I have been renovating a beach house and hit many snags along the way. The staff have been so informative and helpful!! I purchased my kitchen from them. It is gorgeous. I am about to start phase two of my reno and will be back to visit them soon.

Have spent a lot of money at that store over the last year, and would expect to be treated like a valuable customer. The cashier was very rude and argumentative towards me. My kitchen order was taken and I was not informed of exactly what measurements they needed, so I received wrong size cabinets that were not returnable. The manager acted like it wasnt his problem. A piece of the cabinetry came in damaged, they said to take it and they will order me a new one, because the company isnt going to want the damaged item back. I told them to find out if I could get a credit because I couldnt wait 3 more weeks for that piece to come in. The guy in charged of the kitchens, said he will check on it and let me know. I already had the contractor scheduled and he had to make the damaged piece on his own out of mdf. I have stopped into the store twice and asked about the credit. Today, month later, no one has gotten back to me, and the manager rudely told me to bring in the damaged item he initially told me to take. He said the company will want to see the damage. That was a total contradiction from what I was first told. Im pretty pissed at them for being so rude and having no interest or concern for their customers. Ive spent thousands at their store, and have gotten nothing but rude, cold, argumentative attitude. I will not be shopping there anymore!

I will never purchase another thing from this store. Ordered a window gave the exact measurements to the manager and the window came in 6 weeks later with the incorrect measurements he reversed the height and width. I have my original paperwork I handed the manager who was the actual salesperson ordering the window for me and it has the correct dimensions for the window. The print out receipt had no H for height or W for width indications on it so he told me I should have known that W is before H. Which is not universal when looking at measurements for anything else. This mistake on the company’s behalf has delayed the closing and sale of my home. The manager basically said oh well there is nothing I can do for you you will need to order another window and wait another 6 weeks.

The staff here would rather argue and match wits with customers rather than offer assistance. As a long time customer, and former employee of Grossmans back when they were a legitimate retail operation, Im disappointed to see how poor their customer service has become.

Amazing kitchen designer and prices including top notch quality products

Was disappointed that almost all their kitchen cabinet displays were taken down. We were there to look at some cabinet replacements but it looked as though thdre were only two displays available to check out.

We have spent a little over $7300.00 at this store in rhe last 4 months. We ordered the best quality kitchen cabinets (which happened to be the most expensive) according to the store manager Charles Macomber. We picked them up pre assembled wrapped in cardboard, upon opening we realized that we had a number of dings on some doors and that we recieved a wrong size cabinet. Things happen, I loaded everything up and went to the store. I have never experienced such humiliating behaviour from a store manager in my life. I was told that his staff was perfect repeatedly and that their work was perfect always. He then, getting louder said that he did not order the wrong cabinet, although it was him I sat with in the design of the.kitchen,the correct cabinet was ordered but the wrong size came, and I had all the paperwork with me to prove it. I asked him if I basically had to eat the cost, his reply yes. He was yelling at me and was intimidating me to wanted the point that I wanted my my son in law to talk to him so.i called him, at this point I was so upset my throat started closing, when my s-i-l answered the phone I said i am going into a ptsd attack you need to talk to the manager. With that the manager threw papers in front of me and took off. I had to go look for him and asked if he could explain what they were..he immediately started yelling at me that I shouldnt joke about ptsd and that his family members have it..?? I said do you doubt me and he replied yes. I told him when you have been beaten down by a man over and over you tend to aquire it. He told me to call my husband he wasnt dealing with me, I asked is it because I am a woman and he said what do you think. I tried to.put him on speaker phone but was so distraught i hung the phone up instead.My daughter immediatly called me back as they, my husband daughter and son in law heard the whole thing on their speaker phone. . She could hear the torrent I was going threw and old me she knew i was having an attack and to leave the store, they were on their way.I could go on but I am thinking you get the idea.i left the store and was on the pavement outside and had a very bad panic attack, on their property with no help, my daughter had called me . My husband and daughter had to come to get me and they went inside to straighten things out..immediatly the manager said if you have come in here to yell I can yell a hell of a lot louder. The incident ended when the manager threw the paperwork on one of his employees desks and told him to deal with it. It took 5 minutes to accomplish the simple issues we had regarding the items. I will never shop there again I urge anyone who considers going there to boycott it especially women until the present manager is removed. I placed a call to the vice president of operations, he listened, apologized and assured me it would be followed up with. I recieved a phone call later by a local member of management. He also apologized and is going to follow up with and call me afterwards.I am hoping this man is never ever put in a position where he needs to interact with customers.

Very helpful staff, and good products at great prices. More limited selection than at bigger box stores, but I have often found much better quality goods at a much lower price. For example, a Maxx glass shower door set, made in Canada, made with higher quality for less money than similar Lowes or Home Depot items. Have made similar savings on engineered hardwood flooring, laminate flooring, kitchen and bath tile, custom ordered windows, solid wood pre-hung french doors, sliding glass doors, etc. Very pleased with all purchases, and returns always went smoothly for items I found I could not use. Gave them four-stars only because of more limited selection, but well worth the trip for d-i-y-ers!

Went in there too price out a set of cabinets and the man said he was eating his lunch and come back in an hour. We went down the road and bought $4k worth of cabinets
