Went to Kaizen Auto with my daughter to purchase a vehicle we saw at FB Marketplace. I called before going and s/w Adam. Oncewe arrived he was very pleasant and attentive. Adam worked with us and made sure we were satisfied with the car. Went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Before we left, they watched the car and checked the oil. Will be looking to do business with them again when is my turn to purchase my car.

I purchased a 2012 BMW 528i. Car was in immaculate condition. Very clean on the inside and only a few blemishes on the outside. I mean for a car thats 8 years old I couldnt ask for anything more. Rides great. And the price was right! My salesman Anas was great. Had me in and out in no time. And hes not bad on the eyes either.

We bought a 2011 Audi Q5 last May and it is still an awesome car. Anas was awesome, straightforward, and patient. There was no pressure and the car was priced thousands below other dealers. Engine and interior were perfect. Some cosmetic blemishes that we knew about when buying it and was priced accordingly. We had those fixed under 400 bucks making it look new. Again, thousands below anyone else and this one was the 32 premium--fully loaded. I intentionally waited to write this review to see the quality of the car after getting such an awesome deal. No regrets whatsoever and am about to reach out to Anas to find another car for my in-laws. 100% recommend.

When I arrived I was not greeted by anybody and honestly checked out the cars for awhile before anyone said anything. The cars were unbelievably dirty like they hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Really wanted to buy one of the cars but the service was so bad I just don’t feel like giving them business.

I found the vehicle prices to be more realistically reasonable than 37 other researched used car dealers in the surrounding Raleigh area. I believe the dealer understands the fair asking price or true value of a vehicle that most car shoppers would find appealing and that hes therefore able to move a higher volume more quickly for profit this way.

So, bought a car from them over a month ago and they just now got my plate and registration to me but NO TITLE??? I called the guy and he tried saying oh I have no idea where it is, Ill call my friend and have him call you. I said no I bought the car and I have bill of sale and everything that is my title i am suppose to receive in my name. He continued to argue with me. I advised him i will have authorities involved. They are withholding my title to my car. They have been so unprofessional. I want what belongs to me and on top of that Ive already had to put almost $800 into fixing stuff on the car.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!Unfortunately I had to choose at least one star to leave a review but it’s not deserved. I purchased a 2004 Toyota Corolla last month and it’s been hell since. It has literally been in the shop more than it’s been out since I got it. Now I understand that there are things that will happen with a used car. I have 5 kids and have purchased several used cars. The last place I took the car informed us that it was illegally rigged to pass inspection. Like someone did something to the O2 sensors to make it pass inspection because it wouldn’t have any other way. This makes sense because when I called back about a week after the purchase I asked the gentleman who did the inspection because the first car shop said there is no way this car should have passed inspection. The gentleman that answered the phone tried to act like he didn’t understand what I was asking and said the owner was out of town. I purchased this car for my daughter who has to drive back to school. I don’t expect perfection but I didn’t expect dishonesty.

These guys are very dishonest. I bought a vehicle from then exactly a month ago for$12,000. While driving off the lot the exhaust was smoking, called Team and he gave us a lie, call Anas and be lied as well. Today Anas is telling me I should post the vehicle for $12,000. And see what happen. So he is advising me to fo what they did to me. Real scam. Please take your vehicle for check before purchase, even though they may sound friendly. I’m not sure who is working today but I was only calling schedule to come in to put a down payment on a car and the dealership hold the car until they’re paid in full ( i get my income taxes soon 2-3wks) on the car and a guy answers asking for the money upfront or no sale . Like who does that, these guys are supposed to be running a dealership. Keyword “DEALerSHIP, they’re supposed to making PROFITABLE GOOD DEALS with the customer to build that customer- dealer bond so the next time the customer they sold a car wants to buy another car. They can count on that person buying from them if they have what that person is looking for. But NO what i heard on the other end of my phone was pure garbage and was Unprofessional. They need to work Social and people skills before they can try selling anyone a car

As soon as I left, it started raining and I found that the wipers werent working correctly. He sent me to his mechanic and he paid for the motor and I paid for the labor. He gets cars from Carmax that have been checked out, not just from auctions where you have no idea the condition. I trust him. Have already recommended him to a friend.

Me and my friend bought a car from them.They let me took the car to my mechanic to get it checked out, my mechanic did came across some small things but it was ok as i dont mind spending couple hundred box on a used car to get it fixed if it was a good deal. I needed this car for college but it’s completely unreliable. When confronted he admitted this is what his dealership does because the cars are used. Used doesn’t mean trash take your business elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle.

I went to test drive a Nissan at the car lot, the pictures look nice, however the car was filthy on the inside. Hair was stuck to the roof, there was dirt in the seats and on the floor, but I decided that if he details the car will enough that I would consider purchasing it. I gave him a $300 deposit. He specifically said I had one week to either pick up the car or get the deposit, after that the deposit will be nonrefundable in the car will go back for sale. I went back Two days later to find the office was open but all the doors were locked, two employees looked right at me and drove off in a truck when I called Team to let him know the office was open but empty he was surprised and said someone will be there to finish my paperwork. After giving the truck a second look is saying that it had not been cleaned, I told him I just wanted the deposit back. He got very irate and told me the deposit was not refundable I argue that that was the opposite of what he said he began yelling The next thing you know were having a yelling match over the phone in front of his empty office. I should have known better because the day I put the Deposit down, there were two extremely irate customers arguing with him in the office. I ended up having to get my mother and stepfather to go to the office and get my deposit back after I threatened to call the police. Warning do not give them a deposit because they will get upset if you choose a Nother vehicle over one of theirs and they will try to keep your deposit. Even while my parents were there he was still trying to get them to purchase a Nother car instead of giving them my deposit back, I got 80% of it back not the full 300. Very unprofessional and conveniently forgetful...

Went there and bought a used kia I saw on craigslist. They were nice but didnt really bring up anything unless I asked about it, so make sure you ask. After talking to them about the price, I discovered that they also take care of the DMV stuff too, but that isnt included in the price of the car obviously. You can haggle through, I paid $2884 for the kia and the DMV fees. They gave me a temp plate, and assured me that the real plate would arrive in about a week.Overall, good experience.
