Hiring All My Sons Moving was a HUGE mistake…not only did they overcharge us for an in-state move; even worse, we were left with broken dishes and vases, as well as couch and arm chairs with no legs, a China cabinet with missing parts and a wall filled with holes, scrapes and marks. The management staff was very unresponsive, unprofessional and you will never hear from them after collecting your hard earned money…They were so quick to send you off to their Claims department — who were also difficult to deal with…We are extremely disappointed, unhappy and felt cheated by this awful experience and lack of professionalism… Hence, we will NEVER use them — ever!
Moved with them 2 times in Raleigh.Not far moves, but have antiques and other fragile items (that others have moved with no problem).The first time, no problems. Great experience.This time, they were late - which made our move late into the night. They were not prepared for all the pieces, even though I was thorough in explaining. As I am unpacking and locating furniture, I am taking pictures. I have included some, not all.I would look elsewhere for movers. The quality has gone down in 5 years.Also, I did contact the company first, with problems, and got no response.
We moved within 2 weeks of my parents and they did not use this company and all they talked about was what a mistake it was! These people were the best movers and so quick! It was great being able to compare 2 companies like that, glad we chose right!! Would definitely use again!
Joseph Hinton and his team are top notch. He called ahead to make sure they’d have everything required for our move. They hit the ground running and the packing and moving were done in a timely and professional manner. Not only would I recommend but I will request Joseph and his team specifically next time.
Beware!! The Apex/Cary/Raleigh team is 4th tier at best. We had several issues. They didn’t show up at all the first day they were supposed to. The second day, you would think they would show up early. Nope, started at 10am and missed the deadline to drive, even though the crew spent the last 2 hours lollygagging.Our nice set of steak knives was found randomly thrown in the bottom of a box, some of which were damaged. A $200 ceramic serving piece was in the bottom of a box with no padding, so of course it was shattered. Several other items were damaged due to poor packing.Of course they went over the quote, which apparently isn’t unusual from the other comments on here. For almost $10K, I feel like we deserved better. I would definitely not recommend this company.
Talel and his crew, Jalene, and I’m sorry I don’t remember the third young man’s name were great! They came in took, took charge, and did a super job.All three men were very personable and professional and they loved footballA great bunch of guys, I would recommend them to anybody who wants their move done right. These guys were the bomb. They had the personal touch. So friendly and courteous. I advise anyone if you need moving done this is definitely the company to use. Thank you so much to Eric and his partner for making things so easy!
We had a very large move in chapel hill. They arrived right on time, ready to go. They were very nice, and were excellent on wrapping all our things to ensure a safe move. They dismantled all the furniture that needed to be dismantled and re-assembled it at the new house. The only thing is it took pretty much the whole day, could have been done faster. With that said, it was still a wonderful service. The 5 guys that helped us were : Dwight, Brian, deonte, mark and Francisco. Thank you guys!
Absolutely would NOT recommend! Definitely DO NOT let them move your TV!I hired All My Sons Moving & Storage - Raleigh to move from Durham to Apex NC on August 9th 2021. They broke my $1000 70 TV and offered $24 for the damage (60 cents/pound).I was planning to move the TV myself, but the estimator convinced me by saying that if they broke it, they would replace it with an equivalent TV.On the day of the move, I was a bit nervous when I saw how they packaged the TV with just a cardboard box taped around it (see photos), but I thought that if they broke it that I would just get a replacement. In addition to the poor packing job, they just put it in the back of the truck, where there were several loose items (which ultimately broke the TV). If I knew it would not be replaced, I would not have let them put it in the truck.Shortly after arriving at our new house, the team lead showed me a small ding in my TV screen (which made the entire TV worthless). He said that he never breaks TVs and it happened because he was distracted training a fellow employee (the trainee was the one driving the truck). He also said that they would fix or replace the TV, just like the estimator said. As we signed final paperwork, the team lead apologized for breaking the most expensive item.After pointing out a few damaged items, trying to gauge what was typical for a move, the team lead was very condescending and asked me if I could have done better myself. For one, I paid you guys to do this job and you do this all the time. While it would have taken a bit long, yes, I feel like I could have done a better job. I would not have broken the most expensive item.At the time, I thought that they did not do a great job at packing the truck, but most of the items that were damaged were our cheaper IKEA/Wayfair items. While disappointed in the damages, I thought it was a bad experience but not terrible since I thought my TV would be replaced.When we received an offer to settle for $102 ($24 for the TV and $78 for other items), all of those bad feelings turned way worse. All of my calls to discuss the matter with AMS were not returned.Please use any other moving company than All My Sons! Do NOT trust anything they tell you!
Nothing bad to say about my 3 movers. They did awesome. The reason I am rating this place a 1 is due to the office forgetting my move having to scramble to find movers and showed up hours late. Lying about their ETA. Also be aware when booking they do not confirm your move time. You are told after you pay your deposit that there is a 5 hour window your movers could come. You could be “scheduled” in the afternoon which could be as late as 6:00 PM. No organization. Oh! And love the random fees tacked on for tape and coverings AFTER they bring your stuff downstairs and scratch it all up. Never again.
Customer service told me entire move should take 4 hours. It took 9 hours. I live alone (young female) and my new house was 15 min away. The 2 men who arrived moved slow, and did not use any team work to wrap or carry furniture. One guy will just be watching the other one. I also have a broken light fixture, and no mattress covers were used. One told me they get paid 17$ an hour, while the customer is left being charged 149$ hour rate for mediocre service, NOT experienced. Don’t let the quality phone service make you think this is a good moving company. I regret the decision
Jason Escorza and his crew were awesome! They were on time, friendly and fast!! It’s always concerning when you hire someone by the hour, but not with this crew!! Jason was super! When he set my dresser on its side, he found that one of the legs had worked it’s way lose. This was nothing he did, but he took the time to fix it for me anyway.Thanks guys for a worry free move!
I’ve dealt with lots of movers in my life, and have never felt more taken advantage of than I did with All My Sons. They were unbelievably unprofessional and dishonest. When I called to book, they tried scheduling 3 guys for a small move I told them would take less than an hour— CLEARLY only needed 2 guys. The movers arrived 30 minutes late and spent the first 20 minutes that THEY CHARGED ME FOR, doing paperwork. The company said they were going to charge me for “travel time” to and from the site, but even though the movers admitted their travel time was 15 mins, the company charged me for an hour at $144. I had two guys hauling stuff inside my apartment for a total of 45 minutes (INCLUDING the 20 mins one of them was doing “paperwork”) and it cost me $300. They never wasted an opportunity to ride the clock, charge me for unforeseen expenses, or completely take advantage of me.On top of all this, when I called the company to dispute the fee, it was quite clear they were used to having to defend their manipulative, dishonest tactics as they were incredibly rude and knew exactly what to say. Stay away. Far far away.Save your time + money and call Two Men and a Truck.
Our move went smoothly with no problems whatsoever! Aaron Rather and the team were awesome! I had total confidence in their expertise, from the way they organized to the level of care they took while moving our belongings. We couldn’t have done it without them and I would use them again and highly recommend them if you want your move done right!
My movers were actually great but the office???? God awful. I was told that my movers would come around 1:00 but when I didnt hear anything by 3:30, I called the office. They immediately asked if we could reschedule. I told them no because I was going out of town the next day and could not risk wasting the entire next day. They told me someone would be there in the next hour. My movers arrived around 5:15. They were great but when it was time to pay, 1. the amount was double my original quote (which apparently they arent even allowed to give me a quote... although I originally filled out a form... for a quote) and 2. I had to read my card number over the phone to the manager back at the office... while a bunch of strangers were in the room. This was completely unprofessional.I emailed them for help and didnt receive a call or email back. I decided to call and was given another email to forward my first one to. A week later, and still nothing. On top of that, Im missing a box. Ive called twice. The first time, I was told someone would call me back after they checked the warehouse; that was about 5-6 days ago. The second time... well, Im currently on hold for 25 minutes. Although the movers themselves were great, the business side of things are a complete mess. Both, the customers and the employees, deserve a lot better.
I moved yesterday on 10/27/2021. My movers were Zikarius, Damari, Nascere. Although one was in training you could not tell. They were all very professional and hard working and I trusted them to get it done without any issues. Everything was treated as if it was their own property and the communication was fantastic. These 3 gentlemen were great and just wanted it to be known how exceptional of a job they did.
Whatever you do NEVER use this company! So in the middle of my move that I am paying one of the guys(Bryan) starts help someone else load things in the back of their truck and when I said something to him he completely lost it! He beginning to use fail language and said I dont care Im helping them! Then on top of that they didnt even know how to load the truck and had to load and reload while Im still on the clock, nor did they have enough equipment to do the job correctly. All day I had to deal with nonsense. So when I reached out to the company about their employee all was said is we will talk to him with an 10% discount thats nothing when you are doubling the move hours it took to move me in.I added pictures of how the truck arrived along with Bryan
Keenan Hall was in charge of our move. He phoned prior to his arrival in a timely manner. Explained in detail the process of our move. Our belongs were carefully covered where needed and handled with attention to insure avoiding any damage. The crew was courteous, efficient and worked together well giving us satisfaction that All My Sons was the right choice for our move.
Pick up and storage seems fine.Have called 8 times in one week for an inventory list and receipt/current bill for my storage necessary for another company to pick up my unit items. Each time Ive been redirected to someone unavailable or unable to help me, or someone who has failed to call back or email. This unprofessional and inability to escalate has me concerned I will not be able to move!
A hassle-free experience. They worked with my tight schedule and were very communicative from beginning to end. Kqusion Cohen and team were great! They packed everything well and got me moved out and into a new place quickly.
Totally recommend - Rashawn, Justin, and Felicia were great to work with throughout the moving day. The team provided updates to let me know when they were arriving to my storage unit. Fast but handled all items carefully. Thanks again!
Dwight and his team were amazing! They got the whole move done efficiently, quickly, and without any damage. They had to maneuver several flights of stairs and battle 100 degree heat. I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again!
Eric, Deonte, Ray and Francisco were amazing!!! Very kind and courteous. My mother had an emergency move situation that required packing and moving. It was a huge job but they tackled it head on. They went above and beyond to make sure all was taken care of.

The movers were nice and professional. We had a lot of stuff and they worked at a decent pace, taking breaks as needed. However, they did not care about our items. Our boxes were turned upside down, dropped, and mishandled at every turn. Furniture has scrapes and some broken pieces. Luckily, the walls of the place itself were not scratched. So, it must have been the way they packed their truck.Overall, I cannot recommend All My Sons Moving. They are incredibly nice and professional, hence the 2 star rating. However, with the way they handle your items, I would find someone else.
I scheduled a move with ETA between 11am and 1pm. Movers arrived at 5pm, no one could give me an effective time update. Also expected the move to be much faster or at least more careful with goods, but much of my furniture has scuffs or was dropped. Nearly four hours to move a single bedroom apartment 17 minutes away. I even already cleared a lot out of the apt myself. I was on the 4th floor so some credit there at least. I was also the last move of the day so it is understandable that time predictions and mover speed are affected, but disappointing that the quality of my move was affected by this and the financial cost was pushed on the consumer.
We had an amazing experience during our move.Reginald Brinkley and his group did a great job. They were polite and professional and very easy to work with.
Gregory Morrison and team were wonderful. It was 100 degrees in Raleigh and heat index over 100. They never complained about the heat, were cheerful and speedy!! I wish there was a way to get the same four guys for any move we have. Their teamwork was great and Gregory as a leader was phenomenal. Very pleased with the service and move!
Gregory Morrison & his crew did an amazing job. I’m not from Raleigh & they had to drive an 1hr 15mins to get to me. Although they had a long drive, they still did their job. Eric, Deonte and Trey have not only been careful, thoughtful and professional movers—they’ve also been patient and kind with my older parents. This wasn’t an easy move but these guys didn’t make us feel like they were burdened or inconvenienced. Everything was packed as though it was their own stuff and carefully transported. They’ve been cheerful, attentive and helpful even though they must be exhausted. We’re so grateful for their wonderful service!
Excellent service, Jopi, Xavier and their team were so fast and took great care of my move. I cannot recommend All my Sons moving enough. I was really worried about my move until these professionals arrived and got started and I immediately knew I was in good hands.
We moved out of state (from the South to the Midwest). We were very stressed about the logistics. They made it easy every step of the way. They were straight forward about costs and the total ended up being what they estimated. Kqusion Cohen and his crew showed up on time, loaded quickly, and delivered the next day. They arrived 45 min after we did and unloaded it all quickly. Nothing was broken either. Overall very pleased!
Liz and the crew were great! They worked quickly and smartly. Communication was great as each crew member asked questions to make sure things were done correctly the first time. They were professional but also fun and playful during the job. I would recommend this crew!
We booked movers for Friday, they sent paperwork showing wrong date ( date on paperwork was 2 weeks prior). When called to confirm date we were told we were booked for Saturday and they were not available Friday. They gave us a five hour window on Saturday (12:00 -5:00), crew shows up at 5:00 and tells us they can’t do the job because it will take too long. When we booked we were told it would be a 3 hour minimum, but the Crew would work until the job was complete. Why send a crew that could not do the job? Crew ended up unloading appliances so we could return the UHaul we had rented. They were very rough with appliances, extremely rude, and drove recklessly out of the neighborhood (my husband called to report this). A new crew was sent out Sunday. This crew was pleasant to work with, but appeared young and inexperienced. Overall, paid a lot of money for inexperienced movers. Would not use again.
Ryan Elem and two other gentlemen moved my furniture from my previous home to the new apartment Im moving into and I have nothing but kind words to say! They arrived earlier than expected, were extremely polite and professional, and very quick and efficient while at my residence. They made the entire process very easy and simple and I will be recommending them to anyone who needs help moving!
Dwight and team arrived promptly and packed up efficiently and professionally. Did what they said they would do and did a solid job. I have no hesitation in recommending AMS and Dwight’s team.
They overbooked and had to reschedule us, which was not a big deal for us but I could see how it would be for some. The crew that did our move was fantastic. Efficient, friendly, careful with our stuff. Even with the reschedule, Eric and his crew were awesome so Ill rate the experience 5 stars.
The All My Sons crew were great moving partners. Ryan Elem and the rest of the crew were total professionals. Every item was expertly wrapped as if it was their own, I felt my stuff was perfectly safe. The phone estimate I got was a few hours low, but the crew was here working hard all day in the hot sun. They were great partners unloading in our new place as well, helping us get everything exactly where it needed to be. We’re moving again in less than a year, and I’ll 100% be calling All My Sons and requesting Ryan, Sterling, and the rest of the crew again.
Out of the 3 people sent to pack the apartment, 1 actually knew what he was doing. Thank god for that. 1 didn’t wear a mask. The other put a hole in our apartment door. All that aside we were happy we didn’t have to carry heavy stuff.
Jopi Mabolia and his crew worked hard, got the job done fast, and were very friendly! They clearly had experience, as they made sure to protect all of my furniture during the process. I will definitely use All My Sons Moving again in the future. Really took the stress out of moving day!
My move in June was a tough one: moving from a second floor condo to a third floor apartment. The men worked VERY HARD to get the job done. It took several hours to complete but everyone was working the entire time. They did a great job wrapping up all the glass and fragile furniture. Had no issues with cracks or breaks. Antawn was very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job breaking down and putting our queen bed back together (even though he noticed some flaws in the frame I never ever knew about ha!). He seemed to be in charge and did a great job directing everyone on tasks. I highly recommend using them for your next move! It was kind of pricey but like I said, it was a tough job that take took time, but not for one second did they stop working. A bit of advice, dont forget lots of water for the movers, with plenty of ICE!

Ryan and his team were Awesome! When they arrived Ryan quickly took care of the required signatures and initials needed for them to start.Due to an emergency, the move they handled was an unplanned move. Some things were boxed, but many items like clothes and shoes were not boxed.Ryan and his team took care of getting everything packed and loaded on the truck.Though the items were being loaded in the largest space, there was a big concern that the storage space was not large enough. Ryan and his team were able to safely load all of the items in the storage space where everything fit and the door was able to be closed and the lock put on.I was so pleased with Ryan and his team and All My Son’s Moving overall.
I had a great moving experience with Julio and All My Sons Moving. It was a very small move but the crew to great care of my home and my furniture. I would highly recommend this company!

My boxes and stuff was completely disorganized but they said, Dont worry, we got you.Also love having a flat rate and not having to worry about additional charges.
Canceled on us 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive, despite having confirmed with them twice the week prior to the move, including the evening before. When asked what they were going to do to remedy the situation, they said they could move us 2 days later and give us a 10% discount. Since we had to be out of our house that day, this was impossible (and also a slap in the face). My husband and I were left scrambling to find someone at the last minute. Fortunately, we found a great company and got the move completed…no thanks to AMS.
The moving team was fantastic. They quickly adapted to learning that I still needed help packing a lot of stuff. And they expended lots of sweat and energy getting me from one house to the other.
We had a move scheduled for this morning and no on has shown up. The phone rings and rings when we call and when my husband finally got through someone said they would call us back and not one has. The crew might be ok if we ever see them but not sure they will even show up today. On person told me that was were scheduled eight days ago, funny no one showed up on that day, one says we are on the schedule for today (which is what I scheduled). Sitting with a packed truck that needs to be unloaded and no idea when or if unload will take place. So Frustrated.
Liz and the team were great. Moved everything efficiently and good timely manner. Also made sure to have everything in the correct spot. Asked questions about how to move items.
From start to finish our move was a positive experience with All My Sons. During booking and follow up prior to move, all questions were answered so we knew what to expect. Thanks to Jason Escorza and his crew, our move went smoothly even as a tropical storm with heavy rain and wind bore down on us. They worked in harmony wrapping our possessions to protect from the rain, as well as putting down protection for the floors near entrances. They each treated our things with care, worked quickly and professionally on both ends. All questions were answered and Jason made us aware of each step in the process. Jason and his crew were just AMAZING and their hard work and good humor during terrible weather was reassuring. Thank you!
This move ran very smoothly. Very friendly staff. We enjoyed working with this crew, Eli, Joe, and Q. They were on time and made sure that every item was placed where we specified. We are very pleased with the service we received.
THEY CANCELED OUR SERVICE ON MOVING DAY… 20min before their ETA. They called to tell me that some guys called out sick today and were, apparently, “out late last night” according to the rep I was speaking with. We hired a cleaning company to come today to clean because we have to be out of this house by tomorrow and now this puts us in a huge bind. Not to mention our beds and everything are all taken apart and wrapped in plastic so now we have to unwrap the beds and some other things in order to sleep here one extra night. This is a real pain and a massive inconvenience. I’ve never experienced this with a moving company before; being so completely unprofessional and disorganized. It‘s incredible how you can plan for something for months, only to have it all ruined by some lazy guys who decided to call in “sick” on a Saturday and a company completely unprepared to replace them. I guess it’s obvious but we will never use All My Sons again and highly discourage anyone else from using them as well. Fair warning!
Paid over $1,400 for them to move extremely slow and leave 2 full pick up loads of stuff at my old apartment. I called to speak to the manager kenon and he was on the other line with an “important”call. I was told I can email him. Sent a full detailed email with a request for a call and no one ever called or emailed back. Horrible company from the top to bottom. I had to rent a truck and take two loads of missed things to my new apartment over an hour away.
Stacy Westbrook and his crew were professional, nice and extremely fast. Will definitely use again for any future moves.
Jason and his crew were awesome! They took great care with our belongings. They listened carefully to our moving goals and gave us great advice in places where we weren’t sure exactly what we wanted! We are so thankful for their help!

We scheduled for a move in the morning and they simply didnt show up. They moved us in the afternoon and didnt show up again. Finally we called again at 2:30 pm and told us they had to come the day after at 10 am. We scheduled 4 people, only 3 showed up. And they were late, again.... Also, the truck was smaller than what we had scheduled Totally unreliable and unprofessional. Highly recommend not to use this company. If there was 0 stars option I would use it.

I had a difficult closing on a new house. I was given 3 different close dates which were postponed after I made arrangements with All My Sons. Though I was tearing my hair out with frustration, the staff accommodated my every date change.The movers were professional and careful with my possessions. Though the move was on an extremely hot day, they performed their business without delay or complaints.I would recommend this company whether you have a big or small move. Eric Parks and his team are what every moving company should aspire to become.

I almost took “All My Sons” to Wake County Court. I wish I had but was just too ill.I called several times for an in-person quote to move a one bedroom apartment less than 1/2 mile! The intake man said “we don’t come for a one bedroom apartment.. it’s a set price.” I insisted and explained that I not ONLY had heavy antiques, china, crystal, chandeliers, armoires, packed cedar chests, and items not typically found in one bedroom apartments, but as they were antiques they EACH had to be carefully covered and secured so the wood would not be scratched nor the glass broken! STILL, All My Sons REFUSED to come for an estimate!⭐️ The 2 moving men arrived 1 1/2 hours LATE. They were EXTREMELY HIGH on Marijuana of which they REEKED! They were COVERED in INCARCERATION TATTOOS! One’s eyes were fire-engine red!When they arrived, one slurred “oh wow dude.. we have to move ALL of THIS FURNITURE and boxes? We were told we were picking up several boxes!” I replied that I had been EXPLICIT, MANY TIMES with their manager, and that each PIECE must be carefully wrapped as antiques.I told them SPECIFICALLY..”do NOT place ANY of my belongings on the breezeway! We have hundreds of Palmettos/cockroaches and worms, that will get into my belongings!” So what did they do?After wandering around for over an hour in a “marijuana haze,” I finally had to say “you need to GET TO WORK NOW!” I was VERY angry. I had tried to contact the manager multiple times and no one answered.Imagine my reaction when they started to carry antique furniture TOTALLY UNWRAPPED into the moving van! At that point I threatened to call the police.I finally got the office after spending 30 minutes completing more paperwork, where I circled “antique furniture and glass shelving MUST BE CAREFULLY WRAPPED!” They carelessly threw a blanket over my IMPORTED furniture!The move ended up taking almost 10 HOURS when I was quoted 3-4!!!⭐️ The manager of All My Sons attempted to JACK THE PRICE UP TO OVER $1,000 MORE than QUOTED, ⭐️ WHEN I HAD BEGGED FOR A MANAGER TO COME FOR AN ESTIMATE!”All My Sons were turned into the Better Business Bureau!If you want to deal with drugs, inebriated prisoners, and the WORST, most IRRESPONSIBLE moving job possible, call this company!
Very unprofessional service. Cancelled day of due to “flash flood” which went into effect a day prior but this was not communicated to us until 1 hour before our pickup window. They’ll leave you out to dry. Go with bell hop or a more dependable service. Horrible professionalism
Our experience with All My Sons was excellent. Earl Revel was our driver. He and his co-worker did our move at the end of a long day, without complaint. They were conscientious and efficient. We definitely would use All My Sons again... and I hope we would get assigned Earl and his co-worker!

Headline: Business and operations from main office confusing. CREW GREAT - NATE, JOSH, AND QUE.Communication and details from the main office pre-move were confusing. We were told we would receive a detailed invoice explaining prices for materials and incidental items before the move, and we did not. Despite emails and calls, we received no additional details. This could be greatly improved as it created confusion and multiple phone calls about price during the day.The crew - Nate, Josh, and Que - was good. They were prompt, listened to specific requests, and helped solution to eliminate the confusion we had from the main office. Highly recommend them as they are an asset to the company.
Was initially quoted 1500 during virtual consultation. Move ended up being 3200. Movers worked slow and spent time working out with my husbands work out equipment. They then lost the bolts to put punching back stand back together- they had no idea where they put them.One of the movers spent 45 minute in bathroom of our new house when they finally came with the first load- 3 hours after they said they would be there due to a flat tire in one of the two extra movers car. They didn’t wear masks and didn’t seem to take Covid protocols seriously.They broke two lamp shades, our wooden headboard and said nothing to us about repair.They were an hour late arrival.My husband tried to call and ask for a manager to call him back and no one EVER responded. Very disappointed and will NEVER use/ recommend company for moving.

Ive seen a lot of people note that they overbook, which is exactly what they did to us, and then blamed us for it. Our move was scheduled for Saturday. On Thursday, before the move, a woman called us and said that we would be the second move of the day and that, on average, we could expect a call around 2:00 in the afternoon. So, we planned for this and had several things to do before the movers got to us. At 9:30 am on Saturday, we got a call letting us know that the movers were 20 minutes away. I was flustered, but not at all upset, and just told them that we were told we would be the second move of the day and to expect them in the afternoon. The mover I spoke to was nice and said, ok, we will come this afternoon. At no time did he explain to me ANYTHING else. At 3:15, we still hadnt heard from them, so I called the main office just to get an ETA. The man I spoke to told us they were finishing up the move and would be calling us shortly. That was totally fine. 2 hours later, we still hadnt received a call so I called back. I got a new guy on the phone who put me on hold to find out what was going on. He got back on the phone and said, They arent anywhere close to finishing this move. We wont be out today. That was it. Obviously I was angry, especially since the last guy said we should be getting a call shortly. When I stated as much, the guy on the phone said that they tried to come out and that I told them no. That the afternoon move which is what we were scheduled for can occur anytime between 10-4 and that he had no idea why the first woman told us to expect a call around 2 and that the second man told us they would be calling us shortly. He was unapologetic and didnt care at all. It was absolutely the worst customer experience Ive had in a long time.
My moving team Eric G, Deonte G, Carlis H. We’re just amazing, they prepped my entire home and packed the truck in an Timely manner. The team was Great and very punctual and Respectful. These guys aren’t a joke they mean business if you are going State to State or even local this is the group to hire.
Jason Escorza and his team did a great job moving a very large bookcase. They were right on time and were very careful not to damage the furniture or walls and floors.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are completely unreliable and unprofessional.I booked a move with them 2 months ahead of time. They called a few days before to confirm and give us a time estimate. Everything seemed great.The day of my move, we didn’t hear from them all day. We called them late in the afternoon and they informed us they wouldn’t be able to come until 5 days later (AFTER our lease was up). Not only did they not give us any solutions (we had to ASK for our deposit back), but they also didn’t even tell us they weren’t coming as soon as they knew.
I want to generously thank Nate, Josh, and Que at All My Sons for my move this week! I typically do a bulk of moving myself but figured that buying a house is stressful enough, so why not get some extra help! They arrived earlier than expected, were efficient, and did an overall great job, especially considering I’m not the world’s best packer! Definitely recommend!

Buyer beware! I recently contracted All My Sons for a move. It was the biggest mistake!!! My movers were over an hour late from the scheduled time. Note that I was being charged by the hour! I was also told after the job was completed that I was to pay for gas for the truck. This was not stated at the beginning when discussing cost. After walking through all of the items to be loaded on the truck with the crew, I specifically noted items (dresser and nightstands) that were expensive and glass. Upon arrival to the new place the glass dresser was carried in on a dolly by only one person without care. It was dropped to the ground! The glass top had been shattered. After filing a claim, I received an offer for $150 for the $2,000 dresser that was damaged. When I called to dispute the offer of the claim I was told I should have purchased additional insurance to cover the damage prior to the move and hung up on. I was not informed about this prior to contracting All My Sons for the move. In fact, I was told I didnt need to purchase additional insurance. The entire process from start to finish was unorganized, unprofessional, uninformed and incompetent. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Seek services elsewhere.
From the time I contacted “All of My Sons” for an initial quote, each staff member I spoke to was friendly and very helpful. Solomon and Issac assisted with my move (3/10/21). They did an awesome job. Arrived on time and worked diligently. They were very careful with my belongings the entire time. They were professional and got the job done. So thankful for their time and efforts!! Would 100% recommend All of My Sons for any moving needs.
Let me say that Eric, Justin, Aaron, Deonte, & Zaydan we’re amazing to work with during our move today. Professional and courteous guys who were attentive to detail and cautious with our family’s possessions. Definitely will be calling them back for the next move.
Would NOT recommend!!! Movers did NOT show up. RUDE staff. NO communication.We booked movers weeks in advance for our first home. I requested morning time. I was told by Wendell that the staff would call me two days before to confirm the time.Two days before, I had to call the office and confirm my move. Staff gave me a time frame of 4 hours 1-5pm with only a 45 minute warning. This was not told to me weeks prior. I have ALWAYS had a scheduled appointment time with every other move at many different companies.Day of Move1:30pm- I asked for an update on the drivers. Staff told me they are just finishing up the first customer. There was no other customer in between and they should arrive to me shortly.3:00pm- I had to call staff again. Staff now tells me the driver is just unloading the first customer and won’t get to me until 5:00pm.5:00pm- I had to call staff AGAIN. Staff tells me the drivers have to get equipment and fuel THEN they’ll arrive to my location. This would take at LEAST 30 minutes.At this point, I express my frustration. I have to work the next day at 8:00am, the movers would not be done until 9:30pm. I ask for some empathy and even a discount because they are past 5:00 window. A male staff member is very rude back and says “I have done nothing but show you empathy. If you’re going to bad mouth my company I just won’t send the drivers.”I ended up cancelling this move with All my Sons. I had to call out of work the next day to handle a move that should have been done as promised ON TIME AND PROFESSIONALLY by this company.They’re going to refund me the $100 deposit (yay…). Can’t give back wasted time and a HORRIBLE experience of moving into our first home.
The guys at all my sons were very professional. They are more on the pricey side but quite literally do everything for you. Took good care of furniture and were fast.
Aaron Rather was a great team leader and kept the move on course. He always had time for questions even though he was very busy.The second part of the move has been completely different from the service Aaron provided. Take everything I said about him and place a not in front. The move from storage is now in its third day and many items have not arrived from theirsecurestorage. I have been waiting for 4 hours and no return call from customer service. My king bed is cracked and still not reassembled as per contract.

My delivery crew, Zikarius, Deonte and Damari were very polite and professional. They were extremely detailed and took pride in everything thing they did. This is my second time using All My Sons and I highly recommend them.
They cheat you by not disclosing information about travel and moving fees when you book your appointment. They were late twice and Donald has zero care for the customers just wants your credit card number. Be smart and find a different company.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE WOULD LIKE TO POST 0 STARS.As background for you, we had three gentlemen assigned to our move, which I’d like to call out was within and only 3 streets over in our current neighborhood AND, moreover, included minimal furniture and items as 95% of our belongings were already in our new house.As two business owners in the service industry who know what quality customer service looks and feels like, we assure you that the service we received from All My Sons was not that. In addition to being fully taken advantage of, both with our time and our own manpower due to inactivity and negligence, we endured disrespect, disregard, and blatant mockery – likely because we are two senior citizens with no one else on site to witness such gross behavior. Our questions were ignored; our concerns and requests (which were not many) were played down or turned down; and our property (both our old AND new home) and belongings were destroyed.For your reference, here are some examples for you to consider:- When we confronted the team about damage to my desk, which was literally broken in 2 pieces, the response was, “It’s not that bad; call the company then – they have insurance.”- When we requested that the team put down moving blankets when moving and receiving our larger furniture, they refused and said they didn’t need it. They did not wrap furniture in blankets either.- Because no moving blankets were used at our old home, the floors are now deeply scratched in multiple places.- And because no moving blankets were used at our new home, the BRAND-NEW 3 month old flooring has a continuous DEEP scratch starting in the entryway and running into and across the living room, spanning at least 12 feet.- Deep green markings were left on the top of the door frames, from the 3 gentlemen attempting to fit a larger shelving piece. We understand certain items may not fit, however, their clumsy, aggressive and neglectful manner of “moving” our furniture was not what we expect when hiring a professional company.This occured 2 days ago and we are still left in shock over what occured. We are left with damaged furniture, damaged property and items that still require moving. We have NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS WITH A COMPANY. EVER.

Deonte, Zikarius, and Damari were the team who moved me and they were great, friendly, and efficient. They arrived on time, and gave me a headsup before they arrived like was promised. Everything was handled with care and nothing was even close to damaged in the move. They were great at making sure everything was placed in the right spot in my new place as well.

Made the process really smooth, my wife and I were incredibly pleased with the proficiency and abilities of Lawyer and his team. Could not have asked for a better move-in and -out experience. As unpleasant and stressful as parts of the moving experience can be, these guys made sure this was not one of them.
