Not a good experience. Ordered a pick up truck online, received the order confirmation email, and I even called to set a time to get the truck. When I arrived there was no one in the office, the doors were locked and there was no pick up truck in sight. I called the general manager’s phone number, the phone number on the confirmation email (which had been disconnected), and even the corporate phone number (left me on hold for long enough to give up). I hope that other U-Haul locations don’t just ignore their customers like this one did.
