Every time I come I always have interactions with the sweetest most helpful people. I love their boba, i usually get the taro coconut swirl with boba and it’s incredible. On my last trip I tried some of the mochi puffs. I tried I presume the normal sugar coating, I’m guessing the purple one is like lavender but I’m unsure and the sesame one. The only one I didn’t like was the sesame the other two were so good! I can’t wait to try new flavors!

First time here but will definitely be coming back. The mochi donuts were so good! My favorite is the black sesame and the staffs were helpful when we asked for recommendations. We did get taro drinks and both were good but a bit too sweet (we will request to reduce the sugar level next time).

So freaking delicious! I got my favorite drink and their boba is so good! My mom got a watermelon slush like drink which was also delicious. She enjoyed it a lot and it tasted like fresh watermelon no artificial flavors. I also got the strawberry puff after being recommended it by the cashier and I’m so sad I only got one. I ended up giving quite a bit to my brother since he was making so many comments about how good it was. I liked that both the breading and the icing were flavorful without being excessive. I really want to try the rest of them now and I cannot believe how freaking fast the service was! We ordered 4 drinks and the puff and they brought it all out before we even finished paying. 10/10 would come here again!

This place is absolutely delicious! Their tapioca pearls are so amazing, especially paired with their classic milk tea! And dont even get me started on the mochi donuts! To. Die. For! 10/10 would definitely recommend! P.S: If you come during the fall, you have to have to HAVE TO try their pumpkin spice! Absolutely splendid!

This has been our favorite bubble tea place since high school! Their happy and garden of eden tea blends are my favorite. The Japanese doughnuts are really fun too!

My girls are addicted to these drinks! They should come with warning labels. 🤪 (a joke)I tried the strawberry and Banana and some of the tapioca in it and found it very enjoyable as a drink and as a textured expression of art food.

I stopped by to try my first mochi donut and W🍩W! 🤩 The banana Nutella one was incredible. 😋 I can’t wait to try their other flavors. The coconut 🥥 milk tea and spicy mango 🥭 peach lemonade were soooo refreshing and delicious! I’m already looking forward to going back. Note: They do not accept cash-cards only.

Another good experience at Fat Straws. First time at the Plano store and as usual, service was fast and efficient. My drink was exactly what I ordered and it was good 😄P.S. If your drink is too sweet ask to adjust the sweetness! (I like 1/3 or 1/4 and always less ice 🤩)

Fantastic donuts ! Awesome drinks ! A lot variety to choose from. If you buy so much, you can sign up with an email and get a discount. Sooo worth it !!Donuts are 2.50 each, 15.00 for 6, and 28.00 for a dozen. The drinks are affordable as well !We ordered the thai milk tea with boba, and the dirty chai milk tea with boba. Both drinks were delicious ! Will be back !! 💙

Been coming here for a couple years now and they are so great! Ive never had any issues with my orders or their employees. 10/10 would recommend. The chewy puff are so great for sharing, if you arent sure about a flavor you want to try too. Keto options, vegetarian, low caffeine. They got it. Today I had the liquid jade with apple jellies and mango popping and it was great. I will always suggest it for a snack at work or home. Love, love, love, fat straws.

This place is great, you can choose the sweetness levels. Cloud(cheese) cream is interesting - i got it on a earl gray milk tea. And i would not recommend the passionfruit mochi donut.their mocha frap is great.

Want bubble tea and donuts? This is your place! Bubble teas come in such different varieties. The chewy puffs are really what drew my attention to the location. We tried half a dozen - strawberry, blueberry, cookies & cream, fruity pebbles, & churro would recommend. If you are more a mocha person and love that with peppermint, then that bottom left is yours. These are only best if eaten the same day otherwise they get soggy and gross looking.

Omg! My 7 year old niece absolutely loves their mochi donuts! They were on the top of her list when she arrived from California. I love their drinks! I cant decide between the dalgona latte or all their refreshing slashes n smoothies! You can even ask for less sugar and customize the kinds of boba.

This place has been on my list to go to for a while and I finally got to try it out! I got to say there donuts are expensive for just one but really good! I had a Thai milk tea with topiaco boba and it was pretty good! Defiantly will come here again when I am in town! Highly recommend this place

Update: Still my favorite bubble tea spot. Friendly and kind staff working at this location and the others. I could drink bubble tea everyday all day. LolFat Straws, in my opinion, is the best bubble tea place in the DFW area. Their drinks are easily customizable and always good. A plus is that they’re not overpriced like most bubble/boba tea places. Staff is always friendly and service is always speedy. I just wished there were more locations.

Its a FAT NO for me. I ordered the strawberry Pina cola bona drink and it was disgusting. Did not taste like Pina colada but rather like strawberry yogurt milk. Ewww! I couldnt finish the drink and ended up throwing over half empty drink in trash. Dont see the hype over this place.

I have to post my review about this place because I am absolutely obsessed. I’ve been drinking boba for 10 years now and I’ve been to a lot of different places. I must say though this place has captured my heart. They have so many amazing drinks to choose from but most of all, their boba tastes amazing.

Donuts are excellent! I think the most flavorful are strawberry, blueberry, oreo, and coffee.Got lychee jasmine tea and was disappointed in the lychee flavor being very weak. Boba was so-so.Would definitely recommend getting their donuts and trying one of their drinks off the most popular menu. I expect those would be more flavorful.

Refreshing and tasty! Perfect for summer

We went around 3 pm on a Saturday and had about an 8 person line wait but hte line moved pretty fast.We ordered a mango strawberry fresca with mixed jelly and taro milk tea with strawberry jelly. Both drinks were delicious.We also got 4 of their mochi donuts: cookies and cream, blueberry, churro, and passion fruit. Mochi donuts should be sold more places because they are so good!

Cheese form is not the best in town, but I will say milk tea and customer service are the best! BTW curbside pick up is also very easy! Me and my husband ordered curbside pick up for two drinks this afternoon, they made one of the drinks wrong. They apologized, made us a new drink and they brought the drink to our car even they are super busy. Definitely will go back in the future! Oh the sesame donut is so yummm😋I’m addicted to it.

Speedy delivery and tastes so good! I blinked and my bubble tea was already in front of me, haha! The boba tastes freshly made and the cheese cloud topping is honestly the best Ive had in Texas.The mochi donuts had a really good texture and didnt have me feeling heavy afterwards. It tastes like they used fresh strawberries for their strawberry icing!!

First time at the Plano location- I ordered the matcha milk tea with boba & it was amazing! I knew I’d be back sooner than later... I was craving something sweet and came back for the mochi donuts today! Also first time trying them and definitely won’t be my last. Customer service was great! The lady helped with recommending some top flavors.

No tables but they are serving walk in customers, the bubble tea is hands down the best in the entire state of Texas. You really cant beat it Ive been to all the other cities inside of Texas and they all serve garbage compared to Fat Straws. They make crack in a cup and I cant stay away... this place will kill me one day because of my diabetes and Im ok with that. My all time favorite is the green tea milkshake its not on the menu maybe its become a secret item but its the best drink you can get there... get ready to become addicted and get diabetes!!!!

Been stopping here since I was a teenager, and it has changed a lot! (In a good way) They keep their menu pretty up to date on trends so you can try new things! Always very fast service, super impressed! Drinks always tasted yummy! I’m not a tapioca fan myself, but the jelly’s are definitely a good alternative!! Still has a nice texture but a better flavour! (To me, I’m biased) I’ve never had a problem with the staff, they have always been kind and attentive. The only negative to this store, which obviously isn’t their fault, is it’s small size. When they are busy it gets packed, and loud. Not the best hang out place, but good to get a drink for hanging out...if that makes sense?

I would always get the Mango Orange at Fat Straws, but one day they got rid of it. Couple of workers knew it was my favorite drink, and next time I went in, they told me they found a way to make one similar to it. Tried it and it was better than the original. Thats some amazing customer service.

While the drinks are mediocre, you come for the mochi donuts. These are some of the best mochi donuts in town hands down! Also the outreach, social media, and online ordering systems have been such a salve during the pandemic. Brings me back time and time again.

Love the strawberry pinata and the thai tea. Island passion smoothie is great too. So many options. Fast and friendly service and a rewards program.

Great staff, Clean location and fast service. People here are very helpful in selecting a good drink. Huge variety in bubble teas and other drinks. Always came out satisfied. Today me and my friend while returning back from dinner stopped at Fat Straws and ordered pineapple and mango chamoy. Mango chamoy was so good and it reminded me food from India. Mango chamoy would be my all time fav till date. It came with a stick called tamarind banderilla. Their bubbles are so soft.

Fast service and the mochi donuts are devine. They are an amazing chewy Japanese donut.

We asked for a jasmine milk tea with sea foam, Thai milk tea with no bubbles, and a classic milk tea with bubbles. They got one of the three drinks correct. We had to physically project our voices but they still somehow got our order wrong. They got the jasmine green tea wrong by adding no sea foam. For the classic milk tea they didn’t add boba when we specifically asked. Would NOT recommend. So disappointed.

Drinks are okay, quite Americanized so I wouldnt go for some authentic milk tea but okay if I am in the area. Chewy donuts are exactly what it sounds like... Tastes like a stake donut to me, tried to enjoy it but unfortunately I did not.

Was waiting for curbside pick up for 30min.... I called as directed in the email receipt when I arrived. I got no answer. Had to wait in line to pickup my drinks. When I was finally able to get my drinks.... I was told I had to pick it up my self.... and my drinks were melted and incorrect...

Delicious. I had the lychee Jasmine tea with boba and grass jelly while my friend always gets the Vietnamese iced coffee with boba. Will definitely go again.

I didnt eat any of the sweet stuff, I went in for boba tea. Very delicious. Cashier was very helpful in determining what I should get. Im a newbie, so I was very grateful for their patience.

Smoothies are always so good but employees are charging small sizes the same price as the regular sizes and are refusing to fix it. Getting less for a higher price. Dont like it.

The most disgusting boba teas, I’ve ever had. I ordered a Thai Tea and milk tea, it was beyond sugary and disgusting. Tasted like they threw a whole bag of sugar in the tea and a splash of tea and milk. Never ordering from this place again. 🤮😷

I love fat straws. Ive been coming here for years. They have excellent service and staff and wonderful beverages. I usually get things with less sugar because theres quite a bit of sugar and all of the drinks. Besides that everything tastes delicious and the environment is very clean.

ATTENTION ASIANS:This morning my friend and I had taro milk tea which we called taro-flavored milk-colored sweet drink. Not real flavor all the Asian gong cha places are selling. Many customers when I was there were non-Asian so I figured they modified the flavor. I didn’t like my matcha donut there but my friend love her chocolate one. They made the bubble teas really fast while I was still signing on the screen. Not a bad place but not recommended.
