer service at this location has been top-notch for years.I went to purchase an item from Clinique. I was disappointed that Ulta will only be carrying a small amount of the Clinique line now. They did expand their product line from Lancome.Overall, I much prefer shopping at Ulta over the kiosks in department stores.

So...I procrastinated and called The Salon the day I needed to get my hair done and they were able to fit me into their busy schedule. Even though they were busy they still took the time to sincerely ask what I wanted and what my issues/concerns were with my hair. The hairdresser gave me a bunch of advice that was tailored to my hair needs and she was very gentle when she was brushing my hair. I definitely recommend this Ulta and The Salon! However, you may want to try your best to schedule an appointment because it’s definitely worth it!

This is not my normal Ulta but the girls were very nice and helpful with my granddaughters picking out new makeup.

I visited the Salon at Ulta for the first time today and left beyond happy with the service! Julie was amazing and did a great job on my hair. She gave very good tips on hair treatment and how to maintain my hair healthy. Will definitely be coming back!

Its a smaller ulta and it just doesnt seem as well stocked as some of the others.

I’ve gotten to a point where I just assume this place won’t have what I’m looking for. I always check the website to see if Ulta carries something before coming in but it’s been about a year now that I lived right near this Ulta and most of the time they don’t have the brand or product I’m looking for and tell me to go to a location 20-30 min away. They just don’t carry much.

Very odd exchange at this store recently. I had to go in to look for a red lipstick for my daughters choir concert. The sales lady led me to a $32 (Lancôme)lipstick. For something my daughter would only wear 2-4 times at best. I went and found a much cheaper lipstick. While I was also looking at another brand (IT Cosmetics)of makeup for myself, a different sales lady said, you shouldnt need it if you have a good skin care program. Well. I possibly have a good skin care program, but I still like the brand of makeup I was looking at. Then the lady who showed me to the $32 lipstick said she would never try the makeup brand I was looking at. I didnt stick around to see why. Ive never really felt like Ive gotten a sense of friendly customer service at this location.

Julie at the salon is awesome! I used to have her do my hair a couple years ago (but she left ulta for a year and has recently returned). Today she fixed my botched haircut that I received from a new stylist there, and made me feel much better about myself! I will definitely return to have her continue being my hairstylist again.

Had my first haircut at Ulta with beautician Julie. She was absolutely amazing and made my vision of the cut i wanted come to life. Excellent experience with her. I definitely found my new beautician and the prices were great!

Who doesnt love a make up haven? I love the great selection. Awesome sales. Not always crowded. Sales associates are very helpful and not pushy. You can find a variety of drugstore and high-end brands.

I enjoy myself the whole time I am there which is almost three hrs. Its very clean and they have pretty much everything you would be looking for. I would definitely tell people to and enjoy.

Went in to this Ulta to see if they had a cologne for my boyfriend and an eyebrow pencil for my mom. I have been to this ulta before and every time the staff is rude. Not only was the staff unhelpful and pushy they didn’t even look to see if they had the products. when I got online to look it said that location had the brow pencil and cologne. So I took my mom back with me to look at brow pencils and as soon as we got in there all the staff MADE SURE to make it really clear that they’re closing in 10 minutes. No one wanted to help us and the girl that did just rushed us. I asked her to look in the cologne drawer to see if they had the cologne since online said they had it and she sighed and went “they won’t let me open it cause were about to close, and we probably don’t have it online gets it wrong”. Tons of people walked in after us and the staff made it so clear that they were about to close, you could tell all they cared about was getting out of there. As someone who’s worked in customer service for years I found this service very rude. It was as if we stayed until 6 that they would kick us out. If I could give 0 stars I would. By far the most unfriendly ulta I’ve ever been in. It’s worth it to drive to another Ulta.

I took a makeup class with Dani B. It was excellent. I learned so many techniques that make my makeup routine easier, faster than before. I highly recommend it to anybody. She is excellent at haircolor, and haircut.

So my makeup consists of mascara and little eyeliner. But for this event my husband and I are attending this evening, I decided to get my make up done. I’m so glad that I chose Ulta in Plano off central expressway! Julie Veraska did my make up today, and I couldn’t be happier!!! She did such an amazing job I am so happy with what she did to my face. She was not only gentle with my face but she explained everything that she was doing and all the products that she was using. Before putting on my make up she discussed with me what Look I was wanting and she did it precisely. I couldn’t be happier.

It was ok. I went looking for rose hip oil but couldnt find any in the entire store. Also, I was shopping for approximately 20 mins and couldnt find anyone on the floor to help me. Not one person. So frustrating. I wont return to this location. Firewheel is better.

Julie at the salon is amazing! She clearly understood what I was looking for, gave me the perfect haircut and I LOVE it! Shes a wonderful person and its a delight to work with her.

Went in August 2018 to get my hair straightened and I was blessed to have Julie do my hair. I have been in the process of going from red to blonde and Julie has been fantastic! Shes so sweet and funny and every time I leave I get so many compliments on my hair. I know blonde is a process but Im finally at the shade I want. Julie takes care of my hair and recommends products I should try to keep my curls, curly. If youre looking for a new stylist, Julie is the girl you need!!

This location does not carry beauty bakerie products. In fact they actually followed me around the store like I was some kind of thief. When I caught her she gave a bizarre story about customers from the day before stealing stuff like that somehow made what she was doing to me justified. If I could give this Ulta location a zero stars I would. If youre a woman of color dont go to this Ulta!!! They wont greet you as you come in, ask to help you & depending on how dark your skin may be they may just follow you around in the store. Very bad experience at this Ulta location.😡😡

I am a new customer to Ulta and I purchased shampoo and conditioner that left a residue on my hair and they allowed me to return it no problem. They have a good selection, specials and coupons. Staff at this location are always friendly when Im there.

My favorite place to get makeup! They always have what I am looking for in stock and if not, they do not hesitate to put me on a list and call me when it has been replenished. Additionally, they always have great sales and promotions. Well recommended!

First time shopper, hoping to run in and grab a few things to avoid the mall for MAC & Sephora. The floor associates were friendly and helpful. Your cashier was shady af. I did not want to hold up the line to create a rewards account. The cashier decided she would enter her info & earn rewards from my sale. That is theft and it is not at all cool. She did not pay and should not feel entitled to earn rewards. I am not sure if I am more appalled by her thinking she was so slick, or that I would be dumb enough to not look at my receipt. She got the wrong one today! I got a refund, but this is not over. I will stick with MAC & Sephora going forward.

My girl Hollie helped me find a great deal on the benefit gal mascara I wanted plus more and told me about the points I didn’t even realize I had so I ended up spend 10$ less than I expected!! I loved her festive candy cane liner as well, love this ulta!!

I made an appointment with the salon and I drove from South Dallas to Plano only to be told when I got there that my appointment was cancelled because the lady was sent to training. They tried saying they left a voicemail but I had a missed call. No voicemail and my voicemail wasnt full. So today I think Ill give them another chance. I walk in and Im greeted but no smiles just judgmental looks. So I go to get my makeup and theres none on the shelf and no one around to help. I take the sample to the front and ask if they have any that isnt out and the lady rudely says what they have out on the floor is all they have. I used to work at ulta. They always have extra stuff and she didnt even look. Lazy, rude service. Ill be going anywhere else going forward.

I had my hair done by Julie and she was the sweetest!!! I had been trying to get back to my natural hair color after years of dying it and other hair stylists failing to get my weird ash blonde/brown right. It was my first time with her and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She always let me know what she was doing to my hair and focused on me and building a relationship with her clientele. She made my particularly bad day so much better! Thank you so so so much Julie. Forever my hair stylist.

I love Ulta. Though I have not had the best customer experience at this location. I have walked into other locations and the girls have been super sweet, listen and are helpful. This location however I have experienced asking a question getting a blank stare and walk off without a word... Eye rolls... and for some reason attitude when comparing brands or basically any question or interaction at all.Now of I go to this location I dont talk to anyone. Guess what, no one tries to help either. I wish there were different girls at this location. It really is the closest to me and I cringe at the thought of walking in and have driven several miles out of my way to go to a different Ulta location... and always glad when I do. I leave the other stores pretty happy.

I made an appointment with Courtney to correct the tone in my hair. She wasnt available that day but the woman informed me that Courtney was available the following day. I spoke to Courtney about what I wanted and she told me she was able to help me out but when I arrived the next day, Courtney didnt know who I was or why I was there. Regardless, she confirmed I did have an appointment with her at 1pm. I arrived at 12:55 and waited 25 minutes before deciding to leave. On my way out, I saw the same woman that booked my appointment. Her name is Gaberielle and it turns out shes the manager.I explained to Gabrielle that I dont mind that Courtney forgot my appointment, shes a human, mistakes happen. Its the fact that Courtney had no idea who I was after just speaking with me the day before hand, and not apologizing for the mistake. I was ready to go to Sallys and buy my own toner when Gabrielle offered to comp my next appointment with the salon manager.Gabrielle went out of her way to rectify the situation and make sure I left happy! Ill make sure to come back every month now to get my hair toned thanks to her!

Theres no mirrors where the Ulta private label products are and its annoying to carry all the testers to the other side. Also, I was there for like two hours and not one person asked me if I needed help.I get it. They are not trying to pressure you with a million sales reps asking if you need help, but when Im there for over two hours, its probably because I cant seem to be finding what I need.Would have been cool if someone would have helped me select the right colors and brands. Still giving it 3/5 since I was satisfied with the products.

Worst service I ever had. When I pick up this foundation, the outside is a little bit dirty, possibly be returned by someone before. Then I asked for exchange. The cashier just gave me a shocked face and said: are you trying to return just because of the outside is not perfect? Then let me go to the shelf and found one by myself.You can find many good products in this store but the cashier I met really ruin my Friday night. I will never come to this store again.

Went in for last minute Christmas shopping for the wife. Staff was extremely helpful and I found exactly what I was looking for, although it was a bit over-priced. Store was clean and well organized.

I really love the hair salon. I went to ashley for the first time and she did a great job with my highlights. She listed to what I wanted and asked questions to make sure we were on the same page.

I loved the woman that does facials. She was professional, helpful and sweet. The restrooms however were disgusting. They seem short staffed. I walked around for 20 minutes looking for an eyeshadow before someone finally asked me if I needed help finding something!

Great store and great location. But worst service everytime even with 3 years of going here. Employees are always rude and especially racist to women of color. I’ve witnessed this first hand with personal experiences and have seen it happen to other women. It’s 2018 and this should not be happening anymore. Disappointed in poor quality service. Why work in customer service if youre exhibiting rude abhorrent behavior. Its disgusting. Britney was rude as hell.

This place doesnt seem to stock up on its products before theyre about to run out.Its disappointing to go there just to find the racks completely empty. If its something high in demand,stock it before hand. And some of the representatives have sassy attitudes like if I ask if they have more of a product, theyll give a eye roll and point out like thats the rack and do you see anything there? No? Then that means we are out!.I know you have drawers with more stash,thats why I asked,duh.

Always find what Im looking for, even though their selection can be a bit overwhelming at times. I wish there had been someone available to assist me... Today of all days, I could have used a bit of direction and advice, but there were few staff members on hand and they were tied up at check out... Except for one who was texting on her phone. 🙄

This is the best beauty supply store Ive ever visted. Its like an upscale salon giving you options of purchasing from a large inventory of hair and beauty products along with service stations for hair and makeup.

I went to redeem my bd gift & made a purchase. It wasnt until I was home checking my receipt that I realized I had points to redeem that expire in 2 days! Why didnt the associate ask if Id like to use them towards this purchase? Was it so I have to cone back & soend more or just lose the points? Either way, not cool Ulta

Love ❤ my makeup place

So not only is Sanda literally one of the SWEETEST ladies you’ll ever meet, but she did a phenomenal job on my hair! She took the time to really understand what I wanted, what I didn’t want, and explained what was realistic. I would HIGHLY recommend her. I have thick unruly hair and she was so patient and never once complained. Thanks, Sanda!

Customer Service not very good. While one management associate was willing to honor a posted price error, another management associate wanted to argue about it!! Not happy.

Easy in and out. Service was quick and they had the products I wanted. My daughter bought me a wonderful pallete.

Would like a few more helper on the floor, but have found everything I needed. Can do wuick shopping.

Go here when youre not sure about what brand of products you want. Try out some of the makeup and lipsticks and even get help on what may be best for the look youre looking for.

This location always has what Im looking for and doesnt seem to be as crowded as many other Ulta locations which is a huge plus in my opinion.
