I just opened my first storage unit ever though Ive been in many with my husband and Tessa in the front office was one of the sweetest people Ive ever met. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything, she made me laugh, she gave me compliments and just made me feel so welcome. Im so glad to have met her. My experience with trying to find a storage unit in a hurry was an excellent one with the Public Storage on Yonkers Road in Raleigh. The service that I received from Shawna was excellent to say the least. Shawna assisted me in finding the best and cheapest unit for my needs. She was so courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and patient with me and my husband. All of the staff on Yonkers Rd are some the best I have ever encountered. I truly recommend using this company for storage. You will not be disappointed.

Kayla is the epitome of great customer service. I got my storage unit 6 months ago on what was one of the most emotionally taxing days of my life and she made the process easy and painless. Helped me with my lock and sliding latch, and even came around to see if I was doing ok. She has always been a pleasure to deal with and I love pulling in seeing her car. She’s very personable, kind, and professional.

Jasmine was very knowledgeable and polite. I made an online reservation for a few different sized units because I wasnt sure which one I wanted. Jasmine asked a few questions and helped me narrow down my decision to two units and Im very pleased. In addition to the rental unit, I opted to purchase the Public Storage secure lock with keys for extra protection and insurance.

This place is chill and private, the rep here Julie is awesome. They check storage units routinely.
