I enjoy this facility. I feel my belongings are safe, as they have on-site attendance. The hours of access are lengthy and easily suited to your time of need. I have stored my belongings there for two years, not one problem!!Highly recommend!!

I think this is the best place to rent a storage unit in the North Valleys. Units are alarmed and can only be accessed with your key and code.

Could find the exit - nothing seemed to be marked - needs to have some sort of legend or map on a board (you are here kind of thing

So I have mixed feelings about this facility. They have in the past been amazing. However through the last storms there were accessibility issues. The lady was being professional as she could... granted I was upset and needed access to my unit. I lost 2 days wages at a brand new job because I couldnt get my tools. Then her husband got on the phone cussed my out and hung up the phone. Like I said they are typically awesome. However if theres an issue that should be covered in the rent of a unit... professionalism goes out the window.

Typical property full of empty boxes to rent and fill with your things. They have a code to get in and out. Which is a nice extra security function.

The facility wasnt accessible for assessment & having to fill out emailed / faxed paper work then return by same medium during limited business days & hours as well made this a hassle to begin with, they had good follow up / considerate customer service; however their location wasnt practical to my needs so I eventually had to decline using their facilities.

Was late on my unit and I paid it and the late fee. We went to get into our unit a week later and there was a red lock on it. I called and only got the machine so I left a message asking why this was there when the bill is paid. The lady called me back and was very rude said I should have called when we were there i told her i did and had to leave a message. She told me while raising her voice it was over looked they are doing the best they can and if i dont like it move out and hung up on me! My family has rented units there since 2007!

Ive returned to RR several times when Ive had to move. The units may cost a little more than other storage facilities in the area, but its worth it and you can tell that from the curb appeal. The lot and the units are well maintained. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful within reason, although i rarely need to deal with the staff other than signing up. Ive never had a single issue with RR and I recommend them to anyone.

Friendly staff and the place is well lit and clean. Units are in good repair. Gates are periodically shut down due to high wind (just the nature of north valleys) and youll have to get in/out while an employee is there to manually let you through. Really not a big issue unless you need to get in frequently at odd hours.

My in-laws had to move in with us under emergency circumstances and we had to find a self storage...quick! This place was amazing and very helpful! Remembering who we were when we went into the office added that personal touch that I always enjoy. Loved this place and would use it again!

This is would be the place you are looking for.I have lived in this area all my life, I have stored things with 4 different facilities over the years, and for the last five years I have been with Red Roof Storage.You wont find a better place. Dont take my word for it, everything they say is true,you can count on it. Go check them out you will see what I did and wont go anywhere else. I have 3 friends who I have recomended to Red Roof and they onlyneeded a place for a short term, They found them to be all that I said they would and were very pleased. Red Roof is not the only place, I know you can find just as nice of places around if you look, but you wont find one with Managers like Red Roof Storage. You will have someone looking out after you and your things and they will remember you when you walk in the door. Down to earth and very personable like the good old days. Isnt that what you are looking for? If so youve found the right place, right here with Red Roof Storage.

Place is ok, clean, decent hours, some lighting. What really sucks is that if you dont give ten days notice, they bill you for the entire month. Deal killer, never again and I would not recommend them at all

I have been a client of Red Roof for over 3 years. The facility is clean and well taken care of and has excellent security. The people that work at the location are excellent. I would reccomend this facility to anyone who is interested in a good location in the North Valleys of Reno and also to make sure that your unit will be secure at all times. To add to this the company cares about the local community and their needs.

You store stuff and pay. Its a normal storage place with decent management and security.
