I have never been dissappointed choosing All About Auto Collision since 2010 and they are the best and have gone back 2 more times before the current need for my car body work. This is a family run workshop with Tony, Alex and their 3rd brother. My car is like brand new after I left it to do their magic on my dented car after a hit and run incident. Tony and Alex are very friendly and I find them very honest and almost like my own family members. They get you a rental car which you can drop off at their workshop after the car is ready for pickup. They make your life so much easier and convenient. I highly recommend them and I will always go back to them where ever I am in Washington. Life should be made simple and they do a great job delivering simplicity and timely repairs.

Alex, Tony, and their team do an amazing job with bodywork. Theyve completed multiple projects for my car in the past few months and have gone above and beyond. They have not only completed my projects, but also put an effort into a relationship and I really enjoy being able to call them up with questions and ideas. They fixed my car after a commercial vehicle caused damages. My insurance worked with them directly. It was so smooth. If they needed more time working on my car, they would let my insurance know and my insurance would let my car rental know.Never struggled, and I got lucky to have all my damages covered since I wasnt at fault.My car was left like new. Very professional and responsive via text messages.

I brought my car in to get the rear end damage repaired. This car was going to be for my 16 year old son so I explained I didnt need it to be up to factory specs. They found a used trunk for me and went way above and beyond to make the car look great for a very reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone I know!!!

I got quotes from several other auto shops in the area and All About Auto Collision had the fairest price by a long shot! The owner was the one to greet me and take my car in, he was extremely friendly and accommodating. My 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee needed a brake light replacement and some dent/paint repair. I was thinking that my car would never look the same, but when I got there to pick it up, I was so impressed. It looked like it never happened! The service and the people will have me going back the next time I need work done on my car. Highly recommend!

All About Auto Collision did a great job repairing my brand new car after someone backed into it while it was parked on the street. Alex was extremely professional and friendly, and was able to get the work done in less than a week. I had brought them the estimate from my insurance company, and they were able to follow the order and price with no issues. My car was ready for me when I got there, and it was cleaned professionally. All work is guaranteed for life. I hope not to have to need body work again any time soon, but if I do, I would definitely return here!

Shopping around for quotes on fixing a leak. Based on where it was leaking, Tony mentioned it might be my sunroof drains, which I have had issues with before. He gave me steps on how I could take care of it myself as well as a quote for how much it would be for them to do it. The fast and effective communication was much appreciated. Ultimately their quote was a fair bit higher than the others I received, but you can tell they know their stuff here and take care of their customers.

This is the best place to get painting done hands down! They do excellent work, and customer service was excellent. Speedy and they also stand behind their work. I had some issues with a spot and Alex took care of it, no questions asked.

The guy was nice - thats very much I can say about this shop. But, the repair quality was really poor. The paint dust over my van at the time I first picked up, things werent aligned properly. It was badly repaired that I had to bring it back 2nd and 3rd time and still bad. He estimated 7-10 days to repair, but it dragged on for a month. It messed up my work schedule, my insurance car rental, and many other things. Im not happy still as things are still missing under the hood.

I just want to say that Alex and Tony are wonderful. I brought in my car for a front end repair, they answered all my questions i had in regards to how the repair would be done. The repair time was reasonable, I did have to take the car back twice for minor fixes that I noticed and they didnt give me any trouble or excuses about it. They said they would take care of it no charge. There was one instance i dropped off the car for a fix and I didnt have a ride home and Tony offered to drop me off at my home which was not that far from the shop. I say they go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Great service!

Hated the parking situation here. Was odd trying to find a place to get situated.The staff here is great. They really took the time to understand my need and take care of me. They werent the cheapest, but nowhere near the most expensive either.They delivered the part on time and installed it quickly. Even helped out with removing a few paint scratches.

Be careful. My Truck was painted and had rough orange peel with the clear coat. Brought it back they sand it down but left white swirl mark. Bought it back third time they tried some compound on it. Two weeks later white swirl mark again. Another customer bought her car by and they promise to paint bumper and they did only spot painting not whole bumper. The owner tend to say yes to everything but dont do the full work. This place quote good price to attract customers and then cut corners.I would recommend them only if you have older car where paint job is not important. I will have to re paint my truck elsewhere.

I got into an accident and I searched up top rated auto repair shops nearby and All About Auto Collision was one of them. I walked in and Alex was there to check my car and he instantly knew what to do after looking at my car for a few seconds. Afterwards, he gave me a quote on what was needed to be done.Since I only work part time and go to school full time, he fully understands what Im going through and he said hell try to keep things as cheap as possible. One of the reasons why I recommend other people to go here is that he treats all customers like were his family.After a few days, I got my car back and I was so impressed at his work. It doesnt look perfect but it was so much better than I expected to be because I was on a tight budget but overall, I highly recommend this place if you get into an accident!

I have gone to All About Collisions several times and dealt with Tony. I was completely satisfied with everything to do with this business. Their pricing is very fair, their work is excellent, their timing is what everyone wants, they say when to bring it in, and when it will be fixed, and their is no waiting. They follow thru with EVERYTHING they say, they will do for your vehicle to make it look new, the price is what you pay that Tony says, he will charge, no extra add on s and my car was finished in the time Tony said it would be done. Not only did he did an excellent job for me, but also for friends whom I recommended them to see Tony at all About Collision. Before I as retired I used to be what they called a secret shopper, we would critique businesses. This business would be rated top Marks. Outstanding, honest, business with quality work, that is how I rate this business

I got a hit and ran which left a big dent and paint fell off on my rear passenger seat door at the end of 2017. The car was a Toyota Yaris iA 2017.I checked out 8 different Auto Body shops around Seattle and Bellevue, each place gave a different price, but all within the thousand dollars range (The Toyota dealership repair was the worst one, a difference of $1000 dollar in repair cost compared to All About Auto Collision. They said they had to replace everything, including the door, the hell?!).A friend of mine referred me to Tony at All about auto-collision.Initially, I was concerned when the cost of repair was significantly cheaper here as the olds once said, nothing good comes at a cheap price or free. All About Auto Collision is an exception.Tony and Alex went through each stage with me and informed me the progress and what they would do with my car. Alex showed me the before & after photos of many other repaired vehicles, dated back to repairs in 2014, 2015. There, I entrusted them with fixing my new vehicle.In the end, I was not disappointed, the car looked brand new like it was just out of the dealership! Moreover, customer services from Tony and Alex are top of the line. Tony even went out of his way to clean and wax my car after the repair as some polisher was stuck on the door crest.Even though I live in Seattle, I am willing to travel to Renton just to have Tony and Alex to fix my car in the future. Definitely recommended. If you ever get in a car accident, these guys will make you feel like home.

Super friendly and very accommodating when getting your car looked at. A little on the slower side but that could have been partly due to them working directly with the insurance company since the insurance company was fighting on a few things.
