I brought my car here after a vandalism incident. They did a great job, I am very happy with the result. Everyone I worked with was super nice and professional. The front desk gal was super helpful. She was really attentive and took care of everything to make it really easy and convenient to drop off and pick up my car.

Renton Collision Center was recommended by a friend as her family has used them for years and I see why! They are kind, honest, and my vehicle looks amazing. Its a family owned business which is a lot nicer than a corporate chain. I dont usually leave reviews but they deserve one so I taking the time to leave one. Dont bother going anywhere else if you want to be treated right and have your car fixed right. They rock :)
Ken was great to work with. He kept me appraised of how the repair of my car was going and when I got my car back it was perfect. Definitely will go back, if someone runs into my car again. Hopefully that won’t happen again.

This place is awesome! They worked with me around a drop off date during the holidays to make sure my car was in the shop everyday. They also quoted me at 3 weeks minimum timeframe but we’re done at only 2.5! Would recommend 100%

I came here after being rear ended recently. A dealership recommended them, and I am lucky that they did. Super professional and friendly. Ultimately needed my bumper replaced which was on insurance’s dime, but they also took the time to quote an unrelated service for me and transparently explained pricing for it. The bumper looks perfect, and they even tidied my decidedly messy car and vacuumed while they had it! These folks are seriously above and beyond. I’m grateful I stumbled on to them.

When my car was hit and ran, I didnt know were to turn - especially as someone who knows next to nothing about cars. Renton Collisions staff helped me feel SO taken care of. Front desk and mechanic were so helpful and clear in helping me understand the process and making sure my needs were met. Within a week, my car was back to normal with no further input needed from me. Extremely patient and kind group - Cannot recommend this place enough.
Ive used their repair services before and never had an issue until today.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS RUDE ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!I spoke with Julie today who was extremely rude and advised us that we cannot get our car fixed there because they do not accept certain insurance, without being told which one we were calling about. When I asked well which ones do you accept, she couldnt name any common insurance agencies such as Statefarm or Geico. She avoided my question and proceeded to name different repair shops we should go to for a quote, shops I didnt recognize. Even after her behavior I explained that I prefer to come to this establishment as Ive been there before. She advised that she will have to call the insurance company to get the requirements for a quote (because she didnt know what they were) and admitted it would be her responsibility to call, which she didnt want to do. I offered to call on their behalf and she refused. When I asked to speak with someone else she told me shes the owner ( Not true according to their own website) of the establishment and no one else is available and hung up the phone.Ive always had such a good experience at this repair shop, it upsetting that they employ someone who is turning business away, especially during a pandemic.Please be aware

Took my car here after a collision and couldnt be happier with my experience and car. Ken was knowledgable, honest and extremely easy to work with. He and his entire team did a fantastic job. My car looks brand new.I called Renton Collision Center around 7 am on the morning I was in a collision. I was downtown Renton and they didnt open until 8 am. The friendly voice on the phone, Julie, told me to come up the hill and they would give my car a look before they opened. From the second I walked in Julie went above and beyond to be helpful. She helped me navigate the initial insurance process by making calls and helped me get set up with a rental car since the repairs to my car would take a few weeks. She also kept me updated throughout my repair process. Without a doubt, Julie made this entire process easy and stress free. Cant say enough good things.Couldnt be happier with the experience & the group of people at RCC.

I brought my car in for the repair of a dent to the left front quarter panel. I did not have the greatest of expectations because my car is a 2013 model and although it is an older car, I have maintained it rather well. I figured the color match wouldnt be perfect because the paint on a 6 year old car for sure has an expected amount of fading. The car also had some pin striping that I didnt think they could duplicate. Who does pin striping anymore??After only a week, the car was ready and I was totally amazed at the results. Not only did they perfectly match the color, they also matched the old pin striping! I was shocked. Chris, the service manager also totally detailed the inside of my car! My only expectations were to get the dent out and match the paint as closely as possible. They far exceeded my expectations. Jessica made the whole insurance payment process quick and effortless. Her professionalism and friendly disposition is a shining example of true customer service. Thank you guys!!

Based on a friends recommendation, brought impreza hatchback to renton collision center for some rear end repairs. Due to insurance company delays and getting payments approved, it took some time to get the project accomplished. Ken and his associates team did a magnificent job. Truly appreciate the detailed work the collision center did on my vehicle. Would highly recommend this place for any subaru collision work.
I got t-boned just before Christmas. Point of impact was my front quarter panel and wheel/axel. I knew it was a total loss because I work in auto claims. I also knew insurance adjusters try to steer people into their crummy preferred shops that do shoddy work with junk yard parts.Luckily I found this place when I was researching Google/Yelp reviews, so I felt the need to pay it forward and spread the word:The mechanics here are hip to the insurance adjusters tricks and pitfalls. From the beginning, scheduling an appointment, dropping my car off, to picking up my car, it was all #1 service provided. The staff are friendly, the work was professional, and the timing to complete the work was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this business to everyone!

I was involved in a car accident and Roy took wonderful care making sure that I was well informed and did an excellent job communicating between me and the insurance company until the repair was complete. Excellent place did a wonderful job on the vehicle!
My brothers car was repaired here. He drove out the shop and immediately all the dash lights were on and power steering was out. The shop told him he needs a battery and it’s good to go. However he’s not stupid so he did buy a battery and immediately brought it back and said if it’s simple here’s a battery fix it. They told him the car needs a computer replacement after some of their genius diagnoses. After that issue was resolved his fender liner flew off and is currently all mangled. I decided to take a look at the car since I am a collision tech myself and found the job subpar. There seemed to be dry spots in the clear and orange peel as if it’s rhe new style of painting. I wasn’t sure if my brother wanted to go back and deal with these “professionals” so I offered to repaint it for him. All in all it was a decent job for a rookie. But for a professional shop it is a an repair.would not recommend this shop at all
They are a insurance fraud company! They don’t want your service if it’s not though insurance they need claim numbers, agent names, times and date so they can give you the highest estimate! I’d recommend “all about auto collision” they helped me and customer service was great :)
I would definitely recommend this place of business. They did a fantastic job at fixing my rear driver side door after an uninsured motorist had hit me. They dealt with the insurance company for me and everything. They even washed and detailed my car for me when I came to pick it up!
We have been using the services of Renton Collision exclusively for over 20yrs. Awesome service. During a recent repair the floor manager found a pre-existing issue and repaired it at no cost even after I had been unfairly stern with him previously because I assumed he wasnt hearing me when he kept reassuring me he would conduct a thorough inspection after all repairs are complete. A hearty thank you to the floor manager whose name I am ashamed I dont remember. I didnt get a change to shake your hand when I picked up the car.
The prices seemed high, but insurance covered it. But it looked great and the customer service was really really good. Nice and helpful all the way

I had a great experience here, the hood of my car was offset because of a bent hinge and since I needed to get to work Chris bent it back into usable condition at no charge then gave me a reasonable quote to get the hinge replaced. Everybody was really nice and I highly recommend this shop to anyone
This body shop does fantastic work. My family has been going here for years. Same owner, same great work. We have never had anything but a great experience and our cars always look like they did before rhe accident big ones or small, its always great work. Hope we dont need them again but my family refers them to our friends and family.

I have had decent experience at Renton Collision however my last experience the colors dont match from an accident that happened last year their lifetime warranty is not lifetime theyve come up with excuses not to repair it I will not go back

I called the shop asking to set up an appointment for a quote on some body work. I called the number and told the woman in the office what I wanted. I told her the insurance company (Farmers) asked me to take the car to a shop of my choice, get a quote with pictures and fax the quote to them. All the woman would do is say no, that is not how it works, or thats not how Farmers does things.I tried explaining to her that those were my explicit instructions straight from the insurance company and she wouldnt believe me...Even if she was right she was very rude about it and would not let me get a word in edge wise.Suffice to say the customer service was lacking and I will choose a different body shop going forward.

My son was hit by a guy turning LEFT into this collision center. We asked them to take care of the car, they told me it was drivable and to take it home, not a thing wrong with it. Just the bumper hitting the tire, no big deal..) I took it to another collision place (in Kent) and I was told it was a TOTAL LOSS and shouldnt have been driven at ALL. It only went 35 MPH down the 167 HWY to Kent. On the outside it doesnt look like much damage, but there was actually quite a bit, as well as the transmission. This car had 111,000 miles on it. 1993 Toyota, it was a very sad loss. Im disappointed in the service they provided, the other guy was already a customer there and they sent us o our way, like we didnt matter. Thats what earned them one star.

Kudos to Ken, the owner, who stood behind their work, even when it was work done by a subcontractor (glass replacement) three years previous!I had a rear window and windshield replaced after vandalism three years ago. The glass subcontractor at the time seemed to have a problem with the installation. Finally it was done with an apology from Ken for the delays by the less than stellar glass guy. They got rid of that sub soon after!This last fall we got tired of parking uphill in our steep driveway and struggling out of the car. But when we parked facing downhill we found a big puddle of water on the drivers side every time it rained. I tore everything apart and realized that, by an insane route, the rear window was leaking even though it ended up in the front of the car. The bottom line is I contacted Ken and without flinching he had us bring the car back in and had his (very competent) glass subcontractor pull the window and reinstall AT NO CHARGE, even though we were three years past the original work! They spotted exactly where the seal had failed and without question chalked up to the previous window dude. Everything is now bone dry no matter how we park.Bottom line is that Ken is an extremely conscientious business owner. Imagine trying to meet everyones expectations, realistic or not, especially when working on someones baby! Well, were lucky enough to just drive a car and have been completely satisfied both times weve had to have work done by RTC.
Had my car fixed, assumed everything was ok. I took it to Toyota for repairs later and they noticed my airbag light on. RCC claimed that they checked that when I went in for repairs and it wasnt on so they werent responsible. I had it fixed by Toyota and they told me that it happened during the accident and should have been reset. I called RCC back only for them to tell me it wasnt on while it was in the shop and that maybe my system is faulty and Toyota should give me a new car.
Friendly folks. Service up front is a little slow but they do a good job.
They charged me $25 to get an estimate then their estimate was 2 to 3 times higher than the other estimates I received.
I took my show car to have them fix it twice. First time, they failed to put a gasket into one of my sensors on the rear bumper. Second time, Im missing a piece of my engine cover and found a hair follicle in the clear coat. It took them a month to get it into the shop and almost another month to finish it.
