Absolute nightmare...where to begin? Theft. Countless breaks during the packing process and then did a very poor job. Broke many of our personal items for our cross-country move due to packing heavy furniture on top of boxes. The lack of experience, professionalism and care for our personal items was evident. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Very rude called to get a price and said we dont t operate that way when I told them we were moving this weekend

There Packers do not know how to pack cartons properly

I never had them help me move but I could see the worker clearly leaning on my car and on my driveway. The house that was being moved out of was on the other side of our circle. No respect for possessions or property. On the phone for over 15 minutes not helping the other movers. I know who Im not calling to help me move.

Warning for Van Operators: If this agent is assigned as the OA or DA on a shipment which you are servicing, arrange labor from an alternate source. This agent sent me labor which demanded $150 ea for 3.75 hours of work on a 7500 lb delivery and this nearly became a violent interaction. These employees violent and unprofessional demeanor are a risk to customers and drivers alike. My experience occurred Dec. 2017.
