Awful they were closed and we had a appt and the office was closed. After we got the Uhaul the battery died . There on the phone customer service 🥸🤯😵😳🧐stay waiting on them to pick up the phone!!!!!

If anyone needs the best service in the, I recommend you to ask for Jazzy. She is very professional, and gentle as she offers and volunteers info for a full satisfaction to costumer service. She is a very joyful and peace lady. If you need help just ask for Jazzy. Trust me, she is the best!

I’ve been using storage lockers on and off for a couple decades… And by far this company, or at least this branch, has the best customer service that I’ve ever experience.It’s incredibly professional operation but the manager, Anne... she’s definitely a cut above. I would expect this kind of service A different kind of business than storage units. Make sure you have it. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent in every way, save one!Proprietors actually care!Place is clean as a whistle and very well maintained, while pricing is better than most for far less service.My only complaint is with acquiring dollys during off hours(when the facility is open but the office is not). If you have to go then, the dollies are locked up outdoors, in front of the units access. Most facilities leave at least a few inside the facility where access is restricted by a passcode, so a client can get one when needed. Not so here.I STRONGLY suggest changing that policy.

Storage unit had great prices and discounts on first 3 months. The office staff was friendly and very knowledgeable and it was quick to fill out forms. The storage unit is noticeably clean. Its enclosed an AC was very comfortable while working in unit. The office offers free water and coffee to its customers. Great place to use if you need storage.

This is my first time using public storage. Annie was very polite and helpful. She explained everything I needed to know quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this location.

The property manager was very friendly right when I walked in and made me feel very welcomed. I went to other couple places and they were horrible. I highly recommend coming here. They are super clean and very organized.

I have had Public Storage and Cube Smart before and I must say that Value Store It, is the cleanest and friendliest one. They have 6-8 carts when most only have 4-6. I have never been waiting to get a cart. The staff is super friendly and the facility offers you water and fresh coffee. Along with use of free wifi while inside building. The bathrooms are super clean. Would definitely recommend them for your storage and moving needs. They also have many moving supplies, boxes, tape and shrink-wrap for sale at reasonable prices.

I really want to give a shout out to your onsite manager, Anne. This lady literally saved our necks (my fiance and I).We are moving today and uHaul’s internal system really did us dirty.Anne stood up for us because she was upset that we were left high and dry by Uhaul, and then she spent about 30 minutes finding us a truck somewhere. As it turns out she found us the exact truck we needed that had literally just been turned in, they hadnt even cleaned it yet!Anyways, my fiance and I are whole heartedly thankful to you Anne for not buckling and dismissing us with a sorry; and for using the tools available to solve a problem for us. It meant the world to us, and we are so thankful to be able to make our move happen on schedule.Thank you so much!

Ive a unit at this location since past 10 years. Currently I was paying $245.00 per month. I talked to Michael and asked him that I want to move my stuff into a smaller unit so that I can pay less amount of money per month. He is a really professional & gentleman. After checking the stuff of my unit. He advised me to move my stuff into a smaller unit where I can put all my stuff. I followed his advise and moved all my stuff. Now I am paying $125.00 per month. Michael was very helpful to me and for that I am very thankful. Thank you Michael.Mark is also very helpful. I know him since past ten years.

Went in person with a friend who wanted to rent a unit, gave my info for the referral to the clerk and now the Manager Anne Bishop said the referral won’t be paid although none of the restrictions disclosed in the ad applied! Very disappointed of the unprofessional, rude attitude and lack of communication between clerk and manager. Filing complaint with Corporate Office. Stay away from this location and be careful with any offers, discounts or promotions advertised!!

Ruthie was nice and Mark took the time to help me with my unit when I couldn’t get in. He has been super helpful. The prices are reasonable and the location is really close to 95.
