The short of it is simply that I highly recommend Miscellaneous Plus Inc for your move.For those of you that do not like to read a lot, scroll down to the other TL;DR tag. :)Now, let me tell you why. Tony was professional from the moment he came out for an estimate. He looked in every room of the apartment, asking questions about what needed to go, whether we would be boxing anything, pretty much all the normal questions you expect.He talked about host the cost of the project would be handled, as we had a move that was a great enough distance to be charged by weight. He asked about insurance coverage, offering us what was available through them, and advising what we should expect from that.After deciding to go with them, we set up a date, and Tony was very flexible to our needs, two weeks before Christmas, no less!We set the date and he and two others, Trey and Marcus (although I may have messed up the spelling of their names, sorry if I did). They brought up to our apartment a mountain of pads, tape, a huge roll of shrink wrap, and tools for disassembling bed frames, etc.Then they went to town. They moved quickly and efficiently, yet they were constantly looking to ensure they never nicked or bumped anything. Walls, door frames, the floor.Before wrapping and taping each piece, they did a quick once over, and confirmed anything suspicious, just so we were clear on what may have already been damaged, prior to their arrival.The front end of the move was flawless, and we all headed out at the same time to our new home.Having just completed construction on our home, we were, as you could imagine, very concerned about movers bringing in furniture to our home with brand new floors, and freshly painted walls!Well, after taking pads and placing them everywhere, to the point where no floor was showing anywhere they were walking, they started bringing items back in. They would stop just outside, remove the padding, and then gingerly bring everything in, placing it where we wanted, so we wouldnt need to slide anything around.All-in-all, there was not a single incident, and all three men were professional throughout the move.TL;DRI would use them again in an instant, and suggest you feel confident in doing the same.Tony M.

They arrived right on time; showed them what I needed moved and where, and they worked so well communicating and getting this overweight sleeper sofa from the basement to 3rd floor without any problems. Antonio and his crew have performed two jobs for us and on both occasions were impressed with their performance. First time we’ve moved when nothing was broken and all promises kept!! Tony and his crew were meticulous and super careful. If our furniture would have been wrapped with 2 blankets by others Tony and crew used 4 or 5. Super professionals and polite as can be. They worked all day (literally 12 hours) and moved everything without complaint. We had a house with heavy furniture and stairs.Highly recommend and when we move again Tony is our first call.

This review is long overdue but I had to recognize Tony and his team for making our move go so smoothly. Tony came to our house personally to do the estimate (number of hours) and discuss any special concerns, and the final bill was spot on. We had 3 days in between our move-out and move-in dates and he accommodated our schedule by storing our items in the trucks for a reasonable price. (If we had needed a longer storage time he also could have coordinated with Pods.) The team was professional and always on time. They packed our things with care and it was impressive to see how deftly they moved bulky furniture on stairwells and around corners without a single mark on the walls or baseboards. Miscellaneous Plus took the headache out of our move---my husband and I recommend them without reservation.

Tony was 15 minutes early, he was enthusiastic and energetic. Both movers worked hard the whole time and they were very efficient. They packed our truck very tight and made the best of the space. We had a few things that wouldn’t fit and he offered to bring them to the new house for us. They were prompt and worked very hard. I 100% recommend using them! I could not Ben happier!

We have used Tony and his team of expert movers twice now. Both homes were prepped for move and they came on time and moved an over 3400 sqft home twice within 6.5 hours - taking down tables, beds, etc. and putting them back up as we wished in the new home. Tony and his crew answered my questions ahead of time and provided a quote via Email. Then, at the scheduled day and time, he and his team showed up at our site a few minutes early. After a walk through, he developed a plan with me and then executed on it during the day resulting in an orderly and efficient move. His guys were great communicators, not only with me, but with each other really taking great care to protect our valuables and furniture and to not scuff the house or walls. All the guys were very polite and worked hard. The final price was what was discussed ahead of time so no surprises. I really am happy with the service and would use them again and recommend them for others.

“Miscellaneous Plus, Inc” did a fantastic job moving us from our townhouse in Holly Springs to our single family home in Fuquay Varina. Pricing was clear (per hour for 4 people) and they came with 2 trucks. We did most packing in boxes ourselves, but the carefully carried the boxes to the trucks, did all the ‘heavy lifting’ very carefully and did a wonderful job carrying everything in our new house. Very nice guys and the crew were working excellent together. They worked very efficient and charged a very reasonable price. Absolutely would recommend them!

When I tell you I can throw every good word that comes to mind in this review....I mean it. Heroes, Blessing, Thankful, Grateful, Strong, Honest, Attentive, Reliable, Perfect, Careful, Quality, Affordable, Reasonable, Accommodating, and the list can go on and on. Miscellaneous Plus rescued me from a terrible moving experience that continues to increase in cost. As a single parent, I paid another mover to move my items when I learned that Miscellaneous Plus was booked for the time period I desired. The other movers spent countless hours destroying, mis-packing and running up the clock for my move--in the end, I was left with all my furniture items still in the home, a POD that was poorly packed (thus a waste) and every item they touched scuffed, broke, cracked, lost, bent, split and pretty much trashed.Miscellaneous Plus saved the day with respect to packing an extra POD and later unloading the POD and setting it up in my new home. The movers were warm, strong, energetic, personable and careful. My worry and concern disappeared pretty quickly because their professionalism and attention to detail was readily apparent right away. Please, dont make the mistake I did and spend your time getting financially dragged when you can hire right--right away. Hire Miscellaneous Plus, youll have no regrets as moving is stressful enough.

Tony did a great job for us. We didn’t have an easy move as our new house had a long and twisting driveway and Tony did well to get up driveway without incident. He and his coworker unpacked truck and manuvered through lots of traffic in the house as the contractor was desperately trying to finish house. Tony did it all with a smile. I highly recommend them.

I cant recommend this company enough. When we had an issue that forced us to delay our move, the team worked with us to reschedule. Once the move actually began, all of our furniture was handled with care, and loaded efficiently into the truck.Our new home has a VERY steep driveway, and the team couldnt get the truck up the hill. Even with the added stress of having to walk every piece up the drive, our movers didnt complain and were great to be around. They even forced a large sleeper sofa up some stairs and around a corner that I really didnt think was going to be possible.The price was negotiated up front, and I didnt get any surprises once we got the bill. If youre looking for someone to help with your move, these are the guys.
