The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I feel safe if I have to go there alone at night.We have been with that facility for years and love Gene. He has been consistently helpful! He always looks up and waves when one of us enters and never seems too busy to answer a question.It is also nice to have Lewis back. He helped us when we first did the paperwork to rent our units 10 years ago.Over the years we have had as many as 4 units, but are currently down to 2.We are always happy to recommend Safeguard to others in the area.

The facility is immaculate, units are easily accessible, supplies are available for purchase on-site, and dependable climate control is provided. In all my years of occupancy, I have never seen a sign of any pests whatsoever. Great place!

Facilities are great. But ethically the customer care is lacking at this location. Their friendly demeanor and manners are only clouding the fact that they are trying to pull the wool over your eyes. Everyone up sells but here they lie while doing so.

So far no complaints. The location works well for us and I like that it is safe and air conditioned.

I pay extra for 24 hour access and was denied access on multiple occasions one where I missed a full day of work. Ive been trying to resolve this issue and no one wants to help.. Ive been a member here for years and Im ready to pull my stuff out and go somewhere else

This place feels safe and secure. Its immaculate and well organized. Prices are reasonable and in a safe neighborhood. There are two reasons why I cant give it 5 stars. The hours are bad for those with long day work schedules because the only times the carts are available to move your stuff are during office hours. 9am-6pm M-F, 8:30am-5:30 sat and 10-5 Sun. For me, and Im sure many others, need to get it done and out of the way EARLY! They need to be open from 6-10 daily, or FIGURE OUT A WAY TO ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO ACCESS THE CARTS!! This is very annoying. Now, you CAN get in early, but they lock away the carts, so your only choice is to lug stuff by hand or load your vehicle with a big clunky dolly or cart. The other annoyance here is the lights. Its pitch dark in the halls and the lights dont automatically go on till you PASS the dark, so lights flip on BEHIND YOU. Now, come on, really? Thats just not accommodating, and past storage places have the lights go on AS YOU APPROACH. That way, obviously, you can see where youre going, and notice any boogymen coming for you!All that said, its the best place in the area, and not skanky at all.
