Decided to come here to buy my first car, wasn’t really expecting to leave with anything until they approved me for the car I really wanted. Ended up leaving with a 2017 Honda Accord and I’m very very happy. Car runs great other than a simple check tire light! Highly happy about this place and would 10/10 recommend!!

They were able to work with me when hardly any other dealer would. Pretty flexible and understanding. Over all a good expierence and they have a decent variety of vehicles. I would recommend them.

It was a pleasure buying my Honda CR-V from Olympia Auto. They made everything as convenient as possible and went above and beyond answering all my questions and concerns. Ari was fabulous arranging convenient receipt of the car and paperwork. DK was great helping me with additional video and details. Allen got me my warranty paperwork quickly. Everyone couldn’t have been nicer. And the price was the best I found for exactly the car I wanted. They are the BEST!

Only giving them two stars because the one of the mechanics was very nice to my children. We went in with a 10,000$ down payment looking for a new car. My husband found one he really liked so we decided to finance with them. Unfortunately we trusted them which was our first mistake. We were told we would be financing a certain amount, come to our surprise when we start making our payments we notice it is almost 2,000 more than what we had agreed. IF YOU GO HERE DO NOT FINANCE. I tried reaching out via email as to why I have two different papers with two different finance amounts and got no response. Not surprised. Just upset that we were taking advantage of, especially coming with a large portioned down payment. Do not trust them, read every single thing you sign so you don’t get scammed. I’m not even sure if there’s anything we can legally do but I will be finding out.

I would just like to say I had an with Olympia pre-owned! They did everything they could to take care of me in a fast and friendly manner and give me a great deal on the car I was looking for. I will definitely keep them in mine for my next car and I would highly recommend them for yours!

We had a great experience with Olympia Pre Owned Auto this week! They had the car my husband wanted in great condition and they had it nice and clean. They were very easy to work with, it was the least stressful car buying experience weve had to date!

All the cars that I test drove, there was 2 or 3 things wrong with it. If it wasn’t one thing it was another, then after the manager tried to explain and tell me that it was working. He wasn’t going to fool me, I buy an awful lot of cars and I’ve had my experience with bad old cars. Aside from that, prices are ridiculous, I bought a newer car & less more miles at Matthew’s motors in Clayton for the same price this dealership is selling older cars with more miles. Also Matthew’s motors or Simon’s Auto Sales (which is across the street from them) is much more true on their word then this dealership.

They do try their best to work with their customers. Bought a 2012 Toyota Prius with about 100k miles, great price. So far a very great car!

You notice how they only respond to the negative comments? They are only nice as long as things are going well. if anything goes wrong they will give you the run around, they all become very rude very quickly. if you report the same issue within 30-days they will give you a run around until you are past the 30-days, to avoid the consequences of the NC Lemon Law, which requires them to fix, replace or refund within the 1st 30-days of purchase. I am a True Customer. I have family members that personally know the owner. Do your own research on the car if you choose to go to them, otherwise good luck! Oh yeah! Almost 3 months later, we still do not have our tags. when you call them on their lies they get very upset and will hang up on you and not answer the phone for several hours after. I have sat in the office with several workers and can hear the phone just ringing out in the back.

Horrible dealership. Spoke to salesperson and agreed on a price. Was told to call Allen and make a deposit, which I attempted to do, only to be told by him that the price had gone up $1500 due to repairs on the vehicle! Very sketchy…would rather pay more from a reputable dealer (which I ended up doing :-)).

My daughter and I went to looking for her a car since hers was totalled. Allen and Ari were great!!! They made us feel so welcomed and like family. Have had horrible experiences since. Things keep going wrong with my car. They have me a warranty that doesnt cover anything with a million hidden rules. I have been trying to get management on the phone, but they dodge my calls constantly. $4000 out of pocket in repairs.Previous review: Incredible experience buying my BMW 328i. It was a good deal to begin with and I wound up getting an incredible deal. Everyone was helpful and reassuring. What’s more they kept their word and actually did one better in every instance. Very few small used dealerships have this level of integrity and I highly recommend them for this reason. Even though I had some concerns the staff and owner at Olympia bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase before, during, and after the process had concluded and they succeeded. As a local business owner I know what I do to keep my customers coming back time after time and so do they. Go see the folks down at Olympia. You won’t regret it...I know I didn’t.

This place is now located in Clayton nc relocated from Raleigh. I purchased a 2012 mercedes benz e350 the car was sold without being serviced by these people before they sold it,and I personally think none of there cars are. They probably buy these cars from auction straight to there lot, so anyone reading this review please do your dodiligence and check out these cars and dont believe anything the salesman say hes just trying to make his commissionand will tell you anything so becareful youve been warned nothing but crooks just read the comments the five star ones are written by them, I dont usually right reviews but gotta warn people.

I HIGHLY recommend going through Olympia Pre-Owned Auto if you’re interested in buying a vehicle. Not only do they sell pristine pre-owned cars for the best price you will find, but the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. My boyfriend just bought a beautiful infinity q50 for such a great price that he has several thousands of dollars worth of equity in the car. Since this was our first time buying a car alone through a dealership, we had no idea what we were doing. The manager, Alan, worked extra hard to help us with securing my a loan through the bank, obtaining insurance, etc. He made the entire complicated process as easy and least stressful as possible because of his knowledge, patience, and work ethic. Sean is who we first engaged with over the phone and while test driving/viewing the car. He is also super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. All around, this is a impeccable dealership with a staff you won’t find anywhere else. (There’s also a super cute puppy running around named Olympia that will keep you company😊)

Alan and Mike were awesome. The customer service and friendliness was top rated. The fiance options and knowledge was impeccable. I can honestly say after this exprience I would much rather deal with a small and well put together dealership then a large franchise. The warranty package and extras that came with the purchase are spot on (some of the perks are even better then a high end dealership!) I highly recommend this business and will definitely be back for any future vehicle purchases!

My wife and I had a positive experience at Olympia Pre-Owned Auto. After submitting an inquiry through an online car buying service, one of their representatives called us and we quickly arranged a test-drive for the vehicle. We arrived and were glad to find that the vehicle we were interested in was well maintained, clean, and had a clean title and car-fax. We had planned to look at some other dealerships that day, and they were patient as we decided to look elsewhere before coming back later that day. When we came back, my wife was curious about a number of other cars on the lot. They happily accommodated her while I got to enjoy a friendly conversation with another representative. We ended up purchasing the original vehicle and the process was smooth and painless.I always listen to used cars salesmen with a healthy skepticism, but our experience proved that these gentlemen break the unfortunate stereotype. They were negotiable with the price, they did not push us into doing anything we didnt want to do, and we believe we left paying a fair price for the quality of vehicle we bought. Best of all, was being greeted by the most adorable customer service agent, Olympia, their company poodle (she might belong to the owner, and was just there for the day, Im not sure, but she was the best!). All-in-all, Olympia is worth looking into if youre interested in buying a new-to-you used car.

I got a 2010 jeep wrangler, got a 15k loan, and no even a month later it is falling apart. As of right now I have put 5k into it just to keep it running. Dont go here

I dont know where to start, well first they told i was approved and the finance comp would be calling you shortly,, after waiting over 3 hours i called back n the guy tells me they he has nothing to with finance, and i need to talk with Airee or whoever. But i trying to get across is who does business like this n constantly lies to a customer, please stay away from these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worse place to buy a car. They falsify paperwork. I bought a car from them. Come to find out the car was in a flood. They will make things look ok until you take the car off the lot. I got a 2016 Kia Optima from here and 6 months after I brought it. The engine went in the car. I tried to go and talk to him to see if he would give me another car he refused to talk to me. I took the car to two different Kia dealerships and come to find out the original engine was replace with a 2013 Hyundai Sonata engine. I had to take him to court. I found a great lawyer to go after this company. And I have sued them. Please do not waste your time or money with this company. All they want is your money and you will be stuck with a loan and no car.

I drove up from Fayetteville and circumstances forced me to hurry. After visiting four other dealers, I made a snap decision to visit one more place.With the clock ticking, I saw the model vehicle I was looking for. It was nearly a thousand less, a year newer, and in better condition than the one I almost got somewhere else.Alan was great. He neither pressured me nor wasted my time. Within the hour everything was handled. I picked the car up the next night and they had the car spotless and ready to go (I thought it was good enough already, but they kicked it up a notch).Great selection of clean, Carfax documented, quality used cars and trucks.

I was sold a car with check engine light on, car was overpriced. They turned check engine light off, long enough to sell thats how they get you. I bought the 2008 Lexus gs 350 from ala sider...he very calm and slick..be careful they will get you. Check engine light came on within 24 hrs of purchase, they would not give me my money back. Thank God I sold the car...please be careful test drive very long to make sure check engine light dosent come on

I was in search of my first vehicle, I found a car that was perfect at this dealership. I saw a car I had wanted so I took a drive down to the shop and was instantly greeted by the owner, Sam. He met me with the keys to the car I was looking at and was excited to show me more. He knew I was looking for my first car and was more than happy to help me. He quickly sent me on a test drive. The car was clean, perfect I would say. It was exactly what I was looking for. I went home and gave him a call later in the week and wanted to follow through with buying the vehicle. Sam was always available and helped me with all my needs instantly. I needed some paperwork faxed to my bank and it was done and dusted before the day was over. I showed up two days later back at the store and Sam dropped everything to help finish the paper work for me. I was in the car and on my way in no time. The whole process was made surprisingly easy. These guys are outstanding. I have a unique situation where I had a serious credit issue. Ive had dealerships in the past blast my application to a bunch of lenders and got declined each time. That looks terrible on your credit report. The finance guy here really knows his stuff and didnt do that. He talked to the bank and based on his experience we determined that it would not be a good idea to do a loan at all at this time. Because of his experience, I did not get one inquiry to my credit report.And though I am not able to do business with them at this time, this experience to me speaks to their professionalism and honesty. I highly recommend these guys. And I will check them out in the future when my situation changes.

I love my car I got from there but I told them the brakes were messed up before I got the car, bought a 3500$ warranty that doesn’t handle my brakes, now paying $300 out of pocket for the brakes. They traded for my car which they changed the offered multiple times and they didn’t check my payoff quote so two weeks later they are texting me telling me I owe $400 more.

Alan and his staff made a hard situation bearable... they went over and beyond to make sure I was able to make a purchase.. This is the place to go!

Stay Away From Here.Shady Staff. That are not willing to help with the issues they caused.So we bought our vehicle a month ago, and were supposed to receive our tags via mail. As we live 2.5 hours away from them.We called the dmv. And found out they had received the tags the 19th of the month and still have not sent out tags. When we call to figure out what’s the issue Faheem repeatedly blames the post office as it is not his problem. And we have called several times.We were told 3 different dates on when they got mailed out and now are at a loss as we cannot drive the vehicle due to dmv not giving us another temp tag as the plates have been issued. And not having plates. So we cannot drive the vehicle we need in order to get to one place to another. This is very unacceptable and not quality customer service.

An axle broke within 3-4 months after I bought it. A year later this car is riddled with transmission issues. Im leaving a 3/5 because it was my fault for lack of research on the lemon of a car beforehand and that Faheem was professional, kind, and sold affordable cars.

Make sure everything is fully functional before buying a car from them.

I TRIED TO CONTACT THE OWNER ON THIS BECAUSE THE VEHICLE HAD TO HAVE THESE PROBLEMS PRIOR TO ME PURCHASING THE CAR. IVE ONLY HAD THE CAR THREE MONTHS. AND IVE SPENT OVER 400.00 ON REPAIRS. NOW THE CAR ISNT DRIVEABLE AND I DO NOT HAVE MONIES TO REPAIR ALL THATS WRONG WITH IT.I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CARS...REPETITION OR THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL.MIKE THE OWNER IS VERY NASTY AND HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE.ATLEAST WHEN I PURCHASED A USED CAR AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP THEY STOOD BY THEIR CARS BECAUSE THEY REPAIRED WHAT WAS NEEDED. I purchased a car from them last week. I emailed them on Wednesday the day before thanksgiving and a sales person and the sales manager Megan responsed to me the same day. Megan met me at the lot on thanksgiving day even though they were closed to let me test drive the car. She was professional and courteous and won my trust instantly. I gave her a deposit and came back the next day to take the car to sears auto to have it looked at. The mechanic found a few minor things like the center brake light was out, the battery was 8 years old and probably need to be replaced soon and it needed an oil change. Other than that he was really impressed and gave me the thumbs up to buy. The owner fixed the Brake light and said he could not change the battery or oil because he already dicounted the price of the car for me. I was ok with that Because I was happy with the price they offered me. I picked the car up on Saturday when I had a little issue. And this Is the only reason why I didnt give them 5 stars. The car had a few superficial scratches and a small dent on the driver side door that I know for a fact was not there the day before. It most likely happened when they were detailing the car. The owner denied it at first and insisited they were already there. So after going back and forth for a few minutes the owner agreed to either have me bring the car back in two weeks for him to fix it at no charge or have me fix it and he will reimburse me up to $125. So the fact that he denied it erked me but he did the right thing by fixing the problem. Would I buy another car from them?.. yes. the quality and condition of the car, the good price and Megans customer service Is what stood out for me. Oh and they also give you a copy of the car fax.
