This team is very professional and responsive. I contacted them within two weeks of my requested move date and they were able to schedule me. It was a four bedroom three bath house pack out and move. The team was very responsive, they were very professional, very engaging, and they asked questions. The next day with the move and the unload some of the same team arrived and again very professional, quick with their moving, setting up everything for me, and again asking questions as needed. This is a great value for service provided and I would definitely recommend them for family and friends.

The local office is super friendly and was able to schedule my move on short notice. The day of, they were able to come a few hours early. Richard and Dalton were friendly and careful with my belongings. They executed the job quickly and efficiently. Ill be requesting them when we move our things back into our home in a few more weeks.

Four guys were fabulous! The fifth and the youngest had no Interet in his job. Never asked which room the boxes were intended for and so wed find a kitchen box in the master bedroom! Clothes boxes left in the garage. Brought in three boxes and just dumped them.He needs to be replaced!

I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck. We used them to move my daughter out of her apartment and to a temporary storage facility. Working with the office to set up the particulars of the move was easy and the staff friendly. The movers were exceptional! Gary and Tim called to let us know when they were 15 minutes away and arrived within the time window promised. They were careful with my daughters apartment contents yet moved the items swiftly. They were professional, friendly and seemed to thoroughly enjoy their work. I recommended them several times to other parents moving their kids out of their apartments that very day and would, without hesitation, recommend them again. In fact, we will most definitely use them to move my daughters things from the storage facility to her new apartment.

Greg and Richard were professional and efficient. They worked carefully, being protective of my items and my new house. They had gone above and beyond by helping me remove a drain plug with the necessary tools, so that they can complete installation of my washing machine.

Second time I used them. Last time they only broke one item, this time they didnt break anything. Moving team was great. My only complaint is that last time they moved my plants and this time they said it was against company policy to move plants. I was disappointed to learn this last-minute and had to pay someone else to move plants I has for 25-30 years and didnt want to leave behind. Erlene in the office was great and very helpful.The move also went quickly and came in way below the estimate. Id recommend them to anyone ( and do).

My experience couldn’t have gone any worse than it did. I knew that my office furniture that needed to be moved from my home to my business location was going to be a challenge based on its size, but I never imagined that “professional movers” wouldn’t be able to do the job without dropping it on the concrete and damaging it in several different areas. The failure to wrap my furniture properly caused the majority of the damage and even though 1 hours fee was deducted (still paid over $300 plus tip) based on the one damaged area that the movers disclosed to me, they failed to mention that when they dropped my desk they also destroyed my wooden pen tray that came with it and apparently hid/stole it which to me is a true testament to the character of people that you entrusted to do a job and treated kindly despite their struggles. During the process my back screen door was broken which they also tried to hide. If you hire this company watch them very carefully, make them wrap your furniture completely and inspect inspect inspect during and afterwards.

I have used this company about six times. Never had a problem with them. No damaged furniture or walls. They work well and get it done in good time. Movers were courteous and pleasant. I have heard complaints about cost. When it comes to your furniture and valuables. Cheap is not the best way to go.

Awesome Experience ! My wife and I had moved back to Statesboro from Florida in January and knew we would be making a double move, as we couldn’t find a home we liked until recently. I had used another company in Florida that my company had used for years for that were amazing - padded and shrink wrapped so - never any damage . We could not have been more pleased with this company. I would put them up against any large National company. The office staff were incredibly professional, patient and friendly every time I called with questions. Emailed me with quick responses as well . Jennifer and her team were terrific. Our moving team of Michael, Darius and Xavier were efficient, thorough and extremely polite . They moved us in a little over 7 hours which I was certain would take 9 or 10 which is what I counted on . If you are making a local move - Use Two Men and a Truck - Pooler !

Had an okay experience with our move from Pooler to Guyton. Initially communication was fantastic. My customer service rep was super helpful in setting up our estimate, and getting an accurate inventory of what all we had for our local move.I had called and emailed a few times prior to our move date with no response which was a little unsettling. Day of, movers arrived on time and were very friendly, and ready to work.One of the reasons we went with Two Men and a Truck was because they stated that they only use professional movers. Im not entirely sure what the vetting process entails for professional movers, but Im assuming the crew (2 man) we had were new/freshly out of training because they seemed to struggle with efficiently loading our items. A number of items were loaded and then unloaded for rearranging, which ate up precious time (when youre paying an hourly rate). Im not disputing that loading a truck is hard work - thats why we didnt do it ourselves. They ended up leaving a piece of work out equipment and a large tv at our old house, with the intention of making a second trip back to retrieve it (again eating up time).Said piece of workout equipment had been damaged in the load/unload/re-load/and unload again process. So at this point, we were getting a little frustrated.We reached out to customer service, and their response is why were still giving 4 stars. They sent a second crew (free of charge) to retrieve our remaining items, stopped the clock at a time that we were all able to agree on, and got in touch over the insurance claim process (we managed to fix the workout equipment - so a claim was not necessary). Moving is stressful, and I cant say the process was flawless, but all in all Im not angry about the outcome either.

They were not just on time but early which I loved. They were professional, precise, cautious and most of all quick!!! They moved some pretty heavy furniture and were so quiet. I left the room for a minute, came back and they were practically done. I was really nervous as I thought the furniture was going to be too heavy and there was some disassembly needed. They took care of every concern. I would recommend them to anyone!!

BEWARE!! They will STEAL YOUR PROPERTY. The workers at this company packed my belongings and moved to local storage when the lease was up at my apt & I was still working the pandemic in NYC. After my contract I moved to Tampa area and had same company then bring my property from storage to my house here. Imagine my surprise when several dozen items were missing totaling about $3,000. Nothing else could have happened to this property as they were the only ones with access (other than management who I knew well plus there would have been signs/report of a break-in) which is why I was so surprised they were bold enough to go through with stealing them because they were the only possibility. Even stranger, they left behind a couple of pillow cases and a t-shirt that do not belong to me. Upon inventory I immediately called the Savannah PD and filed a theft report #201211056 contact person is Justin Sarver; consider this post a release authorization to verify and inquire about this incident. The manager Brett at Two Men was unapologetic and even defended his criminal employee by refusing to tell me who performed the original move..I paid dearly for the service, I have a right to know who performed it. Brett did not seem to get that there is legally, or otherwise, no expectation of privacy for criminal activity and continued to conceal the identity of the worker which only makes me wonder if he was in on it.Now, if you watch these guys like a hawk every second of your move, using these movers is probably fine. But if you want movers you can trust, these are not your guys.

6 months later and I now I feel it’s the right time to review this company. When I was moving the men communicated and packed very well. I was very surprised. But it was too good to be true. What was wrong? My Apple Watch that I use everyday was packed in a small open/close box and once everything was delivered I looked for it and it was gone. They dented my wall trying to put a couch down; which don’t get me wrong they did fix. But now that I am moving again. The new and trust worthy movers noticed that my bed had been TAPED instead of screwed. Which can only mean this company couldn’t find the screws and decided to just tape it together. I wouldn’t recommend these movers to my family or friends. Ever.

I’ve been reluctant to fill this part of the review out but the more I thought about it, the most I decided to warn others to steer AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !! I was quoted 4 hours ( I believe Jennifer came out to physically see what needed to be packed and put in the PODS Storage unit ) and it took them 9 hours to load, took them 3 hours to pack one room ( kitchen and I’d had the rest of the place packed except for the garage ) . They were NOT careful with my stuff !! I was told that I would be getting 2 certain people ( due to myself having PTSD, OCD, anxiety attacks and panic attacks ) but I got THE 2 SLOWEST EMPLOYEES THAT THEY HAD !! I was told that I was “ hostile on more than one occasion when I stayed in the master bedroom 80% of the time unless it was to check on the progress !! I’ve used Two Men and a Truck in different states and I’VE never had an issue with them like I did this location !! But from looks of the previous reviews it’s not something new to this particular location !! I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR ANY OF YOUR MOVING NEEDS !! ( Only positive thing was they were able to move a different client to the original time and date I had so I could get moved sooner . ) I’m not sure honestly yet what they extent the damages will be since 90% of everything went in a PODS Storage unit . The 2 that did show up was leaving without even telling me that they had to go without finishing the job . I had to get a second climate controlled storage unit to store the stuff they didn’t get into the PODS unit . This was THE WORST moving experience I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve had to move the day after my house was hit by 3 tornadoes in April 2011 in rural Iowa !!

I have used Two Men and a Truck multiple times. They did a fantastic job moving us within the same state. They were on time, explained everything in detail, confirmed what furniture was to be shrink wrapped or blanket wrapped. Professional and the movers we used were very pleasant and accommodating considering how stressful a move can be. I would recommend them highly.

My move team was very friendly, on time, helpful, and thoughtful. No damage in or out of homes and went above and beyond to help. I had an emergency and had no childcare for my toddler and they worked around our needs and schedule. It was a great experience.

They were prompt, worked hard, put things exactly where we wanted them. They also advised to put something under the feet of some of our furniture as to not damage our new flooring. When they were finished, they said they still had 15 more minutes that I paid for, what else can they do. I told them they did great and they could go. They insisted to help so they assembled two things that only took a few minutes and asked what else could they do to help us. I told them to take off and enjoy a nice break on me. Very nice friendly and helpful guys.

I have hired this company twice. The first time was great. After the second time I will not be hiring them again.Hired for a local move. The 2 guys were nice, professional, hard working. However, they took twice as long as the estimate. I understand it’s just an estimate, but twice as long is a bit extreme.The biggest issue is they could not fit all of our things. Prior to booking, I asked how big the truck would be. They sent a smaller truck and couldn’t fit everything because of this.After spending over $1k on movers, I would at least expect them to get everything. We ended up having to take at least 10 trips in my suv moving things after we hired two men to do the live for us. Extremely disappointed in how much had to be left behind because the truck was full, especially after I specifically was told a bigger truck would be sent.I have reached out to the company twice to address the issue and no response. I would not recommend!

Two men and a truck quoted 900-1300 to move a small two bed room house that is under 1000sqft. Price gouging at its finest, folks. Dont be fooled by a company like this.

I have used this company two times. The first time was great. The last time was horrible. The movers did not come on time. The movers themselves were okay but they took twice the amount of time as my last move and all I needed to do was to put my stuff in storage. With the new pricing you will pay double the price especially because of the several hours they will spend moving you. To make it worse things were left at my old place and a table was broken. I would have forgiven the table being broken except they tried to claim the glass piece they broke would be 12 dollars and to be generous they would pay me 24 dollars. Where does anyone find someone to make them a custom made glass table top for 12 or even 25 dollars?! Stay away, they are crooks, lack professionalism and do not take responsibility for any of their mistakes.

It was a local move; we packed ourselves (using supplies purchased from Two Men); and they did the heavy lifting. It was great!!! They were on time, professional and got everything moved efficiently. On April 1st Two Men and a Truck moved me from a 3 bedroom home in Savannah to a 4 bedroom home in Pooler. The service was excellent from the quote to completion of the move. The value for services and the reasonable cost was great! Jennifer kept me abreast of service expectations from beginning to end. The movers Travis, Richard and Mikey were very professional and took the best of care with my belongings...I certainly would use Two Men and Truck again because I was well pleased with this company.

Our movers were ON TIME, polite, and no request was too big. We had an unusual situation where they had to hand-carry large pieces of furniture two doors away, down the back lane, then up a flight of stairs. The remainder had to be taken to the 3rd floor of a storage unit. Steven P. and C.J. were friendly and went right to work. Paperwork was easy and accurate. Office staff was also responsive. Everything went as planned.

They sent three strong, silent young men who moved our heavy stuff quickly and efficiently for a local move. The $550 I paid was a bargain. Just one criticism : They were a little late. That’s why four stars and not five. But I would use this company again anytime.

Unfortunately had a 300$ samsung TV speaker go missing during our move. We assumed that it may have been left on the truck since it was not in a box (it was wrapped in bubble wrap). Called customer service 3 times, all 3 times they said they would look into it and get back to us but never did. Sent and email to corporate and they said the only thing to do if we thought it had been stolen was to file a police report. Use this company at your own risk.

FIRST TIME HIRING MOVERS, SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WORKED DILIGENTLY. WALKED THROUGH SHOWING THEM ALL WHAT WAS TO BE TAKEN. DID SOME DAMAGE TO MY ONE BOOKSHELF, APPEARS TO HAVE SLID IT ON THE BED OF THE TRUCK, THEY DIDNT USE THE FURNITURE BLANKETS. I DIDNT PAY FOR INSURANCE- IT WAS A RIDICULOUS PRICE FOR THE AMOUNT FOR THE DISTANCE I WAS MOVING.

I cant say enough good things about the service I received. They were punctual, were carful with all of my belongings and even helped me empty my car. Their prices were extremely reasonable and had a few suggestions regarding my property maintenance. If I ever had to move again they are definitely the only business I would call.

My company hired Two Men and a Truck to move our office and there were 3 movers to help us. The service wasn’t bad except for the end of the move when I specifically explained to the mover to let me know when the paperwork was ready so I could sign on my Directors absence. Instead, the mover named John took the paperwork to someone else and left me waiting for 20 minutes. I go outside to look for him and he was smoking a cigarette. He walked past me and got in the truck. How rude???? He could have explained to me that he gave the paperwork to someone else to sign.And to respond to the owner below that commented on my review.... John’s name is listed below on the survey card. That still doesn’t negate the fact that the mover cared less to communicate with me about the paperwork being signed.

I called for a quote to move in town from midway to Hinesville. The price was outrageous for the amount of items I needed moved (only moved not packed).I had better quotes from other movers within the area.On a positive note: The service representative was very sweet.

Used them to move a heavy China cabinet and well worth the money. It was pricey as it had to go over a state line 30 mile trip but saved my back. Very friendly guys who moved it.

I have used Two Men and a Truck twice this past year and had a great experience, the move was two hours on the dot the guys were great. On this third and final move with the same furniture we went close to 3 hours. We finally purchased our forever home and I am a little disappointed to have the extra cost of the move going over by almost an hour. I figured same furniture would equal the same amount of time but I was wrong. Travis and Dean were very nice and professional so no complaints about them but not so much with the manager Andrea.

It was an extra 130 gas etc. When calling back to ask about it Jennifer was rude and overtalking me she explained people make mistakes etc,and it was in the confirmation email she sent but like I tried to explain to her its the principal if I just talk to you yesterday and askedyou wasthat all the fees she told me Yes!! Now all of a sudden its another $130.. Spoke to herSupervisor who didnt really seem care to much either! Customer service was horrible and I wont be using them ever again..

We just needed some large pieces moved around throughout the house, and one piece taken away. Tavarris and Marquelle arrived on time and were great!

Very professional and great to work with. Did a great job with piano too.

The movers came promptly and handled all my possessions with care.

Although it’s been a couple of years since I’ve used this company, I want to tell everyone that they are overpriced and unprofessional! I moved from a house to a townhouse in Richmond Hill, GA, basically just a couple miles away, and was almost charged $1000!!! The movers took frequent breaks and dragged out my move to the extreme! (Since they charge by the hour they will go as slow as they can!) Then when the move was finished, the driver crossed out the quote on my paperwork and charged me even more! When I asked why he changed the quote on my paperwork I was told “we adjust as necessary “! Please don’t use this company! They rip you off and are very unprofessional!

The guys were early and gave me a call. They were extremely careful with my belongs, quick, polite, and respectful. I will definitely be using Two Men & A Truck, plus the guys that moved my stuff!!

Very professional and punctual company I would use this company again if the need would arise.

Ive never worked with a moving company before, but the gentlemen that helped me on 1/30/17 were awesome. Rasheen was so helpful and had such a positive attitude and Travis was very efficient and moved quickly (Im pretty sure I have the names correct, but it was such a busy day and Im terrible remembering names). They helped alleviate so much of my stress that day. I definitely would use this company again!

The workers mistreated my furniture a lot

Worst service ever. Me and my husband bubble wrapped, shrink wrapped, and boxed everything in my house. We even went as far as moving everything into the living room so that the men were able to grab and go. The only extra service that two men in a truck provided, was 2 mattress covers. So someone please tell me why it took them 4.5 hours to pack the truck when they only had to tote my things appropriately 10 steps from the living room to the truck. They did not have to go from room to room to get boxes. To make matters worse, I paid for the largest storage at the storage company and the movers barely got my things to fit in the storage. The storage is packed to the ceiling literally, with large gaps of space in the back of the storage. Oh yeah and it took them 3 hours to unload the truck into storage. Before I wrote this review, I called 3 days in a row to speak with a manager and left messages for the manager to call me back. Conveinetly, the manager and general manager were out of town for the week. Today is a week later and Im still waiting on that call. I guess Ill make a trip up their.

They did a great job I will use them again

Terrible. They showed up over 3 hours late. Exhausted, most furniture was pushed or dragged, leaving scratches in both the place I moved from and into. Couch has a skid mark from where it was dragged.The two were very nice and did their best but I won’t use them again.It might not be so bad if you were the first job of the day but I’ll pass. There are plenty other moving companies out there.

It went great, they were on time and very nice. They did a great job. I had a lot of anxiety since I hired Move Buddies to pack and move my parents and Move Buddies did a horrible job, but Two Men & a Truck were very professional and assured me everything would be fine! They were done in 3 1/2 hours.
