Closed when they are supposed to be open and we had called to confirm their hours the previous day. Missing the moving add-ons like blankets, cart, etc. when we went to pickup and theres was no one available to help.AND our truck battery died when we tried to start it up later. Ultimate fail...

Cashier wasnt too friendly, She was spoken to and she did not speak back..

Super easy rental, staff was nice. We had to drop off after hours and that was super simple as well.

When getting materials for my move, I stopped by this Uhaul on multiple occasions (mostly due to my bad planning), and every time I was impressed by this location. It does great work!

I was charged 2 days of rental when I had returned the truck only after 6 hours. I asked for refund but they have not gotten back to me for weeks.

The 24/7 guard on the second floor is great.

Unhelpful front desk service. Canceled my reservation without notification. Also didnt help to book or find another nearby store. Never going back to this location.

There is only 1 cart for everyone to use in the building. When we were there we had to rotate turns. A 20 minute job took us 2 hours.

The manager Zach is awesome. I had some serious issues with a uhaul truck that I rented from Waco and Zach went above and beyond to help resolve as many of the issues as he could. I was ready to never rent another uhaul truck until I went to this location! Would only recommend this location.

We were at this store with pouring down rain on time and we get there and lady had me coming in at 10 pm to 2am in the morning the best they could do was send me to another uhaul across town. I will never use your store location again. You suck all with your customer service.

Nice clean

My experience picking up a truck and blankets wasnt necessary bad but the guy behind the counter wasnt optimal. Upon returning, they didnt want to take the extra boxes because they didnt have space. How ars you not going to have space for folded boxes?Even the guy at the u-haul location that did take them was like, what the fudge?

Rented a cargo van to move my son out of town. I went to check out the van before renting just to make sure it was suitable and the manager was friendly and helpful. When I went to make the reservation, pick it up, and drop it off, everything went smoothly. The smaller cargo vans are newer and easier to drive, though obviously less capacity. I would rent from this place again.

This place is as good as UHaul can get. Really helpful and professional staff. Clear on instructions and conditions. Deborah was working when I got my truck and she made the whole process smooth and clear. I highly recommend this location.

Helpful front desk. We went in to purchase boxes for our move. Compared to other companies like Public Storage, UHAUL has the best prices on boxes. We were happy with our purchase.

Great customer service! We made a reservation by phone initially, and spoke with someone in the general call center... she said there was only one truck available- 17 etc. Being in a bind, we agreed to take the truck, even though it was going to be huge compared to the load we were moving. As soon as we arrived at the location, Paula was incredible. She was pleasant, asked questions to obtain details on exactly what we needed for the least amount of money out of pocket. Turned out she DID have a smaller cargo van that would better accommodate our needs, and for a much lower rate!! She was very thorough. I cant imagine a way our experience couldve been any better. Thanks Paula!

No parking?Parked in open unsigned spot only 2 trucks and 2 cars visible in lot whole lot. Manager sent employee to shoo us to park away from the front.Needed packing supplies and truck rental to Arizona. We are ordering supplies from Amazon and decided to go with Budget. Just signed with Budget.

Staff always seems to be in a hurry to take your cash and not that helpful. Dont really appreciate being greater with a hey what do you need while the manager is holding her dog the whole time nor do I like what looked like laundry draped over the wooden privacy fence. Kinda trashy, no one wants to see that, very unprofessional. Doubt Ill be back at least to that location. I prefer Extra Space Storage, much more friendly and clean!

Storage facility has roof leaks. My unit had two. Manager was totally apathetic. Offered me an insurance claim form. That was it. No...well move you to another unit, so sorry, heres the situation etc. Just - so sad, too bad. I got out and cut my cost nearly in half, so its overpriced too. If you want to store, its BYOB - Bring Your Own Bucket!!

I called for a quote and the lady that answered the phone was the rudest person Ive ever dealt with. I stayed nice, understanding everybody has bad days. But when I told her I would call right back to reserve so I could make sure I could find help to move something in 10 minutes (only truck available) she flat out hung up on me. I will not use this location for my business, but Im sure they wont care.

The fuel tank was not at the level indicated on the card by a little bit and I knew I was not going far so it was fairly significant to me. When I brought it up the lady lost all patience and argued that the card was right. I figured I would play it safe when I filled up anyway and the small difference wasnt going to be a big deal if I put in a little extra like I was planning so I let it slide. I went a total of 14 miles and put 2.3 gallons in it assuming i must have gotten better than 6 mpg. I turned the car on to check the needle and it was not quite back to where it was before but I was on a slant and having driven the same model 2 months ago 1,700 miles I knew that even when towing and going up hill I was getting at least 7 mpg, usually 8, so I thought I was safe. When I brought it back the needle was still not quite up to where the card indicated and the lady freaked out and called me dishonest. I had the receipt there and the mileage was proof I had only gone 14 miles. I said I would take it and fill it up more but the lady wouldnt have it and just called me a liar. That lady needs to calm down and not be so quick to call people liars. She had no patience to begin with. Horrible experience, I will tell everyone I know to go somewhere else.

Its totally disheartening to read the negative reviews as that was NOT my experience with this location. I called in at the last minute in need of a truck to haul a mattress home. The owner/manager went above and beyond to get me a truck and was extremely flexible with the return.Im happy that was not my experience and I will definitely use them in the future if needed.

Horrible. Manager was an idiot with serious anger issues. He yelled at my 70 year old mother-in-law and I because there was a business phone number listed on the reservation. He lied and said that people high up in the company had canceled our reservation because they couldnt figure out what kind of business it was????????? He disrespected my mother and law and I repeatedly until I finally responded with disrespect. He then, as cowards do, told me to settle down, threatened to call the police and put his finger in my face telling me to GET OUT.He could have made over $200 dollars for our rental. All we had to do was throw away the bad reservation - and set up a new rental. But he was not interested in renting a truck. He never once offered to do anything that would resolve the situation. He was far more interested in venting his frustrations out on his customers - the people who ultimately pay his salary.I just read this again and it reminded me of the whole experience all over again. I am not going to be as nice this time around. The management at this place are cowards and I am begging them to call me and meet me outside their office for a fair conversation. Just two people - not manager and customer - just two people. And I GAUARANTEE that they will not use the same tone and make the same threats. Read the reviews, they like to run their mouth and make threats and straight up LIE. But take them out of their little store and they will not say a word. Sorry tiny little people.

Easy enough drop off and pick up. Main comment is to uhaul as a whole as I find their hard push for you to buy insurance a bit scammy.

Paula is a disgusting person and should be fired for her actions. You should never treat another person the way she treated me, much less a customer. Ive never had anyone threaten to call the cops on me so quickly, and without reason.Truck was dirty. Uhaul employee did nothing to the truck before renting it to me - was not clean, and there was trash in the cabin.Truck needs maintenance. Driver side mirror is extremely loose and moves while driving, causing driver to lose the only way to see down the left end of the truck. Unable to switch lanes on the highway. Had to hold mirror in place while reversing on driveway.Attendant was rude and attempted to charge me a cleaning fee without having even looked at the truck upon my return. She began yelling at me and threatened to call the cops because I would not accept the fee without contesting. SHE DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT THE TRUCK BEFORE THREATENING TO CALL THE COPS BECAUSE I SAID I WOULDNT PAY THE CLEANING FEE. After looking at the truck, she said it was fine and she didnt charge me a cleaning fee! Worst rental experience I have had with any company. I will never return to uhaul.

Terrible liars, returned the cargo van very clean and was charged 25.00. I will never rent from them again and their manager Denise is rude. Thry need new management amd corporate office lied as well. Havent called us back so turned over to our law firm today.

HORRIBLE experience, booked another reservation right after mine so had no chance to pay for another day like I wanted. The lady called at 7:00 am and told me you need to bring my truck back now I told her that is was full and that wasnt possible so she said since the people she reserved after me couldnt get it at 7:00 am that she was going to charge me another day and a $50 fee for the inconvenience to the other person. she then told me you have to bring my truck back by 10am I had told her I was willing to pay for another day to keep the truck but she said no she had to have it back. End of the day she could have been alot more respectful and less demanding and showed some customer service but she didnt. I will never use uhaul again and if I do i will for sure never return to these disrespectful con artists and I highly suggest no one else uses this place.

Watch your cc charges. I was charged twice and it took 3 wks to get it back.

Picking up a vehicle make be slow going (do the online reservation & pick up to save yourself time), but drop off is easy peasy!

What we needed in the right situation

****WARNING**** RUDE MANAGER/OWNER ALERT said I didnt sweep out the back of the truck which I did... Called me up after I dropped the truck off whilke I was eating breakfast to tell me I was getting charged an extra $40 to sweep the back of the truck. Over booked and kept calling me to make sure I was coming on time even though I told her I would be several times.Bottom line is - I have used Uhaul many times and will continue to do so but I will never book at this location again.

They had mouse traps in our sons storage unit when we went to check on it and there were droppings on his furniture
