Mold…Ray had our transfer e-docs in my inbox within 5 minutes of our request! Excellent service!However, when we opened our unit to move our belongings we found our furniture covered in mold. We paid for a climate controlled unit, but the indoor humidity levels are too high in this facility. Mgmt needs to add dehumidifiers. This is the South after all!It’s definitely disappointing because Ray is the best customer service agent we’ve ever worked with and I hate to have to move, but our furniture is too valuable to let it continue to mold . Will have to painstakingly clean each piece! :(

Initially I thought this was a good facility, but now I say do not rent here!! The roof has major leak issues. I relocated from a hurricane prone area to Raleigh. I now have to quickly find a new place to take my things because i do not want them destroyed by water damage. If you value your things do not rent here. Also the staff does not care. When I brought my concerns to the staff I was told maybe it wont leak over your unit. Not acceptable. They knew there were leakage issues and they did not disclose that info.

Ray was great and made this entire process a walk in the park! It was super simple choosing the unit and signing the contract online. Once we got to the location, (with our masks on) Ray met us outside at our vehicle, showed us to our unit and even gave us a nice key lock. The facility was also very clean. I would highly recommend this facility.

In a pinch to find a spot to store college items, Ray and Russell at Extra Space were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. I appreciated their diligence with reserving the proper size unit, and at just the perfect price. In the age of Covid-19, the facility had protocols in place to keep customers feeling safe and comfortable. Check-in was a breeze. Great team, nice facility!

What can I say, it’s a storage facility. Nothing special about it. The loading docks are almost always trashy and full of nails. I couldn’t tell you how many tires I had to replace or get fixed because of the nails. Those loading docks should be swept every day not once a week/month..

Very good customer service. All units are ground level which is nice, but there is only one ramp. Loading docks all around the building are helpful, just make sure your trucks bed is at least 4ft to make moving easier. Haven’t stored here for a long while yet, so can’t speak to that but overall I’m satisfied.

Ray and Russell are great to work with. They made my stressful day easy. Plus the rates were great, facility was clean and access was convenient for my moving truck! They also have carts which makes things so much easier! Can’t beat this place!

Well when I first called this place the lady who answered the phone was extremely nice and kind. Upon arriving the next day, I spoke with store manager Russell and he was extremely nice and quick. Awesome customer service! I was able to reserve my storage space online at Extra Space Storage without a credit card and go in person to pay and sign my lease agreement. Ray, the customer service agent, was extremely helpful, efficient, and courteous. I was showed the space prior to paying for it to make sure it would meet my needs. The storage facility was very clean and neat. The agent explained the lease agreement in detail to me and answered all my questions. This was the best customer service experience I had in a long time!!!

Rae was super nice. The whole process of getting a unit was quick and easy. The place is clean, easily accessible and secure. I feel good about storing my stuff here.

I manage an apartment community and needed to store several boxes for our community. The team at Extra Space Storage accepted all of our deliveries and placed them into our storage. They even helped me with my personal storage needs. I won’t go anywhere else.

If you actually want to really, truly meet your storage needs, this is the place to go. The rates are reasonable, they add perks like letting you use a moving truck for FREE, (you pay for gas), and best of all the service is outstanding. In fact, I havent had such good customer service ever. You feel welcome and as if your needs are the most important consideration. The true test of customer service is what the company does when something goes wrong. Another customer did something that greatly inconvenienced me. Normally it would have been a very stressful situation, but instead the personnel acted as concerned as me. Which is what you want, of course -- to feel like the company is commiserating with you and absolutely on your side. The personnel more than accommodated me and made sure things turned out well for me. I cant recommend them enough. Oh--and the facilities themselves are clean, well lit, climate controlled, and come in a good variety of sizes.. Exactly what you need for storage space.

This is the cleanest storage facility Ive ever seen. It is well maintained inside and out. The real draw for me was the loading dock. It can accommodate the smallest car to the largest U-haul. There are dollies and moving carts available, making move in/move out a very simple process. Finally, as a bonus, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I am very happy with all aspects of this facility and highly recommend it to anyone needing storage in this area.

I absolutely love these guys. The facility is solid - clean, secure, good lighting, etc.. everything I needed to feel good about my belongings being there for a while. In making the initial decision, having access to the moving truck sent me to Extra Space. But to top all of that off, Bill made me SO happy Id picked them. Hes extremely easy to work with and he has a great sense of humor. This was, by far, the easiest part of my entire moving experience. Highly recommend them.
