Been with this company and location for 7 years, they have always been an absolute pleasure to work with, from day one to our move out day. Of note, we only moved out bc I had room in my new place for all my things.Everyone I’ve spoken to from the very first day have been very knowledgeable, and courteous. There was never any damage to my storage unit (indoor a/c unit), no invasion of bugs, or water damage even though 3 hurricanes!Melody has always been super helpful when ever I had questions and even moved unit within the location.Move out was a breeze and the cargo van is huge and such a convenience, not to mention way cheaper than Home Depot/Lowe’s rentals, and certainly u-haul for a local move.Audrey helped out with all the details and made final day stress-free!Would definitely recommend this location and company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was a great local storage option for me and was always easily accessible but secure. I rented here for about 4 years and they were always really communicative and helpful. Audrey, the store manager, is so lovely and hospitable - professional & charming - and she was more than happy to help me with my move out. If I ever need another unit, I’ll be coming back to this Life Storage.

The store was super clean and organized. Melody was very helpful and nice. They did not have the unit size I was looking for available but she said she will call me when it is available and also gave me other options.
