Josh was very attentive and knowledgeable on my recent IPhone 13 purchase. I was very leery about upgrading from my IPhone 7 since all my passwords, apps and photos were stored and I was concerned they would be lost. Josh took the time to discuss my trade in value and options that were available to me. All the staff is super friendly and helpful! Great place to buy a new phone or change your services.

I was really nervous about upgrading my phone because in the past I’ve had issues where I lose all of my information during the transfer. Thankfully I was helped by Mike G. and he made the process of getting my new phone go so much better than I thought and was used to.Mike and his staff were very helpful and their customer service is outstanding. Husband Went into the store to pay a bill . The person I spoke to first told me an amount that didn’t seem correct, I got passed to another representative who’s name was Joshua J… there was a misunderstanding where Joshua did not comprehend what I was saying, and in that time was very rude, continued to raise his voice and rather then trying to understand Me he continued to try and talk over me. I remained as calm and professional as I could but Joshua refused to understand my situation. After finally telling him to stop and listen he realized what I was saying and had an “ooohhhhh” moment. By that time I was so flustered by the lack of professionalism Joshua showed I told him I would find another store. The misunderstanding was absolutely NOT the issue, it was the way Joshua reacted and spoke to me when he was the one who was not capable of listening.

Trash. Went to return a phone within the 14 day grace period and they nitpick any little reason not to give you a refund. My phone had two little scratches on the screen protector. Not the actual screen. And they said it was on the screen and refused to give me a refund. They try to upsell you phones that are old and make it seem like youre getting a good deal. Go to another location.

I have to wait at least 45 mins every time I go to my local Verizon store, so I decided to make the drive and try out this store. I regret not coming here sooner because the wait is SO much shorter and the Customer Service is Spot ON. My phone got stolen and Eric helped me with activating a new one. He talked me through some of the promotions that were going on and was very efficient and friendly throughout the new phone activation process. This was a stress-free experience. I highly recommend Eric and this store!

This is not a legit Verizon store anymore. I went to this location for 15 years. In the last year or two it is 3rd party and thry tried to scam me. Go any other location but not this one.

I love my new 8 plus. My phone was completely destroyed and my rep Kevin Lanza took charge and helped me with a selection and solutions to questions I had. In a matter of minutes I was on my way with all data successful transferred! He was capable, polite and knowledgeable! What more could you ask for! Lucky me!!

The ol bait and switch. Ordered a new iPhone and was told the trade in for the old phone was $550. After 2.5 hours of waiting and ready to leave and sign the recipe. It was only $110.The associates need training on customer service and how to operate their own equipment. They also need to not play puzzle games on their own devises when customers are waiting. Would give 0 stars if possible.And after reviewing the receipt from being stuck there for 2.5 hour, its wrong. You charged me to turn in a phone rather than giving me a credit.

After hearing the current LG and Verizon promotions, my fiancé and I both agreed switching over was a great option for us. We walked in the store at 6pm... And since we invested in 2 smart watches as well as trading in our phones, the process took longer than we all would have liked. I want to publically thank Aaron S and David R for staying past close to help us.They were the most talkative and caring sales reps Ive ever worked with and it made the process much more enjoyable!I would definitely recommend this location.

Today I got a new cell phone at Verizon on LBJ. The service I received from Bill Sabir was incredible. Not only did he come in to that location from another store to help me with my new phone, but he also transferred all the data from my old to phone to the new one and explained the changes in phone model without ever letting me see a second of condescendence at my lack of technology expertise. In an age when everyone is in a hurry, he treated me as if I were the only customer to ever set foot in that store. As I told him, his professional, helpful behavior speaks volumes for Verizon for having hired him.

Ricky was amazingly helpful. He made suggestions and listened to my concerns. He was personable and took his time with me. I felt really valued as a customer.

Ricky who assisted me made upgrading my phone quick and easy. Thought it would take 40 days and 40 nights but nope .. he got me in and out. Just like I like.

The ladies at the LBJ store were amazing in helping us set up our account and get some issues resolved. Can’t say enough great things about them. EXTREMELY patient and helpful. Will definitely come back or call them with any questions. They told us how to get our broken Zagg screens replaced and where to go to do it. They looked up the nearest Starbucks for us so we could get a sandwich. They let me call to see if they were busy or not, so they could help with my issue and I wouldn’t have to wait. Really great customer service!!! Definitely 5 star quality.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this store. I made two visits to this store last week to ask details about buying a Verizon Gizmo Watch for my daughter for Christmas. I was told the price was $179.99 retail or $129.99 with a two year contract renewal. After not hearing from them, I went in yesterday to see if it had arrived. It had and I was told they just forgot to call me. Upon beginning to sign paperwork, I discovered they were charging $179.99 for the two year contract renewal. I asked for the price I had been quoted when I ordered the watch and they refused. I said that I would pay the $179.99, but without the contract renewal. I looked up Verizons website price for the phone and showed it to them. They then told me I would have to pay $229.99 without a contract renewal. I cancelled the transaction and left at that point.During this entire exchange there was what I presume was a manager sitting towards the back of the store that never once intervened or attempted to explain the anything. He sat back there and shook his head a couple of times.I understand that this is an Authorized Retailer, but it is ridiculous that they do not honor pricing that their employees quote when an order is placed or advertised offers directly from Verizon. I would hope that Verizon Corporate seriously rethinks their association with this Authorized Retailer.

Do not go here. The sales associate Ezra sold me a new IPhone and told me I could get a HUM car device for free with no additional charge and that I could call Verizon to remove any additional fees. My bill is due in a week and I am charged 50+ additional dollars on my bill because Ezra wasn’t correct I’ve called the store three times to fix the bill and they haven’t helped me out I called Verizon customer service and they told me I had to call the store myself to fix the issue. Five days ago to fix the issue and they took my name and number then Three days ago I called the store and they took my name and number and I never got a call so I called back yesterday and they did the same thing I’m not sure how to fix this issue I was also told this location doesn’t have a store manager worst location ever. I will tell everyone I know not to come here.

I couldnt have asked for better service! Cat Kim and Rick Neal absolutley went the extra mile to solve a very mysterious problem with my phone. We had a wonderful experience with Johny. We switched from Sprint back to Verizon and it turned into quite an ordeal. Sprint would not give me the information I needed and by the time it was over, 3 hours to be exact, I had to made a trip to my house and to a Sprint store. My account number had to be retrieved from a previous bill and I had to go to a Sprint store to reset my account password!! I am done with Sprint and Johny is my Verizon guy! They even gave us an extra discount because we had such a hard time switching over to Verizon.

They are amazing and friendly. At least the 3 I dealt with this morning!!
