Love the coffee. Every time I come to my moms work at the Wilson plaza I walk over here and get coffee. They are quick and very friendly! Would recommend to anyone!!

I got a diet red rush, when they asked what flavors I wanted I asked them to surprise me. It was really good and it was a surprise haha the lady who took the order face kinda lit up it was funny Id def recommend them. The location I was at was the one in Pocatello.

I used to work at Java a few years back and understand how not difficult working at a coffee shack so my mind is blown when anything gets messed up. yesterday my bagel wasn’t toasted and I didn’t get the extra cream cheese that paid for today I went to give it another chance because I really enjoy the flavored red bulls and waited in line for 30 + minutes while your girls flirted with the boy in the car in front of us (we were the only two cars in line) showing pictures on their phones and chatting for 15 minutes after giving him his drink and refused to even look or try to take our order so we left. Pocatello Java has gone down hill and is so ghetto now.

Its a drive in for coffee. 4 cars ahead of me, total of 9 coffees, no food. Took them 30 minutes, no chatting up customers... No they are just SLOW!

The gals here are fabulous and I always leave them at least a $1 tip on a $3 coffee, but Ive noticed the past few times Ive gone they are extremely quick to bring me my americano with extra shots and its lukewarm nd not frothy at all. So I am pretty sure they are giving me drip, which is very disappointing and sad, esp since I tip so well. I wont be coming back to this location and will going to the one in Blackfoot when I visit my boyfriend.

Took overall 30 min to get my order, (just a smoothie) and they ended up being out of a main ingredient so I had to choose a different one. Waited in like for 20 min, just over 10 min at the window. The other lane wasn’t even open so it was just my order they were preparing.

This is by far my favorite coffee place in town, its seriously delicious. The people who work here are awesome. It tends to get busy sometimes but its always worth the wait for me.

Morning staff is always on point with my drink ! I always get a coffee to go before 8:30 a.m work, usually Mon-Friday .There is always a long line but its so worth the wait .Staff is friendly, accurate and fast . Never gotten my order wrong and taste is good. I have tried to order the same thing on Sundays at times ..afternoon wise around 7 p.m and that staff has always left something out. Drink doesnt taste good. Great job to the morning staff on my work coffee runs, they are amazing with customer service ! Dont forget to tip!

I was sitting in line waiting to order my drink I was there for about 5 plus minutes waiting. There is was a long line. the lady was Out taking orders she was at the car in front of me when another truck pulled in front of the car in front of me. The lady looked at me and walked over to the truck instead. I’ve already been there for 5+ minutes by that time it was almost 10 minutes she took their order and they just got there. I was supposed be ordering for a group that I normally order for a large group but since That lady had no respect for people that were already in line I will never come back double Shot it is .

The coffee is good, the customer service needs work. When you give someone there coffee back you dont just shut the window, you say have a nice day or something. Super rude blonde girl today. And you dont ask customers if they wanna tip you that is for them to decide on there own. When you ask its like begging an you putting them on the spot is disrespectful 😑😤

So I had a 5 star rating before this. I go all the time, and I pay $7.95 for a drink, I got plastic in my drink today!? A lot of plastic is in it, and I swallowed some of it before I realized what it was??? No one seems real interested in fixing it either.

I really used to love this place back when Marco worked here. But I decided to try it again and what happened to the customer service? I don’t know about you but I enjoy having a nice conversation with my barista. It used to make my day but not at this place anymore all they do now is ask what you want and then close the window without an attempt to strike up a friendly conversation. Also I thought the whole point of ordering a blended coffee was for it to be not so chunky you couldn’t even drink it through the straw.

Wife likes cold coffee here, me hot coffee at home, but she loves this place.

They have the Java part down. The coffee is good. Its the Express part they need to work on. The wait times are getting longer even though the lines arent. Today my wait time was over fifteen minutes with two cars in front of me. I would have been ok with it if someone had simply said sorry for the wait. Instead I got an arm sticking out the window and a here ya go. Im not going to wait 15 minutes, pay $5 for a coffee and get a here ya go. You shouldnt either.

Coffee is hit or miss here. Rarely hot

This morning when I had went to get a coffee and bagel, like every morning, I was super disgusted the way the blonde barista acted out. She had asked if I wanted to leave a tip and I said no thanks, she said “k” and slammed the window. My coffee was also poorly made, hardly even any flavor. This isn’t the first time she’s acted out hence when I hadn’t tipped her.

We go to this place whenever we head down that way, which isnt that often. When we do go though, they never disappoint! Today I got the Satin Mouse with Caramel and it so delicious. My fiance got the Blue Rush Energy with just peachy flavor added to it and its also really good! The staff also gives great recommendations! Without their input, we wouldnt know what flavors to put in it!

Since the change in crew, the customer service is terrible. I came by at 8:15pm. Wasnt able to pay with cash (I dont use CC) cause they had already closed the till... They dont close until 9pm. Very unimpressed.

I always get the same drink with no whip cream, after sitting in the drive thru and watching a young lady put her finger INTO the whip cream through the lid really grossed me out. If she would of had gloves on i would not be posting this.The drinks and service is always awesome Id just personally stay away from adding whip to anything...If you had a green, pink, and blue 16 oz something or other and was in the drive through around 2 pm i apologize.

The coffee is tasty! Everyone that works there is super kind. I have a lot of allergies and they are always accommodating and have a lot of options for plant-based milks. Def check them out if you have not already! :)

Bought a 24oz soda and a 44oz soda, and its the same exact amount of soda of both of them. But the more expensive one was less carbonated. Tf

I got in line 8 min before closing. I sat in line for 2 or 3 min and I got up they told me it was closed. It wasnt even 9:00 p.m. still. They were closing 5 minutes early had me wait in line and still refuse to serve me. And they were helping a person in front of me when I got there.

Used to have a five star rating but lately customer service has gone down hill. Wait time is extremely high. Only one window is ever open and my order is usually made wrong.

Looking for something other than the green giant down the road (Starbucks), give this place a shot, their app isnt nearly as good if your coming from the other guy but their drinks are good and giving someone else a shot is a good thing. Loved the coffee, and the staff is very friendly definitely going to frequent here more often.

Simple easy menu for people who have no clue what they want. Quick service amazing coffee! I always get the sweet anarchy and it is sweet but not overwhelming and still tastes like coffee.

Very convenient on my way to my shop. I almost stop everyday. The staff is vey upbeat and always greet me with a smile. They have a big selection of coffees but also offer a big selection of other drinks that are not coffee related.

Amazing I wasnt sure what I wanted and the young lady was able to give me a good idea of what would be good I am very pleased and I will come back multiple times

Awesome, reasonably priced coffee. Servers are very nice, but service is almost always quite slow. I still visit every day anyway, because I need the caffeine and its totally worth the wait.

If these people could get zero stars Id give it to them, ordered three coffees, mine was a Snickers iced with extra caramel. I do not taste the hazelnut or the caramel or the chocolate. Tastes disgusting. Somehow worse than black coffee with an aftertaste. The other two coffees were all about the same, gross. The employees looked like they were rough housing and it was too childish, but saying that it tastes like 8 year olds made that nastiness. First time here, Do not recommend what so ever.

I am a HUGE java lover. I lived in IF and went to Java often, I also go to the Blackfoot Java. Pocatello is the only location I have ever been to where the customer service is absolutely terrible. The girls that work there are catty and extremely rude. I even talked to the owner not to long ago regarding his employees and how i was treated and I continue to have bad experiences. So sad when I feel like i have to go to Blackfoot to at least get good customer service or at least pray that one of the friendly guys is working.

I stopped by while I was in Pocatello for the weekend and I was so happy when they had cinnamon flavor of syrup for my latte! Not many espresso places Carey that flavor. The workers were super nice and friendly. Will definitely go back next time Im in town! You should open one of your stores in Utah!

The drinks are really good, good flavor selection. But every single time we go to the pocatello store, wet an iced drink and ask for whipped cream and they dont put it on. Every. Single. Time. We shouldnt have to ask. Treating myself to a 5 dollar drink should include everything ordered, without having to ask for it to be fixed as the drink is being handed to me ( we wont do it). It sounds minor, but after the 5th or 6th time we simply chose to go where you get what you order without having to accept less than, or ask again. (do have to admit, the blackfoot location does better)

My mom went here and loved it. They also have tiny to go cups for hot chocolate. Perfect for kids. The people are so friendly too! Definitely a good little place to stop.

Great coffee, amazing service with a friendly staff, and lots of fun and different drinks. This place is also great for mixed soda concoctions, but they are priced too much if you just want a regular coke. If you are looking for something different and fun, definitely give them a shot there is something for everyone.

Some superheroes don’t wear capes. These ladies have saved society on numerous occasions with their basic white girl coffee drinks and smoothies specifically designed to hit my every weakness. Their magical elixirs transform me from untamed beast to Prince Charming. Some days that requires multiple interventions. Most importantly, they put up with my shenanigans and sometimes I am able to get them to participate as well. They are fun, friendly, and the drinks in my opinion are the best in town.

The service from the Brew crew is always great, wether the morning or afternoon crew. (Im there so much a couple of them know my face and order by heart now lol) the selection of flavors and options for different ways to drink your coffee is wonderful. Ive been a Java Express fan since the begining many years ago now, and the quality of the whole experience has always been great.

Always great coffee, fast and good prices! Cant ask for much more.
