SHADY, SHADY, CAR LOT!!! I was lied to by Mr Avery from the beginning. I was told they would finance me on the lot. I was also told that he would give me the car for the on the lot price. I explained to him I couldnt afford the high finance charges, and so I wouldnt take my money elsewhere he lied to me. The car had over 200*** miles on it to begin with so I definitely wasnt gonna pay more than the price on the sticker because it wasnt worth it. The car had many mechanical issues from the jump that they promised to fix. A year later and its still not fixed. I see a few good reviews so maybe they treat some different than others, but my experience was initially good and soon became terrible. 3 months in they put me through a finance company and didnt even bother to call and let me know. SMH...Very unprofessional if you ask me.

Proliflix lyiers. By far the worst dealership Ive ever been to in the 63 years of my life. Mr. Benjamin will smile in your face and sell you a lemon like he did me. Problems with the 2010 Dodge Journey, refurbished batteries, runs hot, no air conditioning, no horn, brake lights dont work, horn wint wont blow, brake caliber totally worn out to the point the mechanic could not put the brake pads on. He tricked me into bringing the car back for repairs and took the jey after I paid $2000 down. He and his homies blocked the door to keep me from leaving. I didnt push them because I didnt want to be charged with assualt. Dont buy a car from this guy. Run him out of business back to Ethiopia. Scum of the earth.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!I provided a down payment on a car from Rev. Shawn in March, I was aware the car needed repairs, so I was willing to wait.....well my wait turned into 1-1/2 to 2 months. I was using someone elses car, and at that moment he needed his car back. Nobody ever answers the phone, so I drove up there and informed them I need my vehicle. Oh were so sorry the mechanic has been sick ok so I still have to wait and I need a vehicle, so they offered to give me a loaner car. They loaned me a 2013 Charger for about 2 months, (now it has been 4 months) I had to out brakes and tires on front and back plus oil change, and yes I had to cause I had nothing to drive and everytime I called I didnt get an answer. So I saved receipts, got a call my car was ready I informed Rev. Shawn about theses receipts and asked him if I would get reimbursed he stated we take car of our customers whatever that means but I took it as I would get compensated. After all this was a loaner car that I wasnt responsible for. So I go to pick up my vehicle finally with my daughter, Benny was so angry that I bought the receipts he gave me all my money back after 4 months of waiting on them and the end result Im stranded on the lot with nothing and i have my child. Oh yea not to mention the guy the charger belongs to didnt even know I had it, he reported it stolen 2 months ago. I had to miss 2 says of work and find a ride home. PLEASE DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEYRE CON ARTISTS.

Buyer beware, they use the classic bait and switch technique. If it’s not illegal (and I’m pretty sure it is), it’s definitely dishonest.They’ll have a popular vehicle advertised on their website, you can call to confirm it’s there and they’ll tell you it is. Once you get there, they say the car is sold and try to switch you to another vehicle on the lot. My friend went in to purchase one car, which they had confirmed was there an hour earlier, but when he arrived, they told him it was sold. Myself and another friend called 5 minutes after and asked about the exact same car. They told us both it was on the lot right now and available.If they’re this dishonest trying to get you onto the lot, imagine the dishonest and shady tactics they’d use in a contract for whichever car they try to sell you. You’re better off going to a large, established dealership if possible, as I imagine most used car lots are shady like this one. Don’t be afraid to walk away if they try to take advantage of you like this.

The worst used car dealership ever!!! VERY confusing and shady!! Went looking for a pickup truck for my son . Found a 2011 F150. Truck had a bad rear rotors. Was told that it would be fixed by Monday at lunch, and now it’s Tuesday and still not fixed. I asked the lot manager what was going on with the truck and she was just as clueless as the salesman!!! Also a lot of the vehicle has rust damage and they were trying to cover up it up. The general appearance of the lot is an indicator, trust all over the place, car parts just laying around, full trash cans laying around, just a really dirty unprofessional, unpleasant experience. Avoid this shady place at ALL cost!!!

About 4 months ago we met a ford f150 and took it to inspection it had many problems with the sensors, the time chain, the oil pressure and apart they gave it to me with only 2 screws in a tire and I almost left the freeway I was going with my children, they do not check the cars very badly !!!
