TILL JUST A FEW YEARS AGO THIS WAS FOR DECADES THE BEST N MOST RELIABLE TRUCK RENTAL. TODAY TO GO 10 MILES WITH THEIR 14 FOOT TRUCK WITHIN 24 HOURS IS $60. ON UP. HALF THAT PRICE AT UHAUL N THEY DONT CARE. THEY NEED TO OPEN THE 1 ON 301 SOUTH IN STATESBORO GA BACK UP. 5HE ONLY 1 OPEN IN CITY NOW IS A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡

They were a million times easier to deal with than Uhaul!!! They actually guarantee your truck instead of calling THE DAY BEFORE you are moving, telling you they dont have a truck and you can pick one up from the next state over at your own expense (Uhaul literally did this to me)

Never use Penske trucks!!!!! Worst on reliable company you will deal with. Stranded on the highway for 2 hours and now missing my deadline and that wont give me a new truck and I am currently waiting on hold yet again for another 35 minutes. Use UHAUL or any other service but never use PENSKE WORST RENTAL COMPANY EVER!!!!!!

Home depot pick up good prices

They were really nice and friendly.

Called customer service and they said they had a van at garden City. My ride dropped me off, I went inside and they told me they didnt have a van even though there was one out front not being used. I was stranded my ride couldnt make it back . thanks penske .
