Josh King, Brian Patton and Sam Cruz showed up with a mask, as safety is the number one concern right now, and were completely professional and kind. Every detail was put in place with the upmost care and done in a quick manner! Could not recommend better movers then these 3!! Will definitely be using them in the future.
A bunch of tweakers moving boxes that find joy being in the way of any business they work around at times cant even park or leave for lunch.
Fabulous place to work. Great moving company.
RenoRelo Worldwide, via United VanLines, completely ruined my schedule for that month. I wish there were a 0 star review. This is the most untrustworthy company that has no respect to promises and contract, not just among moving companies, but among all business partners that I have interacted with.1. packing. Packing guys are friendly but too friendly, really treating my apartment like their homes. Sometimes, they needed to pee, and sometimes they just jumped to my kitchen to wash their hands. When packing, they directly tore my stuff unused boxes that I bought myself to wrap around stuffs. Even before the transportation, some packing boxes are already broken.2. loading. They loaded my stuff 6 days later picking my stuff at my apartments.3. travel time. They dont have any integrity in business. The contract indicated that they would deliver in 14 days, but it turned out that it would delay for 5 more days. That is almost two times longer than what u-pack would do. And you receive no warning and no updates through emails or phone calls at all.4. further delay. Again, the second rounds of hurt and lies transform my feeling from upset and worries into furious. United Van Lines are really irresponsible. Meeting are rescheduled, doctors appointments are cancelled; and they compensate for only 100 dollars for each day that is delayed. Also through a few days, I learnt that the responses to this comments are also lies; the agents wont answer your phone calls. So I usually just directly call United Van Line customer service and let them to contact them.BTW, I am an Asian immigrants. Reno is a city with a full of discrimination on non-white people. Doctors will use their students and restaurants wont show smiles on you. I dont know whether this moving agents follow the same culture there or not.to be continued on the bad experiences in unpacking.
Awesome customer service thanks Reno Relo 🙏👍
So thankful for Lucas and his team of guys. Our move was so stressful and they were nothing but kind and helpful!
Good move overall. I wish I had known in advance about locking in a specific delivery date. With that said, they moved all of stuff in a timely manner and nothing was broken!
Nice folks to work with
RenoRelo Worldwide, via United VanLines was a huge mistake. At over $7,300 I was expecting so much more. Initially a person was scheduled to come out and see what we were moving but instead decided to do a video chat at the last minute, of which the audio was only one way so I didnt know if she could even hear me despite numerous attempts asking her to give me a thumbs up if she can, she could but just chose to ignore me. There was a huge delay in getting a hold of anyone, every time I called it would be later that evening or the next day before I ever got my question answered. To be fair, it was June so they were busy and everyone was always super courteous. Its roughly a 3 day drive from Reno to Houston so I assumed delivery would take between 3-5 days. The paperwork said guaranteed delivery was 17th the following month, some 20-21 days later. I asked multiple people if this was the latest possible date or the one and only date and never got a unified answer, either they said yes itll be that day or Ill get back with you and never did. During the loading of the containers, the supposed GM came out to check on us since my mother was freaking out over some things and he claimed it would all be delivered by the 3rd or 5th, he clearly lied because everyone told me afterwards that it would still be the 17th which means our stuff will essentially sit in storage for 3 weeks. The packing crew was professional but a lot of the stuff they disassembled such as lamps were not re-assembled on delivery nor were they labeled properly so we have a lot of guessing to do. One rare vintage 1950s hand carved piece of furniture from Hong Kong was supposed to be well taken care of since the front right leg was loose but instead they broke the back left leg completely into 3 pieces. 2 bookcases which had pegboard style shelves had the pegs ripped out in multiple places since they didnt take the time to see how they come out. They refused to pack our grandfather clock which is fine so they arranged for a 3rd party company to come out and crate it up for shipping, they then gave the 3rd party company a 2 day window to come uncrate it and the crate doesnt fit through the door without tipping it over beyond the allowed amount of angle. They couldnt do the day of the move so it was either leave the clock outside in extreme humidity and heat for a night or tilt it too far and bring it in the house so we chose the latter since the humidity damage will likely destroy the wood much more than the tilting will damage the internals. In the end, we paid over 7 grand for someone to do what I could have done my self in a uHaul truck for less than $3,600 and in less than 1/6 the time.EDIT: So far it has been nearly 3 months. Communication has been awful and they have yet to contact me. I have asked multiple times to have the head person in charge call me to explain the lies and deceit and they are too scared to call me. MAN UP AND DO THE RIGHT THING! I am asking United to drop them as an agent permanently. Bad businesses deserve to go out of business.
Great movers! everything arrived in perfect condition. on time. and amazing service.
Removals, good service and attention
