Every town should have one. Not every town really has one. What am I speaking of? An excellent, artisan, hand-crafted coffee shop, thats what. I have been spoiled in my city of Wichita with some incredible coffee. I always dread traveling because, typically, Im stuck with poorly roasted and cookie-cutter coffee options.But not in Pocatello! This city is so fortunate to have A Different Cup. Very friendly owners, who truly know how to make an awesome cup of coffee. I always know if the barista knows what hes doing if I ask for a cortado. Either they have no clue, or they do not bat an eye and get to work. The later was my experience here! I got a great cortado and fantastic pressed coffee for the wife.Im not sure if Ill ever be in Pocatello again. But if I am, you know Ill be stopping here every morning to get an excellent cup of brew. Thank you guys for your service and your amazing product!

Love this place! Such a clean space to clear your head and study. The coffee is TOP notch. Right near campus. The cold brew is the best in the West and definitely the best in Pocatello. Anyone who could ever think its cluttered has never been in the shop- there is nothing in there! Just clean tables. It is a family friendly place but the kiddos are always quiet. I’m in there a couple times a week. Thank you A Different Cup!

The most casual place in town, I think. Clearly family run—they have two toddlers. Plenty of room to study, and I thought the coffee was pretty good. They have pretty good cookies, too.

If u didnt visit this coffee place. You are missing a lot. They have iced coffee i would give them 10 from 10. If i am a teacher i will give them A+ for sure. Thanks guys

My wife and I stopped through here on our way from Boise to Jackson Hole and it was the best stop we could ask for. The coffee is great, the environment is welcoming, and the service was the best. The owners (cant believe we didnt even catch their name!) are super welcoming and friendly. We were looking for a place to set up shop for the day as we needed to work and they were happy to have us camp out at a table. There are outlets to plug in, plenty of sunlight, and they even allowed us to bring in food for lunch since they only have pastries.I highly recommend stopping by for a cup of joe and kicking it with the owners!

Wow what an experience! This coffee shop was exactly what I was looking for! The couple that owns it are so friendly and welcoming. I was passing through town and they truly made me feel like a local. As soon as I walked in they gave me a sample of their cold brew on nitro and wow. They had it bottled so I got 4 bottles and a soy latte. The latte had a rich coffee taste that was amazing and the soy milk was creamy smooth. If your a local or passing through check this place out you dont want to miss it.

The atmosphere at ADC is very warm and inviting. Brandon and Heather are so very nice. Their coffee is amazing and they have cold brew on nitro! Simply amazing!

I am never disappointed when I go here. I love the kid friendly aspect and how pleasant the owners are. Coffee is always excellent and my drinks have never been too sweet.

Good coffee - definitely the only third-wave shop in town (from what Ive seen). They pull espresso and french press coffee, not sure what I had (espresso was a blend), but definitely better than over-roasted, over-extracted stuff from other shops in town.

Service was nice but the atmosphere was lacking and coffee was sub par. It looks like they are using consumer grade coffee equipment. Itd be fine for a home, but handling the high level of orders for commercial show in a dramatic drop in quality.

Awesome coffee! The cold brew on nitro is smooth, deliscious, and not one bit bitter. But my favorite is the cardomalmond latte; thats cardamom syrup in an almond milk latte. Yummm-o!

Running with the big dogs, this small shop nails it perfectly. I absolutely love good coffee and take coffee making to an extreme by roasting my own beans at home. Since I have some of the best coffee at my home, I dont often buy coffee at shops. A friend and I stopped by to check out A Different Cup this morning before work and we were absolutely amazed at what Heather and her husband have put together on the west side of Pocatello. State of the art coffees, both hot and cold brewed. Tasty home made baked goods. Very nice interior is interesting, relaxing, and tasteful background music. They have wifi. Try their cold brew coffee with nitrogen delivery system - Wow! What an honor that these San Diego transplants have decided to call Pocatello home and bring their art of coffee making with them. For now, their hours are M-F 6:30a-4pm Sa 8-12 Su closed.
