Great experience here. Went in for a simple fender bender. I planned on going in just for an estimate as was requested by insurance but they were able to get me in right away for service. My car needed a new bumper and insurance was willing to give me an after market bumper but NW Auto covered the cost to get the original bumper for my car so everything looked brand new. I really appreciated that they did that! The car was ready that day but I ended up getting it the next day. Overall really impressed and pleased with the whole experience!

Professional, courteous and FAST!I had a collision with a fencepost during the freak snowstorm earlier this year, and after calling my insurance company, Andrea got me in the next day, and arranged to have my vehicle out the day I returned from my out-of-town business trip - I went straight from SeaTac to their shop. They also repaired a few other dings Id acquired over the years, at a VERY reasonable cost. Upon picking up the vehicle, there was a slight paint mismatch which they scheduled me back for. After repainting it, they even provided me with a sample jar for me to take care of the minor wear scratches acquired over the years. I highly recommend them for your autobody needs.

Some guy ran into my car on the side and dented my brand new Mazda CX-5. I wasn’t very happy about that but I was able to have his employer pay for the $2,000 plus damages and so I took it to this shop.They literally made it brand new again. I really am amazed that they turned it back into new like conditions.You truly can’t go wrong with this shop.

Great service, they stand for their words and deliver high quality service. I had a damaged door as a result of an accident and chose this place as my preferred shop for insurance claim. They handled everything well, negotiated on my behalf with the insurance company and ensured high quality parts are installed on my car.

So background story- I backed into a light pole, nothing too extreme but it did leave some damage. I left it like that for a couple of weeks because I didn’t want deal with the hassle of going through my insurance. I found NW Auto on Facebook because it was closest to me. They gave me a free quote and I was booked the next day! The customer service was amazing, from the girl at the front desk all the way to the tech bringing out my car. I will definitely come back, hopefully not too soon

Brought my Honda Civic in to fix my extremely damaged bumper. The process was quick and only took a few days. My car looked as good as new! Andrea at the front was super helpful and patient. Would highly recommend for a professional & no hassle experience

I had a problem with my 99 Tahoe door / door lock. I brought it in and received a quote for service. (good price BTW) I brought it in the next day and had the work done. It turns out I needed an additional part to finish the job. They brought it in BUT did not charge me for it. Very professional business, from the front desk (Andrea) to the technicians who work on the vehicles.
