Stay away!!!! Customer service is at a all time low. Shady characters hanging around at night. Place is not safe. The management team will try and get your keys to your unit for no apparent reason and no explanation. The other reviewer is right. People live in there units. There are bands practicing at all hours with their friends and all their cars too. Blocking access to other units. Very unprofessional. Tried to say something to management but they couldn’t care less and nothing changed. There are other storage facilities in the area with better customer service. Rent at your own risk. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Well,,, I am looking for a few units, I have a friend that rents here, when I went down to check the place out, I didnt even have to speak to any employees because my mind was all ready made up,, it was quite alarming see the amount of folks hanging around at night partying,,, thats right partying!! I believe there was a band playing or practicing,, also, notice some of there customers may actually live in there units!! We all have had hard times so I would hate to get anyone in trouble, but I definitely would not fell comfortable with my personal belongings being stored at this location and I also most definitely let my wife go there at night if needed, do to safety concerns,,
