I got an iphone se told the retailer I dont know anything about an iphone and got home and didnt have a charger because the phone was almost dead the retailer didnt specify that the phone didnt come with a charging block so I have to go back to the store and find a block before the phone dies how does a brand new phone out the box not already be charged

I upgraded from an HTC Desire 626s to an LG Harmony. I assumed that they had deals regarding trade-ins, but didnt. Regardless, Im still content w/my purchase nonetheless. The assistant there (Michelle) was very helpful w/transferring my info from phone-to-phone and all-around courteous to boot. Didnt have much of a selection like other Cricket dealers Ive visited, but Im sure they will in the near future.

Was very disappointed with the service here, only had my phone 8 days, had nothing but technical problems out of it, tried to get help, all they could do for me was send it off and wait for it to be fixed or send a replacement in the mail. Would have thought they could at least let me pick another phone at the new line price. So mother of two that cant receive her kids phone calls or texts. I know as a manager myself that they could have helped me, but chose not to.

I went in there one time to look at some phones and 2 guys turned around gave me a what are you doing in here look. I think they were related to the owners. Most uncomfortable place to be in. If you want cricket phones go online or check first I think GameStop Carrys them,they used to anyway. Remember you are the consumer,without your support businesses cant thrive.
