Everything about this place was above expectations. Dropped off my clarinet on Tuesday to get some pads replaced, they said it would be done on Saturday. It was done on Thursday, and they recorked a joint and oiled all the screws at no extra charge! Cannot recommend them enough π
Absolutely the best place that Iβve ever had my woodwinds worked on!!! They overhauled my Conn 10M Tenor and it played like brand new!If you need woodwind repair performed then Flying Squirrel Music is your destination. Retired band director (30+ years).
I own a cheap clarinet I use for marching band and they charged me for a repair that costed more than the instrument itself. They probably prey on music novices that dont know what theyre paying for.
This shop is a really fun experience. She efficiently fixed my damaged flute, and answered all my questions. Im one very happy customer!
I am a first year teacher with very limited knowledge of my woodwind instruments. I bought a flute that was very damaged and had 0 clue where to start. Ros took a look at my instrument and was able to explain to me what was wrong and how to get it fixed. I felt so assured with her fixing my instrument. My students and I will definitely be back in the future for any maintenance we need on our instruments! Thank you!
Wonderful service & staff. Stopped in because Middle C was sticking on my sons beginner Clarinet. The repair was completed while we waited. The conversation was entertaining and informative. Recommended that we leave it soon for more regular maintenance. So happy to have this important small business in North Raleigh.
Very, very fast service. Employees are also nice
We are a family of woodwind musicians and this is where we take our instruments for maintenance and repair. They fix them themselves. They dont send stuff out. And their prices are best in town. And they are just super nice, super talented, skilled artists. Support a local small business of great folks!
They close early and every time I go they dont have vanilla milkshakes
Flying Squirrel repaired my sons clarinet on-the-spot after another retailer charged us $65 and didnt address the issues. Well be back!
The technicians at Flying Squirrel Music are top notch! Both my flute students and I have reached out to Roz for repairs on our flutes. She is always attentive, quick and does great quality work. Their repair shop is professional, responsive with great quality and value, plus they are fun people!! :-) We woodwind musicians are VERY fortunate to have them in our area!
Peter Lamb has always been very knowledgeable and helpful! Would never go anywhere else!
Great repairs for all your woodwinds
My middle school son and I have brought his tenor sax to Flying Squirrel Music on three occasions for minor repairs or to have questions answered. The staff are kind, honest, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about a plethora of music topics.
We have brought our daughters flute into this business on a couple of instances for small repairs. The staff and owners are the friendliest people. Repairs are done quickly and on location. Today I was in there and Peter had me in and out in less than 10 minutes with a simple fix. They are well priced and live by the philosophy of taking care of their customers first. We had sent our flute off for repair to another business for the same issue and it never came back correctly repaired. Worse yet, the instrument would be gone for two weeks. We live an hour and a half east of here, I found them by accident with a web search and they had nothing but reviews like mine. You cant go wrong with this group of fine professionals and we will never go anywhere else. Will let all of our friends know about this place. THANK YOU for taking exceptional care of us.
Quality woodwind workmanship. Best prices. Friendly people
Exceptional service and friendly staff.
I highly recommend Flying Squirrel for any woodwind repairs and used instruments. These guys are wonderful--highly knowledgeable, skilled, friendly and reasonably priced - simply the BEST!! They are musicians too, and passionate about doing great work. Everyone here is so nice and helpful! Roz brought my old flute back to life with a complete overhaul - now sounds better as my daughters marching band flute than when I played it many years ago! We also bought a used flute from Flying Squirrel, fully restored with amazing sound at a very reasonable price. They do a great job on maintenance and repairs we have needed over the years--they have been able to do most minor repairs while we wait--we are so fortunate to have such a great repair shop in Raleigh! Thank you so much Roz and Jamie for your amazing work and sound advice!
The guys in Flying Squirrel are awesome. They repaired our woodwinds within just a week for a fraction of the price of the chain stores. They caught issues with my saxophone that had gone several years unnoticed by the other guys. The end result was a beautiful, new sound. Flying Squirrel is definitely our go-to for all our instrument repair needs. They clearly have a passion for music and helping everyone to have access to an excellent instrument.
Flying Squirrel is the best! I am always weary about taking my instruments in for repairs, but not here. I have taken both my flute and piccolo in for COAs and minor repairs and have been thoroughly impressed both times. Both times, Ive gotten my instrument back in better shape then Id seen it years! Their prices are unbeatable and the work is very high quality. Thank you Flying Squirrel for taking care of my instruments, I wont take them anywhere else now!
My current rating is 5/5 stars, meaning that I do not regret my purchase, will likely return again, and would recommend their services to others for instrument related repairs, tune-ups, and other modifications.Summarizing keywords for my experience: friendly, knowledgeable, passionate, and fair.I wish to preface my in-depth description of my experience by saying this is the first instrument repair/tune-up I have personally sought out, and so my experience with the practices and prices of other locations is limited to the vague, and often absent, advertised rates I could find online. Therefore, my thoughts and opinions should be read with this in mind, especially if they conflict with opinions of experienced musical amateurs/professionals you know.I had needed work done on my Bass Clarinet, and so began researching locations in the area. Flying Squirrel Music stood out to me due to its high reviews, and so I called to get an estimate on the repair I wanted in order to check their prices. After poorly explaining the problem, I was told it would likely be about $35 to repair the bell key that had snapped, which is about the same price of the for the same repair 10 years ago (I guess my parents got ripped off on that one!), and so I decided I would bring it in.Upon arriving I was instantly greeted in a friendly manner, and began to discuss my instrument with a male employee, whose name I unfortunately forgot to catch during our interactions. Upon seeing the actual state of the bell key, he stated that he would likely need to partially rebuild it, and thus it would cost $45. That was still a good price for me and, considering the previous repair did not hold, I was interested in getting something more rigorous done. I then asked if he could do a general look over, as I was feeling that the instrument was not performing as it should, and I did not know if it was simply me being incredibly out of practice or the instrument needing some maintenance. He looked over it then and there, and we discussed some issues and possible services I could request. He laid out the basic stuff he thought would give me the most improvement, but also quoted me on other things I mentioned. I stuck with what he initially recommended, mostly dealing with keys and pads, and that with the bell key repair would be $100. Knowing how generally expensive instruments are, I felt this was still a good deal and so accepted. In hindsight, I should have itemized it all before I agreed, but it came out well in the end, and they gave me an itemized diagram of the services they performed.I dropped it off before the weekend and the next Wednesday it was ready to be picked up. When I returned to pick it up, I was once against instantly addressed, and he brought me my instrument and showed me everything he had done. He had even done a little extra than what I had asked! It looked good to me, so I payed the agreed upon $100, thanked them, and was out again in well under 10 minutes, maybe even 5. When I went to practice, I was amazed at how much better it played. Iβve been playing it again for a week now and nothing has come undone, and I am considering returning in the future for the addition of a floor peg to my bell. It was not a complete overhaul like other shops would charge hundreds of dollars for, but $100 for a repair and maintenance to make it play like new is something I really appreciate. Thank you, Flying Squirrel Music!
I have known Bruce, Ros and Peter in some capacity for almost 20 years. They do absolutely the best woodwind work in the Triangle and have worked on my personal flute, saxes, and clarinets. I would not take my horns anywhere else in the area.Beyond this, I am a teacher and always recommend my students go to their shop first. They are fast, courteous, honest, fun to chat with, and affordable. Flying Squirrel is an absolute asset to the area for every level of musician!
Kudos to all the folks at Flying Squirrel! Ros has been my go-to repair technician the past few years and has done an excellent job on my C-flutes, alto flute, and piccolo. Ive been sending my flute students to this repair shop, too, and everyone has been so pleased with the fine work and reasonable rates. Ros has also done an excellent job maintaining all the RAFA-owned big flutes, too -- our altos, basses, and even contrabasses! I highly recommend Flying Squirrel for woodwind repairs. We are so fortunate to have Peter, Ros and Bruce here in Raleigh!
Son lost a screw on his Alto Sax. I came in and the two gentlemen working were super friendly pleasant and welcoming! Right away they came over to see what was wrong and told me they could help. The gentlemen helping also tightened something that I didnβt know needed to be tightened! I highly recommended them! I listened while they helped someone else. Super knowledgeable!! I will return if we ever have any future problems with my sons sax.
This place is amazing! They knew what was wrong with my clarinet immediately and fixed it within 20 minutes. They were also so kind and hospitable. And they have great prices. I will definitely be coming back anytime I need another repair.
Very cool place! Even had Farside books. Good place to get instruments fixed. Nice and knowledgeable staff.
This is a great shop! Not just for the excellent repair work but also for the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I have had them work on every instrument I own, saxophones, clarinets, and a flute, everything from small tweaks to full overhauls. The work at Flying Squirrel has always been top-notch and affordable. If only I had a car mechanic this good. Five stars!
Very responsive, same day quick fix. Quality work and caring for my instrument. Good vibes in the shop too!
Roz does a great job repairing and maintaining my sons flute. She is knowledgeable and skillful. I highly recommend Flying Squirrel Music.
I had a bent key on my clarinet and we came in and he helped us right away and only took 5 minutes. He only charged us 5 dollars and last time it was free. 10/10 the best music store.
Flying Squirrel Music, run by Bruce, Peter and Ros, is the finest woodwind repair shop and the finest retail establishment I can imagine. These are knowledgeable, skilled, relaxed and responsible people who will fix your saxophone, clarinet or flute (I suppose they might do other instruments as well) at a reasonable price. You can always trust their advice about what needs to be done and know that they will do it right the first time. They have treated me fairly and honestly - Peter and Bruce for 20 years now - and it was that way from the first day I met them.
The folks at Flying Squirrel Music are great. They are knowledgeable, helpful and have clear communication. They helped me get a new mouth piece for a clarinet quickly. It was 5:55pm (they close at 6pm) and I was stuck at the light on Capital Blvd to turn onto Brentwood. They were willing to wait for me and help me out.One a separate occasion, they were able to fix pads on a saxophone with an affordable (in my opinion) fee. They clearly described what they would do, a spot on estimate. When I picked up the saxophone, it had a sheet attached with a drawing of a saxophone on it and notes of what was fixed. That was VERY helpful.I plan to bring in our wood clarinet for maintenance later this year because they have treated me so well on my 2 previous visits. If you have a need to buy, fix, or just want to talk about instruments, then go to Flying Squirrel Music in Raleigh!
Very friendly. Expert repair. Affordable. They have earned my business as repeat customer. For my familyβs instrument service needs, I choose to drive here from across town, over 1/2 hour each way.
Very helpful
Experts that know their stuff!
Brought my saxophone here for an issue with a pad. It was fixed quickly and for less money than I expected. I will always come here for sax issues from now on.
I had to get my sons two clarinets repaired at short notice. We dropped by Flying Squirrel Music and found the owner to be very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He fixed the obvious split pad and missing screw. He then thoroughly examined both instruments and identified a bent lever and two missing cork pads which he repaired on the spot. He also suggested some additional maintenance and cleaning tips to my son. It was great to be able to talk to a knowledgeable tech about the instrument. He was very efficient, I was in and out in about 30 minutes and pleasantly surprised by the very low cost.I highly recommend Flying Squirrel Music and will definitely be going back for any future repairs or maintenance.
The owner was nice and fixed the problem very quickly my flute plays so much better and is more in tune
We just found out about this store today and we are so happy to have found it! They were extremely helpful and took extra time to talk to us about some of the used saxophones they had for our son. They were in great condition and had been serviced already making us feel confident in purchasing from them.Another item that made us happy is that the people there use to work for Marsh Woodwinds of Raleigh. Knowing the people of The Flying Squirrel had such a great background sealed the deal for us!If you want great service by knowledgable staff that know their trade, this is the place to go!
Amazing repair shop! My daughter dropped and broke a bracket off of her piccolo over memorial weekend and had a performance on the following Thursday.Called and took it to Flying Squirrel on Tuesday (closed Memorial Day Monday) and they had it repaired within a couple of hours. I was able to bring it to her at band practice that afternoon... no lost practice time. Amazing!!!! Honest! Great Pricing!I will always bring her flutes and piccolo to them for any repair or maintenance from now on.Thank you Flying Squirrel!
They are so nice, their work is perfection. I wouldnt consider taking my clarinet anywhere else! I have had a complete overhaul done on one horn, and minute adjustments done on another. They are so patient while I try out the changes to make sure its just right. I cant recommend them enough.
Flying Squirrel Music was recommended by a professional musician for repairing our daughterβs flute. We had taken it to get a repair estimate that was ridiculously and dishonestly high by another music store in Burlington that wanted to replace parts that didnβt need replacement. Flying Squirrel Music fixed the real problems that needed to be fixed for $30 dollars. They even repaired the flute why I waited so I didnβt have to drive all the way back from Mebane where we live. The technicians were all very friendly and very experienced. The drive to Raleigh was worth every penny and still $90 cheaper than the rip off repair shop in Burlington.
Roz is always so helpful and knowledgeable about repairing oboes and other instruments. Repairs are reasonably priced and quickly performed.
The folks at Flying Squirrel Music did a fantastic job working on my tenor and alto saxes. They play better than they have in several years. I cant recommend them enough.
Very cool staff, everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Will definitely be back!!
Everyone at Flying Squirrel does a wonderful job with instrument repair!! I have trusted them with my saxophone for ten years now, and they always do beautiful work. They are courteous and timely with any repairs, and always are fair with pricing. This is the best place in North Carolina for woodwind repair- its probably the best place anywhere!
Ive been playing saxophone for nearly 30 years and have seen my share of repair facilities over that time. And I have to say the folks at Flying Squirrel are some of the best technicians I have ever used. I have had all of my saxophones (8 total) serviced there and each time Flying Squirrel has put returned each one to me in its best playing condition. Thats in addition to being great people who really care about their customers. If you want top notch service and great results, look no further!
Theyβre always super nice here- they fixed up some very old clarinets and a tenor saxophone for us, and have fixed leaky keys on my flute and easily unstuck my piccolo multiple times!
I just got home from the Flying Squirrel, and am feeling like I just have returned from a family reunion. Bruce and Peter welcomed me into their home away from home. I have a Mark VI tenor, that needed a cork or 2 replaced. Peter took a quick look, said he could fix it while I waited. I needed to run a short errand, and he had it ready to go, right on time! These guys are so willing to help and real pros at diag. and repair of any level of instrument, from student to pro. musician. I can recommend this business to anyone who has an instrument. Great customer service and wonderful repair service. 5+ Stars!!
Flying Squirrel Music is hands down the best place to take your wind instrument for repair or for lessons, and they have very reasonable prices.I happened to stop in this morning and had my Tenor Saxophone adjusted so that it could play for my gig the next weekend, as well as dropped off my Soprano, and tested out Bari mouthpieces. All well that while they took care of two Clarinets from one customer, and an Alto Saxophone quick repair for another.C. I have been getting my instruments fixed by Peter and Roz for 8 years now - And I have loved every second of it.I am immensely thankful for the 100% quality, top notch work done by the family here at Flying Squirrel Music. I love coming in, and Peter always has a smile to make your day.
May 26, 2015 - These cats are the best, from their expertise, to their quality, to their customer service. Four weeks ago Bruce replaced some pads on my alto, made some adjustments and had the horn playing better than ever. Two weeks I came in with a broken spring. Peter dropped what he was doing to help me out because I had a gig. The base of the spring was in pretty tight, but he got it done in short order (while I waited) and cleaned up a few other springs. This past weekend, I had a MAJOR accident with the same horn (not a good run), and it looks totaled to me. Peter heard about it, called me today personally and eased my mind that it could be fixed. I love these guys.May 28, 2015 - MIRACLE WORKER!!.. Followup to my previous post... Bruce is a miracle worker. He has brought the dead back to life! Not only does my horn play great, but it looks great. To the naked eye on a gig, no one would ever know that it was crushed just two days ago. More importantly, it plays like the dream horn that it was (before I tried to kill it). Thanks Bruce!!!
Hey, I play an oboe and needed it worked on. Where else would I go? I think best in the area for woodwinds.
This is a great place for instrument repair in the Raleigh, NC area. They must be musicians themselves as they can quickly diagnose and issue. We recently had my daughters flute repaired and they did a great job. Just make sure you call if you have not heard from them in a week.
They did a great job at a very reasonable price. Glad we went there!
They are extremely nice and very helpful - I would highly recommend for any woodwind repairs!
Need a woodwind? Need a woodwind repaired? Go Here!My daughter needed a clarinet for school. Picked up a used student model, all new pads and serviced. Remember Marsh Woodwinds? Walking through their door is like going back in time. And this is coming from a brass player ;-)
Very high quality work done and professional. Will be my first choice in getting instrument repairs.
Flying Squirrel Music instrument repair shop is truly a pleasure to work with. Theyre not only a bunch of fun folks, but also competent repair persons. Tell them your repair needs theyll take care of you.
Very knowledgable staff. Bruce did a re-pad and set-up of my 50 year-old Mark VI alto.. They will tweak the sax after everything settles in. Very pleasant experience and I trust the care they give my instrument. It was absolutely worth the 70 mile trip
Flying Squirrel Music is THE place for woodwind repair in the triangle area. Whether youre an aspiring musician and need your instrument to be put in working condition, or a professional who needs help finding the right feel and sound, these guys can help. Come in and talk to one of the three to discuss your repair needs and sit and wait in a relaxed environment while they fix. I take my clarinets to Peter, and I refer all my students to him.
Great place, very cheerful, reliable, and affordable. Peter is my go-to clarinet repair guy. He takes great care of my horns for me! I always send my students there too.
There is a reason why top musicians from around the country and beyond send their instruments here for maintainable and repair. Outstanding workmanship.
This is the best place in the Triangle for woodwind repairs. Ive known them for over 10 years, and theyve provided repairs to all my saxophones and clarinets. They offer high quality, affordable repairs and overhauls. For parents of school band students, I especially recommend you see Ros, Peter, and Bruce for their expertise and guidance with acquiring and maintaining your childs woodwind instrument. If you are considering buying a woodwind instrument either at a Chain Music Store or online/Craigslist, I recommend bringing it in to these folks to confirm youre getting a good deal, and for proper set-up and adjustment. This shop also has some used woodwinds for sale. The Chain Music Stores dont typically repair instruments on site, and they often dont do a proper/thorough job. At Flying Squirrel Music, you get to actually talk to the person who repaired your instrument, and they take the time to explain the work, and answer any questions you might have. Highly Recommended!!!
They repaired my Sax perfectly at a reasonable price...
I have known Bruce, Peter and Ros at Flying Squirrel Music for a number of years. They have always done first rate work for me and for everyone I know. I would not hesitate to recommend thier services to anyone seeking high quality instrument repair.
Hey Guys! Things look great on Google from over here. Forgot to give Peter the catalog page for a coarse thread extractor. Remind me next time I come visit. Fair winds and following seas,
Very knowledgeable, friendly service, fair prices, only place I trust with my flute.
They always do a great job. Trustworthy and helpful!
Our new go to and favorite place for clarinet repair. My daughter recently had her clarinet overhauled at another repair shop but had a key that was still not playing right. She took it back to that repair shop and they basically told her nothing was wrong with it and refused to fix it. As soon as we walked in to Flying Squirrel, the wonderful repair guy said no, thats not right and fixed it on the spot. $15 and 20 minutes later my daughter walked out with her clarinet sounding like it has never sounded before.Everyone there was awesome and they play great music!!!! An added plus.
They are no doubt the best music instrument repair shop around RTP area.
The folks at Flying Squirrel are very friendly, available and extremely competent at woodwind repair work.As I speak, I have a performance this weekend and my Alto (all of a sudden) developed a problem. I spent about an hour last night trying to figure it out to NO avail. I am actually thinking about driving 4 1/2 hours out of my way to have Peter or Bruce fix it. I have COMPLETE confidence in their ability to diagnose and fix the problem.I call them The Sax DoctorsBert CodyThe Musician Physician
I personally dropped of my metal clarinet, and the first guy, an older male, and the tech, whose name I believe was Peter, both were extremely interested in the clarinet and were able to tell me more about it than I had known. I dropped it off Friday afternoon and Peter called me the very next day saying that it was ready for pick up.For the same price that Music and Arts repair shop quoted me for the pad replacement, Flying Squirrel Music was able to replace the pads, give me new springs for the ones that needed replacing, replaced a broken screw and a missing screw, AND dipped it into a silver coating. AND I had it back in my possession in less than 24 hours.I will definitely be going to them for my repairs from now on.10/10, extremely friendly staff and their work is amazing. It plays better than my other clarinets
The Flying Squirrel folks are super nice and excellent repairmen! The best place for woodwind repair that I know of! Highly recommended.
Took our saxophone in for cleaning. Took all summer. When we picked it up, strap and reeds missing!!!!!! Would not recommend.
Ive been taking my oboe to them for years now and every time Im completely satisfied with their job on my instrument. I have since began interning for them and find their quality carries over the entire woodwind family. They always have a pleasant smile for customers and over the top repair abilities.
I like this place. Often, the staff can do minor fixes while you wait. The only downside is the jobs where you have to leave an instrument; sometimes it takes a while based on the volume of work they have in front of them.
They really are quick and very personable with repair work for musical instruments.
Ive been bringing my saxes, flutes, and clarinets to the awesome folks at Flying Squirrel since the beginning, and they ALWAYS do amazing work. One of the many things I like about them is that they take all of my instruments seriously, whether its my Selmer Mark VI alto or my Bundy clarinet. I trust them implicitly with my own instruments, as well as with my students. Take your woodwinds to Flying Squirrel!!!
I have known Peter, Bruce, and Ros for many years. Bruce and Peter have done excellent work on my horns. Bruce kept my Selmer Mark VI saxophones and more recently my Keilwerth alto, tenor and baritone saxophones in top flight condition. He does stellar work and I have never had a complaint. His prices have always been very reasonable for the quality of the work. Peter and Bruce (and Ros) are professional musicians and thus know the needs of the professional. They have my strongest recommendations.
They did an excellent job fixing my daughters alto sax.
My students oboe was in terrible condition! Her band director took it to another shop who charged her way too much and the oboe was NO better!!! So frustrating. But then she took it to the Flying Squirrel and its like a new instrument. Such a relief! I was beginning to think I was going to have to figure out how to fix it! And I just rented an English horn for a gig and one of the keys isnt popping up like it should (THEY wont be getting a good review!!!!!) so I am hoping they can help me out tomorrow! When I find out I will write another review!
I was delighted to discover that Ros, Bruce and Peter-my long-time technician buddies-had opened their own shop in Raleigh. I brought my flute, alto sax and a sop. for repairs. They fixed the saxes on the spot and Ros restored my David Williams flute to all Straubinger pads, which it came with, but before she became Straubinger authorized, there was no one else close to Wilmington to do the work. The turn around time on my flute was great and the price was right! These 3 really enjoy their work, their customers and take great pride in doing the best work possible.Flying Squirrel Music is easy to get to via I-40 and 440 and avoids the Raleigh traffic.Flying Squirrel Music is a truly professional instrument repair shop!
These folks are wonderful to deal with. They are extremely competent and willing to advise and help in any way possible.
A great place to get all your woodwind repair needs fulfilled. A nice place to hang out while your instrument is getting serviced or if they need more time, they are very timely about it.
The Flying Squirrel has extremely informative and kind employees, while being incredibly knowledgeable on all instruments!
I go to Bruce and Peter often when I have issues with my vintage tenor. They are always eager to helpβ even though I am not an accomplished musician. They work wonders on my horn!
Flying Squirrel is the only place I will take my flutes for repair! Ros does great work and is one of three certified Straubinger pad technicians in the state which means Raleigh locals no longer need to send away for their Straubinger work to be done! I send all of my students here for their instrument upkeep.
Amazing and fantastic service at an extremely affordable price . My son brought his classic Selmer for a service and they charged just $10 and it was quick and easy and fixed the instrument well . Highly recommend the folks - very knowledgeable too .
Great place for some sax work.
I dropped off my clarinet here and it was ready to be picked up the next day! Very friendly staff and awesome prices!
Best place in Raleigh for friendly, fast, reliable, instrument repair.
Always very friendly, quick and affordable! Worth my 30 min drive.
Im a pianist who just barely plays accordion. I was fortunate to get a call fromNC Symphony to play their production of The Fellowship of the Ring. An hour before the first rehearsal, my accordion started playing a Bb octave and wouldnt stop. After stopping briefly on Person St., I drove to Flying Squirrel. Bruce calmly wrapped up what he was doing and started working on it, while Ros stopped doing what SHE was doing and went to her house to get HER accordion in case it was a big problem. Everything was very calm and reassuring, and I actually learned a lot about accordions AND saxophones, since Stanley Baird and his friend were working with Peter. I walked out with TWO working accordions, for no charge, and still made it to rehearsal with twenty minutes to spare. Thanks folks, so much!!!
Great music repair shop, never could have asked for better service. Also Peter gives great improvisation lessons.
Whenever I need my horns fixed, I take them to Flying Squirrel Music. These folks are super nice and reasonable, and great at what they do!
Knowledgeable staff and very nice.
Very Good job and friendly staff not disappointed! Will go again if anyone happens to my sax.
Peter, Bruce & Roz have been taking care of my horns for over a decade. Wouldnt take them anywhere else.
