The end service, which is moving your goods and property safe and secure, was not achieved. Everything is handled like a sack of potatoes. If you think that spending $40 on a safe TV box to transport you expensive tvs that you spend thousands on, forget about it. Theyll treat the boxes just the same. They broke the internal crystal on my TV and the box was mangled EVERYWHERE. You cant tell of the damage when the TV is off because of the protective plastic cover, until you turn it on. Their response was absolutely dismissive. Terrible service and management is reflective of their business practices. RUN! Theres literally hundreds of equally terrible companies for far less money.

I was very satisfied with my moving, that been said I didnt like that i have to paid the miles from wherever the truck was to come to my place. From my house to the other house its logical that i have to paid those miles...Ill recommend this company, but anyone up there need to understand the miles from wherever the truck will be to your location theyll charged you....For me i found it insane...Just because that, Ill not call them again.Other wise, the team very professional and hard workers.

We just completed our second move using two men and a truck. We couldn’t be happier with their work!Scheduling the move was extremely easy. Follow up questions were answered quickly and courteously. I received a reminder call in case I needed to reschedule..The crew was on time, very efficient, very considerate of my needs and requests.We had a very,very large piece that needed to go on the second floor around a winding staircase. They got this extremely heavy awkward piece up the stairs with no damage to the walls or the railings. What a relief. Such amazing guys!We have more moving that has to be done later in the summer and there is no question that I would hire two men and a truck again as well as tell my friends who need movers to give them a call.

Scam!!!!! All 3 star reviews must be from paying for them. These are scam artists. They will waist as much time as possible like a cabbie driving around to run a meter up. They disappeared for 45 minutes with our furniture, made me wait at the storage unit (which was 5 minutes away) only to extort as much as possible out of it. One guy quit half way through because he “hit his shin”. The other old guy was worthless. Meanwhile, they moved as slow as humanly possible again, to charge by the hour. Had to end up moving everything myself. Paid 800 dollars for nothing. Worthless humans. You have been warned.

Two Men and a Truck provided timely, efficient, and helpful teams who made our move seamless. We had a fair amount of furniture that was heavy and had to be disassembled and reassembled. Everything was done with care and the entire team worked diligently and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company for any of your moving needs business or personal.

Terrible service. I had to call them to tell them they were late, and they proceeded to tell me that they did not have a moving crew that was available. Thanks for the heads up. Eventually three hours later they got 2 guys together but managed to still damage some furniture for a move an hour away. One of the movers did not even help half of the time, so myself and the other guy moved the boxes and furniture. Next time I should pay myself to help with the move.

Let me begin by saying how punctual, friendly, professional, and polite Two Men and a Truck workers were! I met them on site location waiting for me to open the doors for them to begin moving our office items with enthusiasm and were very organized. January 2021, this move was for Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce, a Chamber who has been housed in a building for seventy plus years. They packed, re-assembled large, heavy vintage furniture from seven rooms with challenging door ways. Not to mention paintings, storage boxes were handled with care without breaking anything. The Men unloaded trucks packed to capacity arranging furniture as we requested. This is a complete scam. I Hired this company at $233/hour for a 1.5 hour job which they managed to drag out to 3.5 hrs.Appeared as if they were purposely trying to be as slow as possible to charge more. They took 45 minutes to drive 2 miles to the storage unit once the truck was loaded (at their rate that cost me almost $200). 1 man claimed to be hurt midway through and the entire process was a complete SCAM. I will NEVER use them again.

AVOID. If you care about the items you are having moved do not use this service. There is a reason this company only has 2.5 stars. I am all about positive feedback when it is deserved but also dont want anyone to have to deal with what I did during my move. Long story short my movers showed up (I was sold on 3 instead of 2 to cut time back and save money they said). They sent one hard working guy with two that were slow as could be and complained the entire time. Im sorry but I dont walk into work and complain or else I dont get paid. So great we will look beyond their lack of professionalism because the price seemed somewhat fair at the time. After watching them move the price was not fair at all. I would have been better off going to FAU asking a few guys to help me out for what I paid and dealt with. NOW after my move its been two months. They damaged a couple items main item being my new upholstered headboard. They did not wrap this item or carry this item to avoid dragging it the water and left water damage, hand prints and dirt marks that WERE NOT there before. Again, basic moving knowledge, keep the clients items the way they were before you touched them right? So now I am dealing with the claims department that says they are doing me a favor by sending a third party out to fix it. The third party came out and could NOT repair the damage the movers did. I am told that is all they can do because they have already paid a third party to try and fix the damage. Working with this company is exhausting. Do yourself a favor and find professionals that care.

If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. We called in the beginning of April to get some moving quotes to go from Lauderdale to Palm Beach. Leslie assisted with this quote - she was excellent. Day of the move comes (Friday 28th) and Toney, Kasey and another man showed up, they were also fabulous. They moved our stuff with care.We had to utilize them for storage for a couple days since our house was not finished yet (unexpected). We agreed to pay them for $600 of storage fees to store our belongings from Friday to Wednesday. We set up the delivery for Wednesday afternoon (confirmed in writing) to have our belongings delivered/unloaded. Wednesday comes along and as of 4pm, nobody had shown up or given us a call so we reached out. Nobody could give us any answers so I called back around 5pm and was told that they wont be able to deliver as the crew ran over on their morning move. They then indicated that they were booked the following day and it would have to be Friday (2 days later). We didnt have any furniture so we had to book a hotel for two nights at our expense ($500) I called and spoke with Briana, who was more than unprofessional and rude, just to confirm that Friday was solidified.. Zack finally called me back and told me that he was offering a 15% discount, waiving ALL storage fees and sending 6 guys (instead of the normal 3) out to our home to unload the truck on Friday which they said would take 2 hours. Friday morning comes and only 3 guys showed up which they apologized for, but it took an extra 2 hours of labor which they made us pay for. After they unloaded the truck, they stuck us with a bill which reflected none of the discounts promised and proceeded to charge our card without coming to a mutual agreement of what was fair - not $2600 to move a 2br an hour up the road. We could sense the delivery guys on the ground were embarassed/ashamed of the actions of their management and the manager refused to get on the phone with us when finalizing the bill. After speaking with corporate, we received a call from Victoria who is the franchisee and she was not only rude/discourteous, but said they are busy and that it wasnt their problem that they were not able to deliver on Wednesday as promised. All we expected was some compensation to offset the costs of the hotel or the compensation promised when they didnt deliver as promised. I advised that I would dispute the charge and Victoria told me if we were successful, that she would see us in small claims court. No wonder this place has terrible reviews. I do want to note that both sets of moving crews were great and were tipped accordingly. Avoid this company for your moving needs at all costs.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !This was the second time using this company. Yes, the first time- 5 years ago, they were excellent. All our belongings fit in one truck and the movers were very careful and fast. This time it was a disappointing experience. The movers were 3, One was more responsible than the others. The other two moved slowly, The boxes marked as FRAGILE were placed every were and without care! THEY didnt filled the truck up to the maximum capacity, and the following days WE had to rent 2 standard Uhaul trucks to complete their job! My boys had 2 twin wooden beds that the oldest moves indicated that were falling apart. Yes, they indeed fell apart because the older mover in charged to assemble those 2 beds didnt assembled them correctly- placed them in the wrong area messing up the wood and the bolts that he used were not enough (We never found them all of the missing ones!). He broke the frames of their wooden bed, making them useless! Yes the beds were 10 years old but they were working perfectly at the other place until they were disassemble by them. The part that we complained and called and requested to pay for them were the broken glass of my china cabinet, a glass that divides and makes 2 rows and until now,, December 31, they are not replacing them! Their excuse, they sent us a check to the wrong address( previous address, but our mail is forwarded here and their check never arrived!) We are calling and nothing happens, keep telling us they will contact us to solve the problem and it is more than a month and nothing is done! This company is Not responsible at all! My recommendation, DONT USE TWO MEN AND A TRUCK unless you know WHO are the movers that will perform the job, because the company doesnt solve problems that the movers cause. Very unhappy costumer!

I was quoted a price over the phone with Kayla Kayla is the customer service estimate Representative and she was very rude Once they did the move and finish they quoted me 225 over the phone and then when they finish the move they quoted me $1000 it was very unprofessional and I didn’t have that much money to pay them I called the general manager also the manager John and they told me if I couldn’t pay that they were going to call the police department I will never use this business again this company is very unprofessional and they scammed me out of my money the movers were great but the company is aNot what it seems there prices change by the hour which Kayla didn’t tell me at all! I’m highly disappointed with this company! And I will be reporting them to the Bad business bureauThey ripped me off and I am a single mother of 4 with no job! I will never use them again!

We actually had the Davie team help us for a local move. Zak, Josh and Richard were extremely professional and courteous. They made sure we understood all the terms of the moving contract, went above and beyond to make sure their charges were fair, and ensured we were happy with their work by making sure to check with us at every step during and after the move. Their customer service is superb with someone calling to ask about our experience a few days after the move was done. Would highly recommend using this company for your move.

I would NOT recommend Two Men and a Truck company. I was very disappointed with their service. The initial estimate of time given to move my furniture from Boca to Hillsboro Beach was way off from the amount of time it took them to move on top of the fact that they sent an unexperienced mover to help.They damaged my brand new townhouse and put a massive hole in my entryway wall. They also damaged 2 pieces of my master bedroom furniture.After calling multiple times to speak with the manager, leaving multiple messages with various people, I was finally called back. The manager set up a date to send someone out to repair the wall and possibly issue a check for any damages not able to be fixed. The person NEVER SHOWED UP TO FIX THE DAMAGES!I have still yet to hear back from them regarding the damages and I am still trying to reach the manager to get this taken care of.DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. AVOID these movers, they are horrible. They advertise professional packing services yet they sent amateur packers. Several of our items were so poorly packed that they were damaged. Do Not Use their storage. We had a very expensive ($3500) white leather couch stored with them. We were assured it was climate controlled and when it arrived it was full of mold. They took no responsibility and insulted us by sending a check for $123.60. They lied to us about only needing insurance for one segment and dont worry about taking insurance for storage, nothing ever happens there That is what we were told by their office manager Lesley when we signed up.They refused to pay for our couch and could not find anyone qualified to clean it. They were rude, avoided, dodged and ignored. Use someone else. There are plenty of good movers out there, these guys are crooks.Stay away, you will regret using them. We surely regret our decision to go with them.

Totally disappointed.. Arrive 1 hr late. They started increasing the quote because they said I quoted from 1st floor to 1st floor and less inventory. Thats not true. I also quoted in competitors same inventory, and got the similar price. They re-quoted almost double, from 4.5 to 8 hours, to move 2 bedroom apt. to 15 minutes distance. Finally I didnt agree and broke the deal.. The young guys that came to move were educated and decent. Only good thing.

This place is loaded with crooks. Especially the estimators. They will come out and underestimate a job on purpose telling you it will be four hours knowing it will be around seven or eight. They do that because once the movers are out there and working there’s nothing you can do but pay however long it’s going to take they just said four hours to get your business.

We’ve used Two Men and a truck twice and have been pleased with their prompt service and help. This time around, while we had issues with timing, they were incredibly helpful and worked around our schedule. The movers were polite and friendly. However, while in transport, our upright piano was damaged. The bottom panel of the piano was split and the left pedal was completely bent upwards. We are waiting to hear back from management and hoping that they will resolve this issue. We will update this post and rating once we hear back from Two Men and A Truck...The manager called a few days later and sent over a piano technician to appraise the damage, they sent us a check a few days later! The manages at this location was very helpful.

I moved 2 dressers 2 nightstands and a king size bed. Normally takes 15 min for one guy to take apart a Bed but since by the hour they took an hour just to take bed apart.they quoted me 395 as an estimate well they tried to charge me 700 . And the damage that was done I had to get it fixed myself by hiring a handy man.and I told them I’ll take out the money that I spent for a handy man. They said u pay and we will reimburse you. I told them to give me that in writing. They refused don’t hire this company there are cheaper and more experienced companies.

Worst experience ever. Rude movers, very slow, huge attitude. First, the movers decided to wrap my treadmill with scotch tap, rather than shrink wrap, which damaged my treadmill mechanism cause the tape wouldnt come out.Then, Workers went to lunch in the middle of the move, then wanted to split the lunch time in half for their benefit, when I said no, they pointed to a member of my family and said explain it to him because he doesnt understand, I certainly understood the lack of professionalism.Even the dispatch center isnt good, they called to check in after, told them there was minor paint damage that needs to be fixed, they said theyll send me an email with details on how to get the damage fixed and I should respond with picture . Never got that email, sent them a reminder and a complaint and they never responded. Highly not recommended.

I got railroaded by Two Men and Truck and they know it. The person came for the estimate we then sold off a lot of goods a glass dining room table 8 chairs, a glass coffee table and two side tables, a sofa and two deep seating chairs, along with some other goods. We then handled 75+ boxes on our own and put in storage. They then did not bring a truck with enough room for our much lesser load which forced them to come back and charge $4432.50 more. That was their fault and would not deliver until we signed that there would be additional charges. They showed up late by hours the first time and then had come back after hours to our community which caused us issues. They did not box our mirror as you said they would and did not lay anything to protect floors or corners. They then charged for 3 people and only showed up with two to unload. They in sum took a fraction of the boxes and belongings. They did not finish until very late the day before our closing. We were told by the staff to dispute the charges next day and they would make it right. They credited us $30!!!!!! I would never recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone to move. I never write reviews so this should say a lot about their service. If I could give negative stars I would!!

This company is a complete scam. I wouldnt recommend this business to my worst enemy. They will quote you low to get you to bite and choose them and will raise your rate after they are done and leave you no choice. They will tell you that you can protest and will likely win but it is a LIE! Even the workers admitted this happens every time. This company should lose its rights to do service. STAY AWAY!!!!!! GREAT-They were great from start to finish. They were able to schedule us on short notice, and their crew showed up on time and ready to go as promised. They were very careful with our belongings, and got everything in to our new home in great shape. The estimate was spot on for price as well as the time expected for the move. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

There is no corporate oversight on these reckless franchises and the owner (Susan) has no control over their customer service, or service recovery protocols. I was a long term TM&T customer with several moves under my belt, but not anymore. My last move in August went well except the obvious damage to a very expensive couch. I presented all of the facts and documents (photos, receipts, repair estimates, etc.) and this company still refuses to resolve the claim. I contacted their corporate office as well and they have nothing in place to deal with these fraudulent practices. Basically, this location has an internal vendor on the payroll (with minimal qualifications) to pass judgements on damage claims. What percentage of claims do you think ever get resolved?? This is a horrible way to treat your customers and an unethical way of doing business. I encourage anyone that has been dismissed by this company/ location to reach out to their corporate office, and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. It only takes a few minutes and it is your right as a consumer.The movers who care?? What a joke. You may want to reconsider your slogan...

Asked for 280.00 to move a small bedroom set 1.7 miles.then when I asked if that was competitive price, became hostile with me. said some rude things and told me to go **** myself.

I walk out of my house, there is one of their trucks up on my lawn. Instead of the various drives accessible, they used my yard to drive up, over the full size curb, and leave deep ruts in an arc, 20 feet wide and 5 feet up into the yard. I yelled at the guys, they said sorry, but were turning around and hurriedly drove off. I called the local number, finally got a response, they said they would get in touch. After weeks of delay, I called the corporate number, who said they would reach out to the Pompano Beach franchise for action. I provided photos of my lawn and the truck that drove up on it. I did get an email, saying they would send a lawn service out, but nothing ever happened, and no more responses from anyone. So after hours and hours of my own time, 150 bucks in sod and dirt, it is finally done, NO help from this company. They dodged me. Damaged my property and got away scott free. Im sure if I went to their HQ and drove on the lawn, they would call the cops and I would get arrested. Why would this not work in reverse?? They should be held liable for my property damage and lack of response. Shame on this company.

Horrible company! Do not use!Worst moving experience ever. While moving my stuff into a storage, some of my items caught on fire [bizarre but true] the movers started scooping up the charred remains and dumping them without calling me or taking any pictures of the items they threw away. We had to climb in the dumpster to discover this. I lost some expensive and sentimental artworks in the fire and john at the office was not forthcoming with any sort of resolution. At the end of the day i was finally offered $500 compensation for losses totalling over $3k on a move that cost over $4k.

They must not need the business because they do not return phone calls or emails (Thursday, Friday, and again on Tuesday). For those in the area thinking about visiting this location, save yourself the trip because this location is simply a dispatch office and youll be redirected to call the same phone number provided here by a piece of paper stuck to the front door. I was finally able to speak with someone on Tuesday but was suggested to call back when I was home to provide an inventory of what we would be moving. When I called back about ten minutes later with the inventory, the employee (Amy) was now with a customer. A different employee (Kate) who answered the phone was not accommodating. Kate finally agreed to just have Amy give me a call back when she was done so I would not have to provide all of the information yet again. Amy never called me back. Needless to say, I will give my business to a different moving company who actually wants the business.

Went Well over what they quoted me, guys work very slow, then they broke a glass side table which cost over $350.00 and some draws which we where not to bother about, and then told us they would only cover the weight of the glass side table and would cut us a check for $12.00 what a joke, and all this took me 4 weeks and a number of calls to get this super result.
