Have purchased a few pairs of glasses over the past few weeks. I was only there on the weekends, but the crew working there were very friendly and super helpful!!!

This place is so friendly and provides a excellent experience for all!

Went to get warranty work done on a pair of sunglasses. As I was walking the door she was making a person call and continued the talk on the phone for a minute before coming to the desk where I was waiting. When she finally got to the desk she was not very helpful I had to explain the problem 3 or 4 times. At this point it became more trouble than it’s worth. It’s hard to have a good experience with these sunglasses huts near Plano.

I bought some really nice sunglasses from them. Last summer I was at a park and someone stole them.

Worst customer service. Dont waste your time going here

Tripple the price of the same sunglasses you find elsewhere. I am not sure why would anyone shop there, I sure would not come close

I would have hated to even give the above 1 stat as well. There was a lady there and she was rude. I am waiting for the day this store is closed.She says you are moving too many glasses.Go work for Amazon at a sorting facility if you cannot deal with customers.

Nice store but little expensive

Avoid this store and go north a couple miles. Unless you love getting attitude. The manager Lula is aggressive and full of attitude.
