I have a 2011 F350 with 371k miles! Great Truck! Capital Fords quick lane priced a fuel filter change at appx $320.... The part is $60.00 retail and takes 15 minutes to change. No tools required. I have had this done 35 times minimum and never paid more that 139

I highly recommend them. You were met at your vehicle as soon as you drove up. The agent quickly accessed your account to let you know the service you need. The agent located any coupons which would apply to the service you required. They made you feel comfortable and kept you informed on the time it would take to complete the service. Went over all of the services perform.

Ive had a great experience each time Ive had my truck serviced here (8 years worth). Only once was it less than perfect and that was solely the fault of the mechanic who was apparently terminated shortly after my visit (Not my doing. I never complained).

Everyone is always nice, but I had an appointment and arrived here at 8:15. They took my car and found that my oil drain plug was in need of replacing, still here a to 10:15. Not quick.

I always take my car here for oil changes and inspections. They’re fair and honest and always fit me in right away. I recently had some trouble with some miscommunication and had to speak with a manager. They handled the problem better than I could’ve expected and I appreciate them for that. Will definitely keep coming back here!

Work was done as expected. Employees are respectful and knowledgeable. Recent price gouging though will keep me from having them do any work beyond whats covered under my warranty. They want $100 for work that I can get done down the street for $45. Typical wait times for work to be done have increased dramatically since they moved services to a different location.

Extremely exorbitant pricing!!! They charge around $100 for just oil change and tire rotation. I took my car in for regular service today and they charged $200 !! The software got messed up, my reverse camera is different and they are saying they didnt make any changes. The service is good but i am never going back again. Twice i have overpaid and something goes wrong in my car every time i get a Servicing done here.

Took my truck there for an oil change, inspection, and fuel filter change today, they called me saying that all was done except for the inspection, I asked if it should be ready in a half hour and they said yes. So I pay 11 bucks and ride 20 minutes in an Uber to find out that the fuel filter change wasn’t done yet. I had somewhere to be so I couldn’t wait on the truck any longer. While paying, on the receipt, I noticed they used the wrong viscosity oil in my diesel truck, they used a much lower weight which in warm temperatures or with towing can severely wear an engine and break down. When I confronted them about it they lied and told me that back in 02 when my truck was made they didn’t make 10w-30 and that’s the only reason 15w-40 is recommended. When I bucked at this answer he said they didn’t have 15w-40 in stock so they used 10w-30 instead of going to the millbrook location and getting it. Later I returned with my own oil so they could at least drain and refill it and they said they could refund me just for the oil, not for labor and the filter. So what should have been a quick ordeal cost me 25 dollars in diesel, a day of lost work, and a whole lot of headache. The techs working on the truck were pretty nice though. Unfortunately I will never bring my truck back to capital ford. What if someone that didn’t know about vehicles brought it in? Accidents do happen but it is upsetting I wasted so much time and fuel and that they lied to me trying to cover the mistake

The worst customer service ever, I waited an hour and a half for an oil change that cost me $163.00 that I usually only pay $70.00 for. The employees name that duped me Raymond Grandstaff, he should’ve told that I had to pay $163.00 so I could’ve walked out of that business. I would’ve never paid that amount had I known it would be that expensive! I will never go back to a quick lane again!!!

Lol, i tried to ignore the negative reviews, but theyre completely accurate. This place is slow and Ive waited over an hour and 30 min simply for an oil change. No responsibility is taken on the dealerships part as I overheard the representatives at the front desk speak in a short manner to a what seemed to be, loyal customer of quick lane. I just feel like, if youve got the title quick lane live up to it. And if the wait for the customer is going to be longer than expected,, check in with the customer. This location could learn a lot from the capital ford on capital blvd, Raleigh. They have never taken this long and have always checked in with me.

Took my new truck here, less than a month old to have the wheels rebalanced. Got the truck back and the center of the wheels where marred up with deep gouges. When questioned about it they said it looked like someone tried to steal the center cap. You can clearly see marks deep behind the cap from the banlancing spindle.

Been coming here for years. In september they significantly raised prices. 80+ for basic oil change and tire rotation for a 4 cyl. Camry. Asked them to replace air filter bolt but charged 38 for a filter and didnt fix the bolt. Said they cant because they do not typically work on camrys! On my Suzuki they said they cannot diagnose problems with 02 sensors or a clogged CC but online there are simple tests to determine faultiness. Im going elsewhere for work on all our vehicles.
