I have bought a lot of cars, this was the best experience I have ever had. I bought a Porsche Macan Turbo. It was incredibly clean, exactly what they said it was! I cannot stress how hard it is to find honest dealers! These guys are as honest as you can get! No shady check engine games here. I purchased a jag XJL on June 5th. It broke down on June 25. I bought the warranty the same day I purchased the car. Triangle nor the warranty company wants to fix my car. I put in shop and the Jag shop told me triangle did a quick fix to sell the car.

Matt (owner) was great through repairing my BMW. They are accessible on the phone and return calls promptly and kept me up to date with my car repair. He is a trustworthy BMW mechanic. I am happy with the repair, customer service and their pricing. Great shop for euro cars and repair. I’ve had my car to 2 other European mechanics in the Raleigh area who wanted to add on extras and provided expensive repairs and poor service. I’m glad that I was able to find this shop and will be using them for any needed future repairs. Great experience.

Just bought a beautiful BMW from Jeff at Triangle Imports. Very friendly and great communications. Had one small issue and they took care of it in an instant. Will do business with them again!

Bought a vehicle here right at the beginning of the pandemic. A few days after having it the check engine light came on.I contacted Jeff, whom up until this point had been very responsive.  I contacted again and finally the response was oh, I thought you were just telling me.  He said what they do depends on the severity. I informed him it was the head gasket.  I never heard back.Since then the car has had issues with coils, plugs and the climate control system. The air con is out again today.After having the vehicle a few days the shine began to fade. Apparently some chemical was used (likely AF fluid) to hide copious amounts of scratches and imperfections. I now have permanent swirls in the trim on the vehicle.I was given a carfax, which shows if a dealership looked at an issue. Not all private shops report to it.I was told their mechanic looked at it as well.I know they wont do anything about it. I made the mistake of driving 8 hours to take delivery of the vehicle.

I stopped by after visiting several import dealers in and out of state. I found the selection here to be as good or better than all others in the area. The fact that they offer NADIA or (whatever) certified vehicles hadn’t crossed my mind, but it was good to see everything covered by warranties. All the pricing was compatible and negotiable as well. The sales staff was awesome and so accommodating. Jeff was our salesman and actually made this the easiest purchasing process I’ve ever experienced. I was really only shopping for myself, but my wife ended up finding something she loved as well, so we ended up buying two vehicles. We never filled out anything at the shop for financing, other than a short application with general info. Jeff did all the finance leg work the next day and because we live 75 miles outside of Raleigh, Triangle Imports actually delivered our new vehicles to us. I’ve never had anyone ever even suggest that they’d do that. Pretty much the closest to concierge service you can get in a car buying experience. I highly recommend Triangle if you want a pretty laid back atmosphere, where the folks really want to get you taken care of. Thanks again gentlemen.

We bought a 2012 GMC Acadia from here in August of 2019, and it has been amazing!! We have been on several road trips and havent had any problems with it. Today my husband took it for an oil change/tire rotation since purchasing the vehicle, and the technician said we have a good vehicle! Its so refreshing to know there are still honest used car dealerships out there and Triangle Imports is certainly one of them.Dwayne and The owner Jeff are very professional and were pleasant to work with. My husband was greeted by one of the sales guys (I dont know his name) outside who instantly had an attitude about my husbands question. He definitely should take some notes from Dwayne on being personable and professional when talking to customers. He was rude in his response to my husband and must have been having a bad day.UPDATE:Im changing the stars because after owning this vehicle for a year, one issue after another started to unfold. We had to replace the alternator, battery, the AC, and the motor mounts need to be replaced. After spending tons of money to get these issues fixed, the check engine light continuously comes on, and there is constant diagnostic electrical issues that have been a pain for mechanics weve taken it to to solve. It seems this dealership does a very good job at covering up major issues. Make sure you take a mechanic with you if you are thinking about buying a vehicle from here. They arent as trustworthy as we thought!

I took my bmw to get fixed. The top had stopped working and I heard this place was it to get it fix. The top was down and would not close shut. I dropped the car there. They claimed to un assemble the whole top. And only “diagnosed” the car. Charged me $643 for a “diagnosis and a so called “assembling” the top back. The same screws were in back seat. Then I was told the computer was not the original one to vehicle and the top couldn’t be put back..... I kept the car in garage in case of weather. Tell me why an unlicensed person got my top up for free. Rip off!!!!

My car broke down and I was in distress. Worried about what would happen, how will I get around because I have 3 jobs and I cant afford not going to them. I received excellent service from Jeff and followed through with 2 items well after the sale was completed. The sale wasnt high pressure and I was given the keys & 1 hour to do a test drive, no salesman tagging along made it very relaxing and I didnt feel rushed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

The staff always does a great job and calls to follow up on your experience. They also call to remind you of needed check-ups and let you know when sales are happening. After getting a very high quote from the dealership, I came to Triangle Imports for a second opinion. Not only were they able to fix all the issues with my car for a fraction of the cost, some problems were as simple as a code reset. Mini wanted to charge for a complete rewire of the air bag sensor. Turns out TI fixed the issue at no charge with the reset. I will always go to Triangle Imports first.

My A/C in my Mini Cooper went out on one of the hottest days this summer. I phoned Triangle Imports after hearing a steep estimate from the dealership and Triangle Imports offered me an estimate almost HALF as much and could complete the job in just half a day. I had been shopping around for a few months, willing to fly out of state for a good deal. Tuesday, I pulled the trigger to buy a 2007 Lexus GX470. Test drove it home to show the wife. She approved, I drove it back and said I would like to pick it up on Thursday. You have to fill out an application online before you can be approved. Us as well as some other customers came from out of town just to be turned away. And we called first. Thats definitely information that we should have been told.

No hassle/pressure car buying.

Bought a mini cooper from these people and was lied to about the entire service history. Was told that it just had a timing service and a turbo rebuild. The turbo blew and the timing guides broke within the first 6 months of owning the car. Would not deal with these liars again.

Found out 1 year after buying the car for 15 k, that the problems they had previously fixed were only a bandaid for the car whic will take 12 k to fix. BUYER BEWARE!

DEAN is the MAN!!! After Audi of Raleigh messed the car up so bad it would hardly run, then wanted to charge $2000 to fix it... Dean at Triangle Imports saved the day AND it only cost a very small fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge. This Audi will NEVER go anywhere else!
