I was shopping for a new headboard and found just what I was looking for at Spiller Furniture. The staff were excellent to work with, and they went above and beyond to assist me. Would highly recommend them.

A few months back, I purchased my son a new mattress set. Dot Davis assisted me and I found the perfect one. At that time, I saw a complete living room set I loved. I knew we were about to be ready to purchase. Mrs. Dot once again helped me by telling me of an upcoming sale that would benefit me. Last month, we finally purchased the living room set, and I couldnt be happier. They went above and beyond to make this an enjoyable experience, and I feel great about our investment. We also ended up buying a new King mattress set just like my sons.

I came here looking for a couch and I found the perfect one! The staff is amazing and very helpful!! Lisa and Dot were both amazing!!!They have so many options along with great prices!! I will definitely be back for my other furniture needs! 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!

I had a very peasant experience at Spiller Furniture & Mrs Dot was very helpful and attentive to what I was looking for. Unfortunately a piece of the furniture was back ordered but she kept me updated on the process of the arrival. Once it came, my delivery was scheduled and the set looks Great! Thanks to Spillers our home town furniture store.

Lori was such a help in getting two barstools that we have had on order from another store that they could never get. She went above and beyond and found them at another store and had them transferred to her store in Prattville. I paid for them over the phone and she even had a friend that works close to me deliver them to me. Thanks for all her help and will def shop Spiller again when looking for furniture.

Friendly staff, and I love my small sectional I bought for my Florida room.

We purchased a couch and loveseat on 01/31/2020 from Ms.Dot — what a gem! On delivery, the couch had a snag in it. They replaced the couch. Within 30 days, the loveseat also had a snag in the stitching and was making a weird noise when reclined. I should add that the set came off the showroom floor. I called and spoke with Laurie. She was very helpful and had a brand new loveseat delivered to us the following day. (The delivery guys are the nicest young people!) A+++ customer service! We do not blame Spillers for the defects in the furniture and will shop with them in the future because they’ve stood by what they sold us!

Ms. Dot is my sales rep and is the best at her job when Im looking for something she will find it even when its not in her store she will get it for me.

I grew up in a Furniture Store 1 block away & considered Mike Spiller a Friend, he took me on a tour of Home Office in T-Town many years ago. Now this is my Hometown go to Furniture Store, with people who know you and are Truly Dedicated to their store and knowledge is Great. Reclining right now in sofa I got 2 years from Mrs. Davis.

Shopping at Spiller is like shopping with family. They are all so very friendly. I love the fact that they are not pushy and they will make sure you are satisfied before you leave. Mrs. Dot knows all the customers and she even calls you by your first name. I love how she cares about you and she seems to know your style. I was shopping for a recliner and wanted to take it home that day. We went to literally every other store in town that carried furniture. One told us that they would have to order it and it would take 6-8 weeks. Another lied to us and told us that we could take it home then as I was handing them my card they said that they would have to order it. I was so discouraged by the time we got to Spillers that I wouldnt even go in. IoI sent my findh in. Come out they had what we were looking for AND we could take it home that day. The people were so kind and welcoming. I will not ever go anywhere else for my furniture needs. They even sent a hand written thank you note afterwards.

This is an AMAZING store!! I highly recommend to anyone looking for any type of furniture! They have a great selection and great customer service. You can pick up yourself or for a very small fee they will deliver it to you. Mrs. Dot is who I was working with and she was extremely helpful and attentive to what I was looking for. Save yourself some time and aggravation from going to the big chain stores and stop in this amazing family owned store thats been in Prattville for YEARS! Their selection is just as good if not better, the prices are competitive and the customer service is unmatched!!
