The lady who did eyebrows was very nice, but... My left eyebrow looks great, she left the shape (which I told her I liked the shape of my brows, but just wanted them cleaned up) just how I asked.. the right brow however is very thin, patchy/squiggly, my arch is gone, and she also took off the tail of my brow. My eyebrows look completely different in both shape and length and its very noticeable. She asked if I liked them and I lied and said I did because I did not want her touching my other eyebrow that looked fine. Im honestly very embarrassed about how my eyebrows look now.. Once again, the lady was very nice, but I wont be coming back to get my eyebrows done at this salon again :(

Ive had my hair cut, colored, highlighted, and had balayage done several times by Cyan and it has always been absolutely gorgeous. I do recommend.

Took my 2 oldest daughters in one for a cut and one to be thinned out. I cannot remember the names of the two ladies who did their hair (they looked younger) but gosh I wish I did! They did an amazing job on my girls hair! We will definitely continue to use them

Be careful going here! I went in with hair in the middle of my back and was left looking like a feather duster from the 80s! I did explain to the hairdresser I wanted layers and the dead ends cut off...well she got all the dead ends off and more!!!! Not to include that the layers were so gapped, choppy an horrifying I had to have my hair cut again just to somewhat blend what could be blended and to help future growth to come in properly. ( my hair is now right below my jawline) Oh did I forget to mention I also am the type who prefers no bangs since I have cowlicks...well before I knew it she had start in on them and went as far as having them stop at my ear! Who has bangs that goes as far as back to their ears???? Did I mention to tell you I told the stylist my daughters wedding an sons graduation is in May?!!! Along with my job position this hair cut has been from the pits of hell!!! And I didnt get my money back either....they should be paying for extension at the minimum!!!! They took my hair away right before such BIG events in my childrens lives that I will be in pictures that can not be changed or fixed!!! Im the one walking my daughter down the isle....an now on her day instead of us getting our hair done together thanks to this amazing establishment Im going to have this mutilation instead....thanks jcpenney!

Personally, i love a lot of the stylists here, most people that complain probably just went mute during their cuts and just nodded whenever the stylist spoke. Thats usually why people get mad at stylists lmao

I can honestly say I will never set foot in that place. Hairstylist is untrained and sloppy, cutting chunks out and thinning hair way too much. Not a place suited for even a dog, let alone a person. A three year old learning to use scissors does better work. STAY AWAY

They are horrible a friend went in for a cute cut and left having to get help to fix the mess the “stylist “ made I could have done this so much better for her and for free and I have no type of degree or anything in hair they are horrible and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!

They litterly ruined my nieces hair. She wanted a trim with layers without taking much of the length off. The lady WACKED her long hair that was in the middle of her back to where it wasnt even touching her shoulders. DO NOT GO HERE!

Went in with shoulder length hair and ask for a trim came out with a Carol Brady hair cut . I will never return to this salon

They burn people’s hair and don’t even care, just don’t go here.
