What exactly do you put in your glazed donut? It is outrageous. This is the only donut shop I will ever frequent when I come back to Texas!

Great everything here. Ive tried most everything in the menu and recommend the sausage and cheese kolaches! Any donut you try here will be great, just remember, they are cake donuts and will sit in your stomach like a satisfying piece of rock 😉 they are very filling! Enjoy!

Very delicious and fresh. Mostly definitely come back for sure. They have many and plenty of variety of flavors toppings donuts for all sort of craving. Most definitely recommend the Sausage and cheese Jalapeño Kolache very good snack for morning and afternoon. The staffs were very friendly and welcoming, they just light up my day right from the start.

Great selection of 🍩. The service is great. One day, I ordered delivery last minute before they closed, they didnt have the one I wanted but they duplicated some and left me a not on the box. Awesome place ♡♡

Best place to get your donuts in town! I found this place last year hiding in plan sight. The staff is really friendly. The donuts are delicious. They have a huge variety of donuts which is awesome. Every time I have ordered, the donuts were fresh! My favorite one is the lemon filled donut. The only thing I really would like for them to do is open for a little longer. Sometimes I am too late and can’t get my donuts in time for my lunch and coffee snack run.

My wife makes me stop here every time we drive by and she is in the car if they are open. She has to buy one of every cream filled donut they have, and she pretty much eats all of them in one day. I am not allowed to touch her donuts. She says no one compares to Shipleys 😁

Oh my goodness, this place is awesome. I wish I can give more stars on excellent service. The staff is always super friendly and always fast to give you your order out. I usually go in the morning and they are always ready with a smile to take your order. I love this place and I will continue to go for many years to come.

Wonderful donuts and amazing service! This is a family-run business and is super kid family. They have windows where you can see the kitchen and my kids love to watch them make things. They even gave them some dough to play with and they were ecstatic. This location is new and very nice inside.

Havent eaten a devils food donut in so long but was so disappointed didnt have but a drop of filling in it. Your going to get cheap dont skimp on the filling.

Amazing selection, smelled fantastic - and I dont even eat donuts. Friends asked me to grab some on the way and said Shipleys was the best. As someone who doesnt like donuts, I could tell the quality, variety, and the service was top notch.

Those were hands down the worst donuts I have ever had. Also they only sell TruMoo milk which is awful.

I have always been a lover of cake donuts at Dunkin’ but not anymore! SHIPLEY DO-NUTS makes the best donut cakes EVER!! And I just love their jalapeño kolaches! It’s always good and their coffee is THEE BEST! It has a nice taste without the cream and sugar.

Shipleys is the best donut shop in America. Seriously. I have been to donut shops from coast to coast and had a lot of good donuts, but these are seriously the best. I recall these from my childhood and Loved them back then. Sometimes the way you remember something doesnt hold true when you go back and revisit a place much later in life. Not so here! We were back in town visiting and we stopped on here yesterday for a quick bite. The plain glazed is just simple amazing. Shipleys you need to expand across the nation to share your donut goodness with everyone. Highly recommend the place.

This is one of the best donut places Ive ever been to. Light and fluffy glazed, fruity blueberry, and big cinnamon rolls with LOTS of creamy frosting. My absolute favorite out of the bunch though, has to be the apple fritters. Super moist and fruity, with just the right amount of crunchy outside to contain it all. IT. WAS AWESOME. Definitely going to recommend this place to everyone I know.

I love shipley donuts! I grew up with these doughnuts but the one from my hometown was open 24/7. This one is only open early to a little into the afternoon. Make no mistake the product made here is fantastic, but the 5 stars would need to allow me to relive the late night doughnut runs from my college days.Still go and support this establishment especially during these hard times!

The first thing you notice when you walk into this Shipley‘s donuts is how incredibly nice the people are. They greet you with a very warm smile and the donuts are awesome. This morning I took my three-year-old grandson with me and the owners gave him some dough to play with. They really are engaged with their customers and they have a great product.

Excellent donut and super quick service. I always come through the drive thru to get donuts and the staff is always nice and quick to get my order. Their glazed donuts are the best. They are super light, soft and just delightful. I often gets 2 dozens for my staff and they are always a hit at the office. Their prices are reasonable too. A dozen glazed are around 8$ and just a bit more for the variety. Definitely my go to spot for donut.

This was our first time trying this place. It certainly wont be our last. The donuts and kolaches were sooo tasty! I will say we got 2 cherry sprinkled and they werent good at all. So stay away from those but other than that they were all great! Definitely think we found our new donut place!

The kolachees were delicious. Also, I thought the staff were quite friendly and really enjoyed interacting with my family. My son dropped his donut on the floor and the owner gave him a fresh one. Will return in the future.

I went thru the drive thru and the service was very pleasant and fast. The donuts were cold tho and I didn’t really like that.

I called to get a surprise birthday donut cake and they were so helpful! I spoke with the owner to order, he and his wife made an amazing arrangement for us! I would definitely recommend them not only for the donuts, but they had some of the best customer service! You can tell the owner and his wife really enjoy what they do, and I think that makes all the difference!

Best donuts in Plano! Great selection of different flavors. Sausage rolls are really good too. However forme the standout is the apple fritters. Absolutely fantastic. The last 2 times I came by the fritters were still warm....

First time to this location. I loved it! The kids were very satisfied, my nephew couldnt stop eating the cherry iced donut. Him and my sister also agreed that the strawberry icing was amazing. The filled donuts are amazing! The filing is soooo good and its perfectly distributed through out the donut, so every bite is equally great! 😂😂 but hey I care about those things! We also tried most of the kolaches, all were very good. Their hot coffee is wonderful! And they brought a sample of their house brew iced coffee. Best iced coffee Ive had. Its not overpoweringly sweet like most, and the flavor is boldly smooth. This will be our spot now!!

My family and I order Shipleys off and on and theyve always gotten the order right. Well, one day came and the order was incorrect and they went out of their way to correct it and even threw in some extras.Honestly, mistakes happen! But they were all so sweet. We will keep on buying food from here. Not to mention, its always fresh.DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

As a kid in the late 1950s we frequently stopped at Shipleys in Houston to enjoy hot donuts. These are just as I remember them. Always fresh, light as a feather with a delicious generous glaze.

Shipley donates 3 dozen donuts a week to Carpenter Middle School.They are a true community partner, and their donuts are delicious!

I was sad when the old Shipleys closed. For some reason, I only heard about this new location at Park and 75 yesterday. Their sign on 75 is somewhat small, so I never saw it. This morning, I got in line. It moved pretty quickly. The team behind the counter was smiling and hustling. Then, I received my fix of Shipleys and it was GREAT! The glazed donuts were still hot! When the old Shipleys closed, I had to try other wannabe donut shops, but they didnt measure up and some had high prices. I expected similar pricing, but was surprised that this location is aggressively priced. That made me even happier. Ill be back for sure!

Today I ordered one mixed dozen of donuts and one Donut hole. the dozen was okay not great.The donut holes was dry and had an old taste, it tasted as lf it was time to change cooking oil. I ask the cashier do they give military and law enforcement discount he stated yes. But after paying for my donut I saw that he had lied and he did not give me a discount. The one is for the fact that I cannot stand liars. I called another donut shipley shop in Dallas and Garland I found out that the price for a dozen of mixed donut is $8.95 see copy of my receipt. The cashier name was Nicholas. I had to request my receipt a note to all no matter what you buy request receipt... people will lie to you about what they charge

We liked them because, though their doughnuts were decently good, nothing extraordinary, and appeased the kids, the service was excellent. The guy at the counter was cordial, and didnt rush the kids through their orders, though they are small and indecisive. All in all, we will come there again. We did notice that, though they were good fresh, they probably dont want to be stored overnight. They were a bit dry the next morning.**I will add, it looked as if their selection was much larger than what was available when we came, due to the empty, labeled slots on the shelf. We look forward to coming when we have a bigger selection to choose from, and may be able to have a better opinion.***Edit: I did recieve a very pleasant email from Shipleys confirming that, yes, we probably came when they were about to close. That was my suspicion as well. They invited us back to try them during peak hours and we look forward to giving them another try.***
