Every time I walk into this particular store. The staff is so curious and helpful. I love how they are so apologetic for never having any inventory. They shouldnt have to be. Literally every single phone that we were trying to look at to use as an upgrade is out of stock. Thats ridiculous. I shouldnt have to drive all the way to San Antonio to go and get the exact same phone that I could have gotten here in my hometown. But I would like to say thank you to the people that work at the Pleasanton location. You guys are always so helpful to us even if we walk out empty-handed. Thank you for your customer service.

Majority of the metro pcs workers give great customer service. However none are bilingual❗I believe the boss is the only one that is. And if hes not there then might as well not go in the shop because they wont be able to answer you or understand much of what youre saying. Hopefully they hire more people that are bilingual.

This is the worse phone service I have ever had. Constantly turns off my service...cant even call customer service....leaving soon. I attempted to discuss with customer service at the store...she informed me that the 60 dollar plan was a truly unlimited on the hot spot. Hence, we bought it. Today Im told that it is not included in the hot spot.

Having some phone issues and the young lady in the store was knowledgeable and willing to help as much as possible. Most stores would pressure one to buy a new phone but not her which I truly appreciate.

I get better service with MetroPCS than I would with AT&T. First time with them as well. Unlimited data for 60$. Only downside is the hotspot is not unlimited. I thought everything would be unlimited. I dont see why the Hotspot isnt unlimited, but I can live with it.

Its a better deal but work on your customer care its been difficult to do some things like contact the store in pleasanton

A really good smartphone business which uses T-Mobile towers. Great deals on both phones and plans. The only downfalls are slow speeds in most areas and WiFi calling can be unpleasant. But customer service is awsome!

The customer service representative was so nice and explain everything to us. This is the first time Ive been at that store feeling good about our experience.
