Tesla, for me, has always been a great company. They have great products. Sometimes the customer service is a little lacking, and if the store is busy you will definitely have a wait. This is because they try to attend to each customer as best they can and this sometimes mean spending more time with them. This location does have Tesla Solar reps on property, so you can discuss vehicles or solar. There is also a service center here. Every interaction with service has been great and the reps are always friendly and willing to answer questions.
Their cars are excellent but their customer service at Raleigh Tesla needs major improvement. I found out over two months after delivery that they sent the title to a completely wrong bank. This was even after confirming the address with a Tesla representative prior to delivery. In addition, they did not complete the necessary paperwork for vehicle registration. It took over 6 phone calls and two months until the vehicle was registered. I highly recommend that when you pick up, double and triple check that they have all the paperwork completed correctly and that they have the correct bank info.
Went and test drove a Model S extended range today. Was quite impressed with the performance and regenerative braking! Beautiful car!
First the cars are five stars and the sales people are great BUT the service is the worst. I mean it’s worse than the shadiest used car lot. I could tell you the stories I’ve dealt with but there are so many other reviews of the service that I feel it’s just redundant but know this the service crew is inexperienced and they have a lock on it meaning you pretty much have to go to Tesla to get anything done depending on the area you are in.Would I get a Tesla again knowing what I know now? I’m not sure probably not. I love the car but can’t get it fixed and it doesn’t feel or drive like the luxury car it is anymore.
These guys are bad!! If everything in the company works it’s ok - but if not holy cow- have to return multiply time to speak with them- extra trips to fix software firmware -2 separate service calls.Today I opened credit card bill -they double charged me - holy cow - there answer-too bad. Call your bank !!! Bank??? They can not answer phone - on hold and drove 20 minutes to shop - showed them my credit card charges- too bad -don’t have a way to escalate customer complaint/issues to ANY department.Be ready for bad customer service and attitude is not …. First class.I hate to complain but if you read this maybe it will lower your expectations after spending a lot of money
Awesome guys. I left my keys in a loaner vehicle and they made sure I was able to get them even with me not being able to get there until after closing
First thing I want to say is that I absolutely love my Model S and Tesla as a company. The reasoning behind my 1 stars review is the fact that their service center is consistently dropping the ball. Couple months back I had dropped the car off for almost 5 days to get the front bumper repainted and grille replaced. Went to pick up the car and grille was put on but the bumper was never painted which they had charged me for. Went back again to have a leak test done but it was never done. Now I went back to have the seals replaced on the sunroof and driver side door. Supposedly the work was done so they dropped the car in the pick up lot without the driver side seal replaced and also with the adhesive not fully applied properly to the new tracks for the sunroof. Showed this to the service advisor and was told literally to just let the part sit and HOPEFULLY the adhesive would stick the way its supposed to. If youre gonna service/repair $50,000-$150,000 cars please have some pride behind your work and your finished product so the customers who care to keep up their cars in the proper way dont have to put up with this.
Service at Tesla is really good! Two years ago when I went to pick up my new Model 3, the line was out of the door, and it took 2 hours to process me out there. On Saturday l went to pick up Model 3 #2, and they had me processed in less than 10 minutes. They really have got it right! Nice people, too.
Great customer experience. While the car was in service for a new wheel and tire, they charged the car! This would be the equivalent of dropping off your ICE vehicle for maintenance and having them put gas in the tank.
Michelle (i think that is her name) was amazing! She let me test drive both cars that I was really interested in trying! Easy easy! I loved her! Made me feel so at ease talking through things and doubts and questions i had. Shes wonderful!
Awesome car!! Worst car buying experience of my life and Ive owned a lotta cars. First they take your money. Then....They will not return your phone calls. Theyll text you when they have something to inform but dont expect anybody at the other end if you need to respond. Give them a ton of money and they treat you like a pariah.
The only negative part of our experience was not being able to get ahold of salesman. Communication is terrible.
I had a great experience ordering and picking up my Model Y at the Raleigh center. The staff was incredibly friendly, practiced all the safety measures you would expect during Covid, and made the experience fun and easy. I am in love with my Tesla and I am certain future servicing experiences will be organized and a breeze. Can’t say good enough things about these guys!
Always busy and would love some outdoor seating, but had an easy fix and the service manager was able to knock it out well before my scheduled appointment.
My partner purchased a Tesla Model Y for our daily driver. This was the simplest delivery of an auto ever. The building is simple like a Tesla. Modern and utilitarian.
Tesla is the present and the future of your driving experience! My dad and brothers have always wanted to test drive a Telsa. We finally scheduled an app and was able to get a slot the same day. Awesome!!!When we arrived at the location, we were very surprised at how small the dealership was but immediately realized that this is not any ordinary dealership. Our sales rep was Jason and he definitely provided service that went beyond our expectations. He gave us great insight on the features, had a wonderful sense of humor and listened in full about all our concerns. He was not pushy at all and you can genuinely tell he wanted to help us in anyway possible. Truly remarkable of his knowledge and answers for every single question we had. He never left our side and gave us full attention for the 3+ hours we were there. With his relaxed, chill personality he didnt feel like a sales rep at all. He felt like a friend that would tell us exactly how it is. No hidden agendas.Thank you Jason for making this experience top notch in every way possible. You deserve a raise 😁👏👏
I love my Tesla model 3 but the Raleigh NC Tesla dealer service experience is awful. Do not think about calling the local dealer service desk. There ARE NO LISTED PHONE NUMBERS. Other than the service tech that checks you in, there are no managers here available to talk to . When you ask to talk to a manager their response is “ sorry there is no manager to talk with”. When you get an appointment for ‘a set time it doesn’t mean they are planning to fix your car then, it’s only a time slot to arrive . There is no manager available at anytime to talk to but they will let them know you wish to talk to them . There is NO ONE in charge that they will let you talk to face to face . All they want to do is text or e-mail the customer. They really seem to want to avoid human contact, they just want to interface with the product. I cannot imagine buying another Tesla and putting up with this growing level of customer “ care less” attitude. Tesla has been the best choice for an EV but it’s not the only EV choice anymore . Tesla makes an impressive car but they best remember that it s not more important than the customer.
This new location properly showcases the amazing vehicles that Tesla produces. Kristin took amazing care of us, answering all our questions, and allowed us to take the new model Y out for a spin. One thing I love about Tesla is NO pressure to buy! Come in and see for yourself. This is not a traditional dealer model. If you buy a car, its direct from Tesla. The sales people dont work on commission and there is no haggling on the price. You buy the car through the website for the same price as everyone else. These cars are amazing!
Let me preface by saying that while my car is great overall, this review is solely about this dealership and the terrible customer service. After ordering my vehicle my sales advisor was relatively available when I needed help, up until delivery. In the week leading up to delivery I emailed her daily with questions making sure everything was still on track but I didn’t hear back until the actual delivery day. On delivery day (24Sep) while they are getting all the paperwork ready I go inspect the car; everything looks good except for two minor things, and they tell me to use the app to put in a service appt (typical for Tesla, wasn’t too annoyed by this except for the fact that my sales advisor flaunted the fact that this dealership is one of the best in the country and they spend 2-3 hours looking over the car to make sure it’s perfect). My car also had clearly not been detailed prior to my arrival - there were sticky spots and markings where the transport wraps and protective films had been. They had to transfer plates from my trade-in and in the process of that they completely broke my plate frame on my old car and put a hole in my plate, but no apologies or any indication that they cared at all.As bad as all that sounds, it just gets worse. After getting home I notice that the nav shows I’m still at the dealership and none of the cameras are working. The next day I call support but we were unable to fix it over the phone so I drove back up to the dealership. They took the car back in the garage and diagnosed the issue but said they couldn’t fix that day and I would need a service appt (the soonest is 11Oct). My sales advisor said she would talk to the service manager and see what she could do. It’s now 8 days later and I’ve emailed my sales advisor and service manager daily but have only gotten 1 response. I know this location is busy but the customer service is absolutely abysmal and it feels like I’m just getting ignored. It’s ridiculous that this computer issue wasn’t fixed on the spot and even more unacceptable that they couldn’t immediately get my an appointment for the upcoming week. For the premium these cars cost you’d think they’d be waiting on their customers hand and foot.I cannot recommend Tesla to any friends exclusively because of the terrible customer service that I have received.
What a terrible experience. The sales reps won’t look at you when you enter, let alone acknowledge you. We love Tesla vehicles but customer service at this location is awful!
Great service! No emmisions means the show room and service center share this beautiful new space.I test drove a model Y with my wife and they did not come with. 👍They let us have the car for 30-40 min. Not the usual drive a small loop at a dealership with salseman .Thats the important point:This is a show room, not a dealership, so there is no pressure to buy, only to explore and ask questions.Been a model 3 and S owner since 2018 and its been nothing but great. As I write this my wifes 2015 model S is getting the infotainment systems and autopilot computer upgraded to 2020 version. No other automaker can offer an upgrade that adds equivalent value for a nearly 6 year old car. MiNdBLowiNgCant wait for the cybertruck!
Not sure what the point of having a Tesla dealership here when you cant get in contact with anyone at the actual dealership! Lots of bells and whistles to get you to buy the car. Constant emails, phone calls, etc... But once you buy SERVICE goes out the door. You have to do everything through their app and even then no one responds! I contacted them Friday about a flat tire to get roadside assistance and have still to hear from them. They have a phone number that no one answers and when you leave a message still nothing. Honestly they care more about SALES then SERVICE!
Very nice car shopping experience that put buying an EV on my automotive necessity list..I especially liked the Tesla Y model
I rarely leave negative reviews but when I see extreme flaws in the operation of a business I have to speak out. My wife and I were at the Glenwood Ave location, to compare a few different models before making a purchase. The store, In there defense, was busy as Saturday seemed to be new car delivery day. As we were waiting on assistance one of the sales consultants looks me dead in the face for a second and before I had a chance to speak she proceeds to walk directly past me and ask two separate Caucasian men if they needed assistance, all while my wife and I were looking dumbfounded. Reluctant to cause a scene we waited until an associate became free to get assistance. Do I even have to mention that we are both early middle aged African Americans. It’s 2021 and the fact that this still happens is beyond explanation. We were eventually helped by Debbie, who was awesome by the way, but the way we felt at the time was unacceptable. Getting a manager in the phone is almost impossible. I hope this location is aware of the type of people they are hiring that feel it acceptable to prequalify someone based on the color of their skin but I will absolutely let them know until I receive an answer for this treatment. Great product below average hiring decisions.
My experience with Debbie was outstanding! She was very clear and flexible with answering all my questions! Kristin was very detailed and I really appreciate a call confirming my test drive the next day! I have ordered and am looking forward to completing this clear and simplified transaction when my Tesla is ready!Kind regards,Ralph
When we brought our model S in for repairs, the communication was horrible, spotty repair work (we had to bring it back three times!!) and they have freaking bankers hours! I love our car, but if this is the service you get after you drop a tone of money ON purchasing the vehicle…. The service should continue. But sadly doesn’t. At all
Very friendly and professional staff. Well organized. Spacious lobby. Got free Uber coupon.very reasonable service cost.
Dying 12 volt battery, pulled in with no appointment and out in an hour. $120 installed!
Ordered a Tesla in October 2020.No pushy sales - did multiple test drives and took the model Y home one day to ensure I wanted to purchase. Awesome car!!! Purchased 2021 Y best decision!
Just an awesome place with awesome cars!!! Loved it and my son was in heaven!
I feel deceived and disappointed by the service provided by Tesla today. I was told my tire was not repairable, and turned out to be repaired at Discount Tire for free! You guys tried to sell me a new tire for supposedly side wall puncture, when the puncture was in fact in the middle of the tire. I hope you take this into account for future service improvement.
Make a reservation to drive one. You wont regret it. Also, note that there are speed traps around Glenwood and Duraleigh, so dont try to test the acceleration.
This was the most incredible test drive experience I have ever had. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to my purchase plan and honored my timeline for purchase. I was given the possibilities within my price range and more than anything else I felt valued and respected. I am so excited to purchase my Tesla in due time!
Great place to visit to buy a new car. And sales person GABRIELLA!! IS THE BEST.
My car came out prettier than the day it was delivered! Teddy, a detailer at the service center, insisted on taking care of every little smudge and flat spot he came across. He even ran back inside for a cordless buffer to take care of one last snowball he saw when he handed the car over. And Ryan, my initial service rep, greeted me with personal stories, tech talk and a genuine enthusiasm for being there. He insisted that the Tesla Service Center was out to be a different, and more welcoming service experience than other brands. Here at Raleigh, theyve delivered that in excess!Tip: Bring your own mug or hot beverage container. Theres free coffee for customers but a frequent lack of cups!
Tesla is the worst at responding to calls after you order and prior to pickup of your car. No returned call ref to the site but that does not work regarding changes. No wonder they are losing money this level of service is below GM and Ford.
Came for a windshield replacement and came in at 10 am. I was told it would be 3 hours but ended up being 6 hours. If I was told it would take that long I would have left and came back but if I hadn’t went and asked how much longer, I would still be sitting there. There was no communication on the delay. I usually get messages from them but it wasn’t until I asked that I was told.
Currently at service center now. Was told my repairs would be 3 hours I have been here almost 6 now and now word of anything.I purchased my car from here. If you want to test drive or buy a car this is the place. After that youre on your own. I love my tesla, the company and what they stand for but they have serious flaws in their service end once you pay them for the car. Also I have no idea what this will cost me. I was told I would get updates on repair times and estimated cost but have not recieved any of that at all. Its a shame for the tesla name considering who they named the company after
Communicating with the service department is almost impossible. Horrible, horrible service! I also find it absolutely absurd that you have to tow the car in to have the 12 volt battery replaced. If the 12 V battery dies the entire car becomes unresponsive and is locked in park. This is a serious Design flaw. This is the second time I have had to replace the 12 volt battery at a cost with towing of $700. At that price this battery should last 10 years not 2 1/4. This is my last tesla as I will never buy one again.
Unless you are buying, the service people will not even smile. I was accompanying the buyer, the service was excellent for her, I couldnt even get a hi back from the sales girl. The sales guys were all above and beyond.
Great sales people and awesome service center. Highly recommend them!
It gets quite busy on weekends. Tesla reps do their best to accommodate every customer. Much better overall experience than traditional car dealership. If you are looking to test drive. Schedule an appointment in advance.
Great electric cars for today and tomorrow. Tesla is WOW! This location is a step up from the old location.
I had an amazing experience at Raleigh Tesla. This is the 4th new vehicle I have purchased this year, and hands down the best transaction I have had. They went above and beyond to get me my Model Y as quickly as they could and even arranged transportation for me to get to the dealer. Truly a remarkable experience, they also ensured the vehicle was not washed (as I requested them not to) which only one other dealer remembered to do throughout my 4 purchases this year which shows there is clear communication and care throughout the team. Thank you for everyone I worked with for knocking it out of the park, I would not hesitate to travel to work with this team again. Also more than happy with the vehicle, only regret i have is not buying a Tesla sooner.
They take great care of my Model 3
I’m not sure where to start. If there was an award of being the worlds worst service Tesla would win hands down. It’s zero communication zero calls returned zero calls answered and worst part is I’m still waiting on mobile service to come fix the same stuff that i have been in 3 times to have fixed driving 5 hours round trip to get serviced at the service center. Sadly i have yet to talk to someone that doesn’t have the same issues. This is my 4th and final Tesla after having spent over $500,000 purchasing these cars everything that makes the cars fun to drive gets completely erased at your first attempt to have any service performed. I can go on but i need to go find a car that actually works so i can get to work.
Just went in and wanted to get more info on the cars and we had a wonderful experience but at the end of the test drive we had a different sales representative and she was horrible. She was super arrogant, didn’t understand our questions and kind of brushed us off. Her name was Gabriella and it’s just not a nice person to speak with at the end of a test drive because that let us just go home and do our own research on the Tesla website! Very dissapointing and ruined our experience with Tesla!
Always a great experience at Tesla Raleigh! They have the best cars in the world.
Tesla makes the most advanced and fun to drive vehicle in the industry. I just ordered my Model Y and I had the privilege of working with Debbie. Go check out the Tesla vehicle line up and ask for Debbie. She is super knowledgeable, great positive attitude, and she always responds really fast. Even after I left Tesla, I emailed Debbie will follow up questions and she took care of me right away. Thanks for everything Debbie!
I visited the Raleigh Tesla showroom today for the first time. It was easy to find. Its a smaller location than some of the other Tesla showrooms. I talked to Randy who provided some information I needed. I wanted to find out about the FSD chip swap for people who bought FSD and the upcoming Tesla truck.
Gabriella is an excellent SA. She always quickly responded to all of my many questions. She arranged many test-drives for us and made the process simple. Purchase with her!
Very convenient and efficient. Best car buying experience to date. Thank you, Ben was awesome!
Ben Walden was an unparalleled representative of the Tesla company. His expert knowledge, humorous demeanor, and creative problem solving made the delivery of our Model Y an absolute pleasure. My wife and I had numerous questions and Ben did not want us to leave until we were completely comfortable. Providing his personal information so that we could contact him with any issues added the personal touch you would expect from family. Thanks Ben!
They are way too busy to help you. I tried calling (no one answers and voicemail is full), emailing, and going by there, and havent had any luck. I will take my money elsewhere.
Picked up my Model 3 today. Not only was my M3P absolutely perfect, Tesla staff members like Antonio made the experience a breeze. I highly recommend not on Tesla, this location, but Antonio, specifically. Outstanding experience!
Love the new digs! Its a great dealership and service center! Theyve accommodated well to the covid-19 situation with touch-less delivery and service appointments. The employees are lovely and are always great to interact with.
Quick service and super friendly staffs. Highly recommend if you need Tesla repair service.Had an issue with my Model Y window, and they initially told me that its repair would take around 5hrs. I couldnt wait that long at the service center, so they provided me with an $200 Uber voucher for the day (repair only cost $50). Since they were really generous with the voucher I was able to go back home in a Uber Comfort vehicle. Surprisingly, the repair was done in 2hrs, and I was happy to drive it back again for the rest of the day.
Presale communication was terrible! The actual pick up day couldnt have gone any smoother.
Service is awful. Went there to have my windshield wipers changed. Spent 20 minutes at the desk. No one came to help.
QUALITY ISSUES,CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES,SERVICE ISSUESJust had a model 3 delivered about 10 days ago. If you are thinking about getting one. WAIT . The car is not there is yet in terms of build quality, there is no federal incentive anymore and the car is more expensive compared to last year. The cabin is noisy with howling sounds. There are several common sense issues in the car, I’m going to have to make a video series.QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVES ISSUES:They made me wait for over 9 weeks to deliver the car, and when the car finally came there are visible build quality issues like body gaps, misaligned rubber seals around the glass and doors. When I pointed these out, they had this beautiful response that goes like this.1: take it or leave it.2:The issue is in “spec” . If you ask what is the spec. The answer is, it is “confidential “.APPARENTLY MANUFACTURING ISSUES ARE PART OF THEIR SPECIFICATIONS.3: I asked them to make a service appointment. The answer is go do it yourself on the app. The next available date is a week away. Finally after an hour or so they made a service appointment the day after.SERVICE ISSUES:For the manufacturer that touts their cars require minimal to no maintenance, this place is very busy and proves otherwise.I was told there is a minimum 3 day wait period to make an appointment. Try calling them, no one ever picks up .The service center staff is welcoming and they fixed some issues that they could. But they were not able to fix the misaligned rubber seals around the roof glass.Service managers response1:The issue is in spec.AGAIN.OMG.2:If you want that fixed come next month and PAY FOR IT OUT OF POCKET.3:Let us know if the water leaks inside? Really, why not just fix the issue in the first place4: We are a young company.A mixed bag experience.
Broooo literally the WORST service department ever I will literally drive to the one in Virginia before I go here again
Great experience. I did not buy one...yet....The salesman was attentive and knowledgeable.
Worst customer service ever. Scheduled an appointment for a test drive - arrived 15 minutes early per the instructions. My wife and I were ignored for about 5 minutes once we walked in. Finally someone helped us and told us someone would be with us in a few minutes to get us set up with our test drive. A few minutes turned into about half an hour of standing around with no information - at the same time, people around us were being helped. We asked what was going on and were told it would just be a few more minutes. Now its 25 minutes after our appointment was scheduled and still nothing. My wife went and tracked down the person that originally helped us and was told that all their Model Ys were already out on test drives and it will probably be another 45 minutes to an hour. We received no proactive communication from staff, no customer support and no acknowledgement that anything out of the ordinary was going on. We finally left an hour after our scheduled appointment since the staff still had absolutely no clue what was going on - not sure the point of scheduling test drives since it seems to be completely random and mismanaged.
These are AH-mazing vehicles! The up front costs are steep, but then you realize you wont be shelling out for gas any more. Roomy, comfortable.... great vehicles!
The customer service here is terrible. I just purchased a Tesla and the person giving me my car ruined my car buying experience. If you could go anywhere else to buy your Tesla, I definitely recommend to do so.
Super nice people and down to earth. Love.
They sold me a model three with a camera broken. On top of that they don’t answer their phone calls. It’s been 2 weeks since purchase and I haven’t been able to use Autopilot, which I paid an extra 10k for. Hugely disrespectful and unempathetic staff. No one willing to make the effort to make it right. They said they’d call two days ago, still have heard nothing. Planning on going into the store tomorrow to get a refund.
I have arrived... The best dealership ever....
The service here compared to the previous smaller location has gotten worse. It took us two trips to pick up our car for service (we live an hour and a half away) for them to tell us they didnt know what was wrong with the system of the car. On the second trip they gave us a loan car model 3, after waiting for 20 minutes. The loan was really dirty, clearly no sanitized surfaces and with the dangerously low tire pressure. We have no choice on Tesla locations other than this one.
Great location and very efficient service center and test drive experience.
Really good to see Tesla increasing their availability. Nice facilities and location. Personnel could be a bit more friendly.
My son was expending about $200 in gas using my CRV, the Tesla consumes about $50 or less for the same average miles, also I dont need an oil change or worry about the transmission. The sensors and cameras allow you to see an air view of your surroundings then mirrors will help but you can see all the cars near you eliminating blind spots. Please be aware that installing the charging plug or Wall charger in your home is extremely easy, nevertheless is better if you hire an electrician but just tell them that you need a NEMA 14-50 outlet (similar wiring than your dryer machine plug), I paid $250 for labor and $12 per feet for premium service and material. Depending your model the Wall charger is a better option, but if you buy the Model 3 Standard Range the mobile charger that comes with the car is great and will charge to full potential, you will need to buy the NEMA 14-50 connector that may not be included, hope in the future they include the NEMA 14-50 connector as standard since is definitely needed and convenient.
Went to this service center for a test drive of a Model Y Performance. The staff were friendly, not pushy, and answered all of our questions. The only caution with Tesla is that everything before buying is super nice, no pressure, and easy enough. Once you have bought your Tesla though after service can be a pain. We bought a used Model Y elsewhere and couldnt purchase additional items such as door unlock cards at this location. They also are unable to assist in switching ownership of the vehicle over to you in their online system, which requires a 3-5 day lead time and online submission, all done remotely.Overall this place was great, it is only Teslas policies that let us down, not a reflection of the folks working here.
Customer service is completely absent upon retrieving your purchased model. The millennial employees have no clue of professional protocol. A sad State of affairs.
Thought the showroom experience was extremely amateurish. Employees were nice enough but seemed like they didnt care if you were there or not. Upon entering no one greets you, and there was just a disorganized sense to the entire experience.
Best dealership ever
Literally the worst service experience I have ever dealt with in my life. Attempted to schedule a collision repair for almost 2.5 months through Tesla service in Raleigh. They cancelled 4 of my appointments with either no notice or a message the day before. Ive shown up to an appointment to be told it was being cancelled. Nobody picks up the phone, nobody calls back or responds to your voicemails. Emails go unanswered for weeks. Awesome car, worst possible service.
Every time I have had service done to my model 3 they have been outstanding with their customer service. Tiffany has a done a great job with her team to provide such experience. Ian and Drew at the front desk always answer any of my questions to the best of their knowledge and have helped me through all of my troubles.
We test drove a model-y. No pressure sales. Due to.covid, test driving the car are without the salesperson. 30 mins for test driving.
Pretty bad experience twice in the last six months or so. First time I want to take a look at some noise that I could hear while driving from the rear side and they refused to take a look at that initially and literally agreed to do that but did not do anything about it and told that this was all due to wheel alignment issue although it was there right from the building since I bought the car. Since it looks like manufacturing defect they should have fixed it right away but they refuse to do that with the excuse that they cannot do that due to Covid pandemic as there will be two people who will need to be in the car to assess it which will violate the social distancing. Later when they did the servicing they told that just by reallingning the wheels they could eliminate the noise which was a blatant lie as the problem persisted.Second time I needed a loaner wheel due to punctured tire. The roadside assistance was great and timely. However, they took away the wheel saying that I could come down on a appointment and they would have taken care of the wheel by then. When I contacted them later they said that they dont fix the punctures and only replace the tire if I wanted. Otherwise if I wanted the wheel to be repaired, I have go to the agency, pick up my wheel and get it fixed elsewhere and then return the loaner wheel. The guy said that this is not Tesla policy, but their particular agency does not do tire repairs although other tesla agencies may do that. I fail to understand and they failed to give me a good explanation why they took the tire to their place if they never intended to repair it. If they left it with me it would have saved me a long trip to pick the tire back from their agency. Tesla and their agencies has to a lot many miles to become a good car company.
Below average / poor customer service.Didnt check tire-pressure after rhe repair.Asked me to find car myself in their parking lot. This Tesla Service department is extremely busy. Hence customer service is poor.I was unable to add additional concern. They dont have time to respond to customer in time dont answer the questions sent through app or email. Dont expect a call from them to give you an update. They Only communicate via Tesla app that too when they have time.
Great staff answered all my questions and then some. Tesla is a very nice car and I will be purchasing in the near future
I was here due to a recall and other services with a scheduled appointment. I waited for over an hour in line to be checked in! When it was finally my turn to be checked in, I was treated very professionally, given an Uber voucher and told my car would be ready before closing. It was complete just before closing at 5pm.
Thank you for the excellent knowledgeable parts and service support this week. We appreciate the staff time to help us.
The worst customer service and services department ever
Our car came out amazing!!!
Cool car, but you get a better car buying experience and customer service at car max then this place
I wish I received the great service other buyers received. I’m baffled
Horrible customer service. Not every knowledgeable on their vehicles
