We needed to rent a space to store a vehicle for when we visit NC. When we arrived we were met by Jon who made the the initial visit smooth as butter. Found out that the vehicle would fit the unit however the spare tire needed to be removed. Jon was able to help us out with some extra tools that I did not have with me. He turned our problem into no big deal and we were in our way to Wisconsin. Thanks Jon!!!

I have rented at a few storage facilities over the years and SecureCare on Beryl is easily the best experience to date. Property manager Michelle is always friendly, professional, knowledgable and most importantly, responsive. Every time Ive called or emailed the office, she has responded within hours. Whether the question is about renting a unit, a monthly invoice or insurance coverage, she immediately starts working on a solution. Its rare to find that level of customer service these days -- highly recommend the Beryl Road location for storage needs.

I was impressed with the service. I broke the lock to my storage unit one night and called the next morning about it. Michelle, the Property Manager, put a new lock on my unit to secure it while I was away on a business trip. It is hard to find a better person and place to entrust your property to.

It seems to have nice gate access with no contact entry. I dont use this place myself. I was just helping a friend. But it seemed a good place for temporary storage.

I needed a small unit for a few months and this place was perfect. The main thing I liked was how the facility was managed--the onsite manager was always very personable, responsive, and on top of things. I will definitely rent from this facility again in the future when needed.

Rented here for two months with no problem. I dont know how the price compares to other storage places, as I didnt really shop around because I chose this place for the location, which was very convenient for me, but I paid about $100 for 2 months for a 5x10, with special for first month free, after fees, etc., which was fine with me. I really like how they do month-to-month leasing. I moved out a few days before my rent was due and then just called to cancel.

The managers a perfect mix of friendly n professional, n the units are very well painted as well as the building. U can tell she rllly cares. I would totally recommend

The whole process was pretty simple and easy. Our unit was labeled well and clean. The gate to get in and out worked well.
