I stopped going to game stop a few years ago. My daughter and I decided to check it out again. This location was organized and all of the employees are very friendly and helpful. Will defiantly be back.

Looking for Pokemon cards

They lie to get you to order items. Then it takes weeks longer to get your order. I ordered on Dec 7th they said would be up to 4 days no problem. However now it has been 10 days and still they have no answer for me.

Though I typically avoid Game stop as a company, this individual store has amazing people on staff at the time I am writing this. Id say because of them, I have visited the store twice as often and NEVER feel pressured to spend by money.Side note: Im surprised that game stop had the best Black Friday deals this year for me. Thats rare, so Good Job Game stop, you won my money this year.

Great place to get games. Becoming an elite power pro member saves you quite a bit of money on used games and you get reward points not matter what you buy and the ounts can be redeemed for coupons for discounts on games and consoles. This is whee I usually purchase all of my games. All of the staff are very helpful and friendly.

So, listen. The customer service is decent, and they get you what you need...eventually. I’ve been twice with friends to get Switches to this same GameStop, and they completely bombard you with things they think you should buy. I know it’s their job to sell, but it has made me and my friends uncomfortable and confused both times.

The people that work at this GameStop are always enthusiastic and they seem to have a great attitude all the time. my only complaint is they seem to be understaffed at times and I just assumed thats for budget cuts...I have no idea whats going on with their business but to walk in theres only one person working the counter and theres like maybe 3 people staring at them that seems a bit unnerving at times

Do not order from them unless you are sure. If you cancel an order they “overlook” account details and it’ll take more than a month to get your money back unless you want a gift card. What do I want a $300 gift card for.

Almost lost all my points Ive gathered over the years because someone was supposed to renew my account with them and never did. Also went and bought destiny 2 in the sale area and was in a rush so when I got home I had been charged the full amount and had to go back to return it.

Keith was the employee working this morning. As soon as I walked in he was very rude about it being cash only today. I understood but I wanted to trade my games in for cash. He got very rude and said What did I just tell you, its cash only today I just walked out. I was not gonna argue with him. It made me not want to ever visit that gamestop store again.

They always greet once you come in. They have range of games. Even sales where you can buy pre owned games 3 for $20 I believe. My son loves it here. I love it as well. Helps because my son is a gamer an after a day or 2 wants a new game. Well gamestop helps me because I bring game with receipt an use my gamestop card points to buy him another game.

The people where nice to help and I ask them question. They told me that had 4 for 20 sale going on and i got three games i wanted.

Gamestop is a staple for gaming. That being said, they are notorious for running specials where corporate only sends 2-5 of those specials to each store. Its a luring scam.However, if you disregard the specials, Gamestop still has the advantage in that you have your own account (if you sign up), which allows you reward points based on your purchases. They also have pre-order exclusive bonus content. And they have a credit program, which is convenient, but has horrendous interest rates.

Ok place to go. You have to talk to the associate to get what you want. Lack of interaction is fatal in order to maximize sales

They werent very nice and also I asked them about a big game from the original developers of fallout and they didnt know what I was talking about. Theyre stuff is labeled wrong like I was looking for a Wii u controller and they said we have none so I looked in the pre used area and I found one labeled as a ps4 controller

This is always the Gamestop I get sent to from the other ones that dont have what I want.

My boyfriend and I went in there today and saw a sign that said 4 for $10 so my boyfriend and I went through the games even though there was not that many games in the bin we picked out four and went up to pay only to find out that none of the games we picked out were the 4 for $10. It annoyed me that there was 3 people working in a small store and the store was not busy so its clear someone was not doing there job. I will never shop there again at that location and will let my friends know not to go there.

I was on my lunch break (30 min) just wanted to run in and grab a pair of basic xbox 1 headsets.....the people behind the counter were more I to their own conversation then trying to help the customers out. The guy in front of me got called tonthw register, I guess he was trading a game in or something, and the girl told.hin to go back and look for what he wanted. Then turned around and went back to.outting game discs away!!!!!! Completely ignored me. Needless to say I was late getting back to work and I still need a headset for my game system. This particular stores customer service was horrible. This store is grossly overpriced and never has any of the accessories that are needed.

Bought a game yesterday realize already had it open the fricken seal took back today and couldnt get a refund cause its new but they dont say that until you take it back veey unplease

Went to buy the Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition, same game I was told I could buy the night before if I needed a copy. I was still on the fence. I was told I couldnt buy the copy on the shelf. If I cant buy it, remove it from the shelf.
