Today Sept 27,2021. I had the honor of riding in a 150 + motorcycle procession for a departed vet. One of their drivers blocked traffic from 195 to 95 merge until just part Thurber Ave curve. It provided a level of safety for riders and reminded me that good humans still exist. My thoughts are if they have this much respect for safety of others on the road and for a vet they didnt know, then they must be great to deal with.

Wouldnt bring our cars anywhere else. These guys are great up front honest mechanics. With good quality work. Work is done in a efficient manner and they also have a AAA discount on labor cost. We have everything car related done here from oil changes to state inspections.

I brought my car in for a few repairs. Mike brought to my attention some other items needed to be addressed. I left there knowing my car was now in good shape. Great staff !

They were suppose to tow my husbands car and the person turned on the car instead of using the cable and my husband banged on his car to get his attention to turn it off. The service guy claimed my husband threatened him and left, leaving my husband without a tow. I called the manager and he claimed my husband threatened him. I suggested that he should have called my husband and diffused the situation and he said that that was not his job as a manager. Extremely unprofessional.

Our vehicle broke down in Rhode Island and we needed a tow back to Massachusetts. Kevin was not only very professional and great company, but made the entire experience much less stressful! He showed up very quickly and remained positive and helped to make the (LONG) trip home seem like no time at all. Ismael came out to tow my car after AAA told me I needed a new starter. He spent a good 30 minutes in the snow helping me figure out what was wrong - turns out the starter was fine and the ground to my battery had corroded and snapped in half. He explained how to fix it and got my car started, saving me a tow and a few hundred dollars in unnecessary repairs.Promote that man.

I brought my car here to get a quote for what I needed to fix.I knew it was going to be pricey but I was caught off guard when the man said I would probably be better off trading the car in than paying for the costly repairs.I thought it was awesome that he told me the real deal when instead he could have made a lot off the bajillion things I needed fixed.He also waived the diagnostic fee.I thought they were really nice and seemed trustworthy!

Dave is a pleasure to deal with. I have two vehicles I bring there. They always stand behind their work. You can drop off and pick up at night. This is a huge convenience.

I find the prices for their mechanics is a bit pricey. Though it seems like most of the mechanics in the immediate vicinity are pretty expensive, really.

Just witnessed East Side Towing blatantly run through a stop sign on my street. Family neighborhood kids around. Not acceptable.
