I needed to share what a great experience I had yesterday buying my new Jeep from Silvia. The whole process from trading in my car to actually driving home my new Jeep was painless and more efficient than I have ever experienced buying a new car. The customer service was excellent and I was treated with respect and care. I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know and use them if I need a new car in the future.

The staff at Leith Chrysler Jeep were all professional and friendly. Nathan, our salesman, was on the mark. He knew what features/options each vehicle had and how they worked. He was friendly and accommodating. And the service department was just as great. The service crew handled the work on our old Jeep professionally and courteously. Big kudos to them too!

Lack of Communication, poor customer service, and sent my vehicle away worse than when it arrived. Couldve overheated and destroyed it...Didnt hear from them for 5 hours about the status, even just to say that they were still trying to get to it. I called 2x in that time to try to find out more. Then the services they recommended were bogus, which I realized after a 2nd opinion inspection at another location that couldnt find what leak they were talking about, the brakes were not nearly as dire as they claimed, and the oil was changed recently yet they still claimed I needed an oil change.BUT THE WORST IS THEY DIDNT PUT MY VEHICLE BACK TOGETHER after the diagnostic and wouldnt own up to it! After the temp gauge kept creeping up in the days following the appt, I opened the hood and discovered unplugged fan cords and a guard askew! After quickly returning to the location, the service manager wouldnt admit any fault despite there being no other explanation why it would be in that state. I was appalled at the way he handled my complaint. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I cant thank Leith Jeep enough!! We stopped into Jeep as a last hope for our car search as most places we went didnt have any inventory, or the car sales team were not helpful. BUT as soon as we walked into Jeep, our entire day was turned around. Glenn Chavis was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgable. Were so happy with our new Grand Cherokee and will definitely be back when were ready for a new one!!

I originally went to Carmax down the road looking for a truck. After no luck finding one in my price range i took a look at the Jeep’s & fell in love. Unfortunately for carmax and fortunately for Leith, they didn’t offer me enough for my current car i was trading in so i walked away. On a whim i decided to stop here & see what they had. I fell in love with a 2019 Jeep Cherokee latitude and it was right in my price range and they offered me almost double than what carmax did for my car. My salesman, Chris Haley, was absolutely incredible. The entire process was so easy and flawless and Chris and the finance manager, Clayton, went above & beyond to make sure i was satisfied and got my Jeep. I felt SO bad because i went in at 6:30 but didn’t end up leaving until like 10-2 hours past closing. They didn’t seem bothered by that one bit. I’ve had my Jeep less than a week but so far I’m absolutely in love with it and couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be a returning costumer. Me being a first time driver and you know car buyer this was the most perfect place I could’ve possibly been to the south there was nice the hospitality was amazing the customer service was just out of this world and Silvia being the person that helped me was amazing she treated me with care she treated me with respect and she was very nice with me and she helped me and my parents out me being able to speak English and my parents being able to speak Spanish and just made the whole process super easy and helped my confidence a lot when it came to you know learning the whole process of getting a new car I’m gonna be sending so many people to Silvia’s way because she was amazing and I would definitely recommend her to anybody that needs a jeep or any car for that matter I had a great experience here and I hope many more do as well

I have to say starting off that I have always HATED the car buying process. I just expect it to be an ordeal - about the equivalent of wrestling an alligator. My wife and I just purchased a new Grand Cherokee from Leith Chrysler Jeep and I have to say that am surprisingly pleased and satisfied in all respects. With the shortage in inventory, I didnt think Id find the vehicle I wanted, but our salesperson Sean called around and found the perfect Jeep at another dealership. He had the car brought to the Capital Blvd location, detailed, and then personally delivered it to us in Cary. Terrific service and the exact vehicle we wanted! Who knows, maybe this car-buying thing isnt so bad after all!!

First, it was obvious the staff was knowledgeable about the issues I was having with my Ram. Second, I greatly appreciated the constant communication throughout this process! Laura kept me up to date and answered my questions. Having text capability really helped with communication!

To be honest they were the most professional, nicest& friendliest service department/auto mechanics Ive ever dealt with in my life. I didnt get any work done I just had a question and the gentlemen in service was totally attentive&professional. I own a Dodge Charger and I would normally never go to a dealership but if I ever need anything Ill definitely come back and see them.

We recently purchased a car at Leith Chrysler Jeep and were impressed with the level of courtesy, professionalism, attention, and care we received. Our salesperson, Randy, was extremely knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time answering our questions and facilitating the buying experience. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed--in fact, many of the staff were there after hours helping us to complete the purchase and leave with a pristine vehicle. Randys open and proactive communication was greatly appreciated. We would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

Smooth experience over all. Didn’t feel strongly pressured into anything additional and used car prices are non-negotiable here which was honestly a bit of a relief to me. I worked with Silvia and she was super friendly and easy to talk to and the finance officer Clayton didn’t mess around either. Came in with a pre-approved loan from a credit union and left with the car I wanted for the price I expected.

So, I put off writing this review to see if I would have any remorse about the Jeep I bought at Leith Chrysler Jeep. Three months later and Im loving my Gladiator more and more everyday. My sales consultant was Mark Prawdzik and it was a very stress-free and easy experience. We worked the numbers till we got to a mutually-agreeable deal and that was it. Highly recommend!

Super straightforward with their pricing. No haggle or hustle. In and out in less than 2 hours with a brand new 2021 Jeep Compass. My salesman, Jeff Williams, was incredible. He was super laid back and made the experience of buying a $29,000 vehicle the least stressful it could possibly be. Lol. Kudos to him!

I worked with Randy Naguit over the phone first. I live in Maryland and I had been looking for this specific Jeep and did not have any luck. I saw the Jeep online and called and Randy answered. He called me on facetime and assured me the vehicle was there and still available for purchase. I drove down from Maryland the next day and during the drive, Randy sent me pictures of car being washed, etc. ensuring me that I was being taken care of even though I hadnt arrived just yet. His customer service was a 10 out of 10 with a personality to match. He was not pushy or aggressive. I told him what I was looking for and all the issues I had in Maryland and he over- delivered. I even shared how important it was for me to have a t-shirt and he made it happen by my arrival. Although out of state, I would highly recommend for any friends or family looking for a car/truck. This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle off the lot and I wouldnt trade this experience for any other.

I arrived at Leith when my 2005 Jeep finally reached the end of its life and was towed by AAA. So happy I ended up at Leith! I worked with Jacob to find a new (to me) vehicle and he was so helpful and patient in making sure I found the right one, especially given how competitive the pre-owned market is right now and my need to find a car quickly. I did not want a Jeep this time around, and Leith had plenty of other manufacturers on site. I found the perfect Honda CR-V and the team stayed late to help get everything taken care of that night. They even made sure I was able to say goodbye to my old car of many years in the shop 😊Overall, great experience and would recommend to a friend.

My wife and I went there to look at a presented vehicle we were interested in, when we arrived we were not bombarded with salesmen which was refreshing. We walked in the building and the receptionist got us Aziz to talk to. He was very kind and courteous, very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process. There was absolutely no pressure from him and he didn’t make us feel like we were at the point of no return and had to buy the vehicle after the test drive. He showed us all the financing options before a credit check was ran so we had an idea of what to expect. The financing went smooth. We actually came with the expectation of not trading in my truck, but ended up doing that as well. We were there for a grand total of 3 or 4 hours, but that isn’t bad in my book considering we knew nothing about vehicle we were looking at. Overall would give Aziz a 10/10 if I could.

Quick lane service had me in and out in 30 min for oil change. Cant complain about that. Staff friendly also.

1. Service had the Jeep for two days and returned without a wash and vacuum.2. Tyler the service person was very unresponsive when it came to updates on the Jeep.** The issue was water on the driver-side floor board and weatherproof mat. The issue is still unresolved and I have a dirty Jeep. Ive never experienced this type of mediocre service.

Great buying experience! I bought my son a car and from Jeff the salesman to Kharin the finance manager my experience was really good. There was no pressure and they both were very knowledgeable in their field of work. I would definitely recommend Leith for anyone looking for a vehicle and to be treated well and I will buy another vehicle from them in the future.

My experience with sales was really good but three weeks after getting my brand new Jeep there was an issue that needed service. My experience with service was probably closer to a one or two star. Very disappointing.

Sean Rihan. Man. Myth. Legend.When my BMW X5 crossed over 100,000 miles...you know the story...things magically break and then it breaks your checking account. I first worked with Sean 3 years ago and he took my Bavarian Bottomless Money Pit and got me in my first Jeep Grand Cherokee, affectionately named Winter, the white one pictured, a 25th Anniversary Sterling Edition. Lots of adventures followed, all possible because Sean got me in the right vehicle at the right price. Well...times change. I saw this Red Trailhawk sitting on the virtual lot and reached out again to Sean. In less than 24 hrs, we worked a deal and I drove off with it. This week I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee L from Leith in Raleigh, NC. I had to order the one I wanted and it took about two months to get to me. During the waiting period the folks at the dealership kept me in the loop, especially the sales representative Bob Jarosz. The delivery of the car was very smooth and the price I got from Leith was substantially better than the price I was quoted by another Raleigh dealership. I have been taking my vehicle to this dealership for a while. This was my last time taking my vehicle to a Leith dealership to get serviced. The customer service from Tyler was awful. The communication about what was going on with my vehicle was awful! I called a day prior to see how long it would take for my vehicle to be fixed. I was told it could be fixed in one day. I traveled 61 miles to this dealership from Rocky Mount to get my truck serviced. When I arrived they stated I couldn’t get it done in one day. I was stuck in Raleigh with no form of transportation. When I left my vehicle, the shuttle was not running for the day. They offered me a Lyft. I had to keep calling Tyler to see what was going on with my vehicle. A lot of the times I would leave voicemails because he wouldn’t answer the phone. He didn’t return my calls after a voicemail either. When my vehicle was finally ready after 4 days, Tyler told me come in between 5pm-6pm EST to pick up my vehicle. I was unable to make it at that time due to work, so I came the next day. When I got there the representative stated Tyler left my paperwork at the Cashiers desk. When trying to pay for the maintenance done on my vehicle, the cashier stated she didn’t have my paperwork. After waiting about 5 minutes, Jay came to speak to me about my extended warranty still not paying the dealership. At this point we were waiting for a payment from CarShield. You would think before leaving work that Friday, Tyler would’ve contacted me and said that he’s still waiting for a payment. But no, he didn’t. I arrived that Saturday to be told I still couldn’t get my vehicle. Once again, I came all the way from Rocky Mount, 61 miles away. I had to cancel plans because I had to figure out a way to get home and had already missed appointments that were set up. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was without my vehicle for 7 days.Tyler had no compassion or empathy whatsoever.

Prior to coming here Leith was not our Jeep dealership, but it is now!! We were having issues with the service department with the Jeep dealership in Garner, and decided to reach out to Leith with the hopes of getting some help with the radio/gps/navigation system in our Gladiator. Leith fit us into an already very busy service department schedule, fixed the software issue with electronics and had me on my way in under an hour so that I was able to be on my way to unexpected trip to South Carolina, after spending 5 hours at the Garner dealership the day before with no resolution. Leith you were there for us when we needed you with professional, experienced staff that made us feel appreciated, and we will be bringing our business to you from now on. Thank you!!

Generally I have a good experience here especially with the service department. I think some more of the competitive dealerships have extra features such as charging your plug-in hybrid and a quick wash prior to customer pick up. Thats not a deal-breaker just something Ive seen with other dealerships around the country. Thank you Adam for fixing the complex issues Ive been having with the HVAC system. 2017 Pacifica hybrid plug-in is a very awesome vehicle, make sure to get all your software updates and service bulletins worked on to prevent major issues moving forward.

Facility is always clean and comfortable, a bit short staffed that makes their fast lane need a new name. Staff is helpful and friendly.

We had a great experience at Leith Chrysler. Our salesman, Barry Driver, was the best salesperson I have ever worked with -- hands down. He was patient, knowledgeable, and overly accommodating. He went out of his way (and yeah I know thats his job, but still) to pick up multiple cars for us to test drive from non-Leith dealerships. The only complaint I can think of is that it took us almost 3.5 hours to close the deal because the computer systems were down. A little heads up would have gone a long way while we were sitting in the sales office waiting.

I scheduled an appointment to test drive a car. That morning I got an email asking me to confirm my appointment to drive that specific car. I got to the dealership and they had taken the car to be worked on at another location that morning! No notification to me to not to drive in and I was told they wouldn’t know I had an appointment. Very poor communication and customer service. I would not recommend them!

Frank M was patient and thorough helping me purchase my new 2021 Gladiator. I was very thankful for his own personal experience owning a Jeep. He balanced conversation with action and was able to expedite my buying experience and there were no surprises. I appreciate him working with a late model ‘lemon’ trade in I had. What do you care about (or dread) when you are shopping for a new car? For me it’s always been about straight answers and an efficient process. Working with Jeff W at Leith Chrysler Jeep was the best experience ever. He worked very hard to find the car I wanted, was straightforward about his great price and delivered on everything he promised. He is knowledgeable and very likable. I will not hesitate to buy again from Jeff. I don’t give reviews, but had to this time - very well-deserved.

Took my 2014 Jeep to get serviced here cause the sunroof was stuck open. Tyler was great in keeping me informed throughout the day of my situation and assured me my sunroof would be fixed by the end of the day since rain was in the future forecast. I was told a motor needed to be replaced for the sunroof, and it would be $1,170 including labor. I had already had a feeling it was the motor since I did some research prior to coming in. I knew the average price for a motor would range from $200-600 most likely. He did inform me the part was about $545, and they could have it fixed in under two hours. So my labor cost for 2 hours of work was $617. Now I know labor isn’t cheap... But the average hourly labor should range from $125-200 an hour based off speaking with other body shops & mechanics in the area. Once I agreed to have it serviced cause I had no option since rain was coming, I was then told 2 hours later it also needed a new switch that would be $900...I told them to not install a new switch since we were able to find one online for only $130. They did have my Jeep done with the sunroof closed by 5:30 pm that day, but I am still unable to open my sunroof cause it will remain open again until I repair the switch as well. I’m not upset with Tyler cause he was great with communication. I am more puzzled at how 2 hours of labor totaled to $617 (more expensive then the actual part itself). I’m not sure how they determine their hourly labor rate, but I feel I was taken advantage of in that aspect alone since I was desperate to have my sunroof fixed before the rain came the next day. I will be purchasing the remaining piece online in the future rather than in-store. And I would like someone to explain the breakdown of the labor rate to me, and how it came to be double the state average. Other than that, I really had no issues

Came in last weekend to look at some used cars. Was greeted by Frank (had a appointment set with him prior to coming out. He had the cars ready we picked out to test drive. Walked out with a Honda Ridgeline. Super happy with Frank and his patience with us. The ONLY thing that was irritating was, we were there for a total of 6 hours because they only had ONE loan officer…and that was a treat since my wife is pregnant and with me at the time. Leith Chrysler, why would you only have 1 loan officer on a Saturday….one of your busiest days? Overall…Frank was awesome….having 1 loan officer on a weekend was ridiculous

Nick is absolutely wonderful and very likeable, which Ive found is a rare quality in a car salesman. Hes attentive and informative, yet not the least bit pushy, overbearing or annoying. And he remembered who I was and my reason for buying the car five months later when he happened to see me in the service area. He stopped to ask how my trip out west went, and in the course of conversation mentioned the exact model of the car I bought from him and shared that I could extend my enjoyment of the abilities of the vehicle by doing some driving in the sand on the Carolina beaches. This tells me he pays attention to his customers and truly cares whether they are happy with the vehicle he helps them purchase. I bought a Jeep Gladiator on 7/1 from Frank M. I noticed scratches in the bed, and he agreed to fix them. Also, Im a Fully Retired Veteran, and when asked for my $500 incentive, I was told that corporate did not approve my time in service. So I had to contact the fca rebate group directly, I supplied supporting documents which then promptly approved my claim. In the meantime, I dropped the Jeep off for the entire day on 7/6 and received it back with the scratches still there; they said the only thing they can do is try to buff them out, which did not work. So contacted Jeep corporate directly and they agreed that Leith Chrysler Jeep needs to fix the scratches. I received a phone call from Franks manager Travis on 7/15, saying they would fix them first thing the week of 7/18 - 7/24 . As of 7/20, I have yet to receive an appointment date/time to fix the scratches, and personally, after dealing with these headaches, I dont want anything to do with this dealership and I will never recommend Leith Chrysler Jeep.

The salesman would not honor the online sale price, never mentioned the 0% APR for 72 months, and tried the old bait & switch on me. After I had walked out and gone home, I checked the online price again and *surprise surprise* the sale price had gone up. What a coincidence! They were not willing to work with me, flat out lied multiple times, and I will never give them the satisfaction of making commission off of me. SCUMBAGS.

I called Randy Naguit in Sales on Monday to locate a specific jeep, color, and model I was looking for, and he called me back within an hour with a find. Had the car there yesterday for me to test drive, and walked away with the car. Randy was super helpful, calm, and made the experience very easy. Everyone at Leith was very kind and easy to work with, and I appreciate that greatly.

Outstanding service!!! Most considerate and respectful team. Allen was a blessing. He helped my mom with a Jeep purchase. Her favorite vehicle has always been a Jeep. Tyrone for finance and Glen for final papers provided all that we asked and a little more. During the process, not one instance of pressured sales techniques. The whole car buying experience was not high-stakes, high-stress, and I actually felt like a human being throughout, not just another person to be sold a car. 5 stars for the service department and one for sales. Initially I visited Leith looking to trade in my Cherokee for a new one. The sales person showed very little interest in selling me a vehicle. Although there were great discounts mentioned online he never ONCE offered me anything off the MSRP. After I filled out the finance application he brought me some options for monthly payments on the suggested MSRP with huge down payments. Again never ONCE did he offer the discounts that were on the website. When I asked for the APR his reply to me was We havent run your credit yet. Then HOW do you know what my monthly payments are going to be? Since the salesperson obviously did not WANT to sell me a car that day, I went to service for an oil change and left. Id been home a whole hour, when I received a notice that my credit was run. FOR WHAT, Id already left.

Silva was awesome to work with! She was patient with me while I waited to make the best decision for myself. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will absolutely be purchasing from them again and will recommend to any of my friends in the future.

2020 Jeep Gladiator in Gator Color! First time Leasing a vehicle so much easier & more options. I walked in and immediately got service discussed finances test drove my jeep gladiator and was out the door in less than 3 Hours !!! Amazing customer service! Hi everyone! I was just in the service lane with my Kia Soul for an oil change this week and the customer service at this dealership is certainly unmatched by any other! My service advisor, Holly, always greets me with a smile and remembers my sweet husky who has visited with me in the past! They were very quick with the process, even when a nail was found in my tire! The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and you cant beat the oil change packages. Definitely the most bang for your buck!

After we went inside to apply for my loan and even though I was going through my onw bank him and the finance manager helped me through the whole process! I bought a used 2012 Subaru Outback from them. Car was listed on Saturday so I made an appointment first thing at open on Sunday. I drove from Wilmington NC to check it out and about 20 minutes before the appointment the receptionist calls and says they don’t know if they have the car and I probably won’t be able to drive it. I told her about my drive and I would be arriving shortly. The car was still very dirty when I arrived which I wasn’t worried about I test drove it and it seemed to do well other than some cosmetic damage (stains and scuff on outer car). Johnathan was our salesmen and he was very polite and helpful. He informed me they do not negotiate. I really wanted the car so I ended up moving forward and assumed they’d fix the car up well. He told me I would have to drive back the next day to give them time to maintenance it (don’t list the cars until they’re ready to go). I was told it would be ready the next day at 1. I called around 12 the next day and was told it wouldn’t be ready until 3:30. Thankfully, I wasn’t able to leave when planned so I brushed it off. I arrived at 345 and then had to wait until 4:45 to get the car after already driving 2 more hours to get there. The stains were not removed and there was still dog hair on the seats. Looked like the only thing they did was cover the all weather mats with grease. I will have to fully clean this car myself now.Point is, if you’re not going to negotiate because you believe you’re above the rest - at least be semi good. If it wasn’t for our salesmen being kind, I’d be pretty annoyed.

I was at Chris Chrysler Jeep on Tuesday the 8th. I have done a lot of business with Peter Hershaft and as alway he goes above and beyond his duty as a salesman. But what makes this day so special is I had a great friend of mine there to buy a 2017 Jeep Cherokee 4 x 4. He lived up to my expectations along with hers. The day did not start off so great but by the end of the day let’s just say she drove off in her new car. He is very caring compassionate and understanding in all situations. He went and fought tooth and nail to make this deal go. I like to say a very big thank you Peter for your hard work along with your very caring attitude when it came to my friend.
