Tiffany and Fernando were great and very helpful! Not only did they answer our million questions, they suggested personalization tips, and offered fun and light-hearted conversation. We were told we could come and pick up our item the next day, but since it was a small order they went ahead and did it while we were standing there talking. I will definitely be back solely based on their customer service and quality of product they gave us!
I ordered some things online to be engraved and picked up. I chose this store because of the quantities they said they had in stock (I needed 5). It was a bit of a drive for me to go and get them but it was worth it. They turned beautiful!! They did a great job!!! Very impressed!!
Associate working behind the counter didnt have the time of day. I was dressed in weekend garb (extra casual) and felt like I was bothering her with my presence. I was prepared to pay what was needed in order to get my groomsmens gifts engraved, but you lost that sale and all future sales due to the holier than thou attitude. Wont be back.
Once, my order never delivered. It was baseball cap with initials. Complain handled badly, slowly. Trust gone now. Claiming on the business for 50 years? Invest on ur customer service and delivery process, that will make things remembered, a good one.
This specific store has a great selection of products and sometimes very friendly associates willing to help with engraving options. I visited the store on 4/27 and received excellent service from Brandy. I purchased a heart shaped box, that came free if personalized, so I was thrilled about it!I returned to the store on 5/2 to re-purchase the same item for another ocassion. While marketing throughout the store was identical as it was 4 days ago, the sales associate that assisted me refused to honor the same promotion (item free if personalized) and stated the item came free with jewelry purchase only. Partially true, as there was an ad in the store confirming it. I saw the same ad on 4/27, when I first purchase the box, but the associate insisted they had “just printed this one out this morning.” The same ad was displayed on 4/27 as well. However, the same box was advertised as FREE IF PERSONALIZED as well. I moved to another fixture (left side as you walk inside the store) and showed the associate there is a sign clearly stating FREE IF PERSONALIZED, surrounded by a variety of little jewelry boxes of various styles and colors, including the one I selected. Her response was “There is no such promotion.” And I pointed to the ad again, asking why is it advertised like that, if the promotion is no longer valid. At that moment, the associate got very defensive and repeated that promotion is no longer valid. I can understand that promotional offers can change on a daily basis, but what I refuse to understand is FALSE ADVERTISING and lack of professional customer service. While I was still looking around the store, this associate went back to the register and started talking to another associate, looking at me very bothered that I had asked about a promotion that is no longer valid, but still advertised.All retail stores honor a special promotion, if the associates fail to remove or update marketing throughout the store. Otherwise, it is called FALSE ADVERTISING.

Came in with no notice on a Friday and asked for initial engravings on 6 knives that I needed back in 2 hours (spur of the moment idea to take my gifts for groomsmen to the next level). Poor quality and customer service! I dropped off two bottle openers that looked like .50cal bullets to be etched for my groomsmen. The store manager helped me fill out the forms and even wrote the names herself to make sure they were correct. The next day I went to pick them up and it look like someone hand etched parts of them. Some Letters had crooked parts or were not completly etched. To top it off one of the names was spelt wrong. I explained the issues to the lady who said she was the assistant manager and she said all I could do was order a new one and bring it back in. Then they would reimburse me the cost of buying the new one.Poor quality and customer service save your money and take your items somewhere else.

Pricing in my opinion is a bit high, however they engraved my knife in less than an hour. They are very willing to give suggestions and help decide what would look good.
The salesperson was to busy talking and flirting to notice we walked in so we ended up just walking out.
There were some issues about sending my order back for a refund. Its been a few weeks and I became frustrated. Manager, Tiffany was kind about getting the issue resolved.
Rude and treat people like trash.
The only guy in the shop would not talk to me. He was so impolite it was terrible.
