I was very pleased with their product.. I understood that this was a newly form company.. And there were a few hiccups when first getting organized..The product I received was exactly as expected.. Their prices were untouchable.. The delivery was on the time we mutually agreed on.. The labors were very polite and helpful.. I would definitely recommend these guy.. Wonderful company dispute the other reviews.. Thank you very much..

I have been trying to call Mucho Mulch for about 2 weeks. I was so excited when I received their flyer advertising natural hardwood colored mulch (not the ground up pallets and construction materials most other places carry). However, despite calling several times, for several days, at many different times of the day, no one ever answered the phone. I left a voicemail, but no one ever returned my call. So, tempted by natural colored mulch, I drove there today from Cary. They are located close to downtown, about a 20 minute drive. Unfortunately, I did not see any colored mulch in their very congested lot. There was only regular shredded mulch and many various work trucks parked there. It looked very deserted. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. It was a total waste of time and gas. Seriously, guys. If you don’t intend to answer phone calls or return calls, then why do you have flyers in money mailer packs?

I was promised mulch in February, then March, then April. Finally after the inbox was full and I couldnt leave a message I gave up. Its now May, its impossible to find another company because I was relying on Mucho Mulch and they fell through, and now Ill probably have to wait until fall to tackle my weeds. Wanted to use them because of the price, but they failed to follow through.

I would have to agree with Laura V. I received their information in the mail for cheap mulch. I called and I got someone to pick up the phone and he said to send him a text with what I needed and to what address it needed to go to. Guess what? He never showed. Called him back and he said he never received my text. Then he proceeded to tell me that one of his machines was broken and that he would give me a call back to let me know when he could deliver it. Guess what? He never called back! Tried calling him back several times and his phone went straight into a full mailbox. Never was able to get ahold of him again so I gave up. Save yourself time and just go with another company. You might pay more however they are most likely much more reliable then this operation. I cant believe these guys are advertising as selling cheap mulch when they never answer the phone. Customer service is nonexistent with this company.

Everytime we need mulch we call these guys. Their prices are so low its ridiculous. They beat the closest competitors price by almost 50%. Every load that we get is the best looking mulch too. No other mulch delivery company in Raleigh can compare to mucho mulch. We highly recommend calling them the next time you need a load of mulch delivered in Raleigh.
