Have been customers for years, they have always taken care of our needs. Stephen took the time to explain the upgrade process we underwent recently and also explained several new features of my wifes new phone to her. He is a great representative of Wavelengths and US Cellular!

Came in here to get an upgrade and the lady I worked with was very rude and did not seem to want to help us at all. She did not ask any questions and just assumed the size and color I wanted on the phone I picked out. She came out and I asked her what I wanted and was very unpleasant. We just left as she went looking for the phone and will never be back. We actually are gonna switch to ATT this was the last straw with this companies terrible service. The signal around here is poor and slow at best.

Christina was nothing but helpful and accommodating! She went out of her way to make sure I knew ALL of my options and guided me to make the best one for my situation and needs. She went above and beyond making sure I had a phone case, screen protector, and new charger as well as showing me how to use my new phone! I’ll always use this location and ask for Christina for all of my cellular needs!

Going on a cruise in the future needed to know how to have contact with family at home. Very helpful with information if emergency at home.

Nathan is VERY helpful when I have questions or buying a new phone! He always takes the time to explain things to me and never makes me feel rushed! He is VERY knowledgeable and VERY polite!

I always get great service but my bill is getting out of control seems to keep going up while everywhere else seem to have better deals so I’m left wondering if I should switch or not, I really do like the service though.
