Excellent experience at Service King. Great customer service from the front desk person, adjuster, and GM. They seem like a group of auto enthusiasts, and took good care of my old Audi. Workmanship and final product of repairs was excellent. Would return should I need other body work.

Had my car repaired here. The body work looks excellent and it seems just like new. Parts took a while to arrive (supply chain issues), so the original date was pushed out a bit. People were friendly and service-oriented. However, the automated service time updates didnt seem to track with the real timeframes. Also, they said the car was detailed on the interior but it didnt seem that clean. Overall, I was pleased. Im overlooking the timelines slipping due to supply chain issues, which I know are real.

I got my car to their shop. The car not clean well on exterior. Color miss match. Installing both side look not even. The back left side bumper is not flushed.

I had my rear bumper replaced here. The team was quick with the process and they gave me the estimates with cost and time. They delivered in all their commitments. They did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

My daughters car got broken into and needed a new steering column and ignition. It took them quite a while to find the parts, I get it, its a 98 Jeep. However, once they had the parts they kept telling us they couldnt find a mechanic to do the work. After TWO MONTHS and getting Allstate involved they simply told us they were not going to do the work. We told them we were going to have it towed to Collision Specialists (HIGHLY recommended, been going to them for years) and they told us it wasnt ready to be towed. Come to find out they had left it outside and open to the elements and it had developed mold inside. Needless to say, were I able to give them zero stars I would.

Got into an accident in front of their building and a wonderful woman came out to make sure I and the other driver was okay. I might not have been there to receive services for my car, but in my state of shock I received someone who helped me to calm and instructed me to take photos and do all I need to do for a situation I have never been in. I dont know her name, but thank you!

I just got my car back today from being repaired via accident. I quickly notice my charger was missing that was once connected to my vehicle before I turned it in for repairs. LOL lousy business and the new people dont know what is going on with your car while it is being repaired by insurance company.

Staff was professional. Updates and communication were minimal. My vehicle was there close to 30 days. There were parts and repairs that were performed and replaced that could have been avoided. I was told that there were components that could not be removed, which I was able to accomplish in 45 minutes. I know that I took an electrical/interior repair to a collision shop but they were a preferred service center for my insurance company and I was told by the Service King staff that they were able to do the job. The repairs we completed and my vehicle is on the road but the experience was not good.

I got into an accident and couldn’t close my trunk. I drove straight to Service King and even though the front desk stated they didn’t have any openings she was kind enough to get me in right away and get me into a rental ASAP. Brian kept me updated throughout the process and I got my car back early. Looks great. Both Dawn and Brian were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Being that this was my first accident I appreciated the way they walked me through the process. I would recommend Service King to anyone.

If youre with Geico, the rental is there for you as soon as you drop off your car for inspection/repair. Very convenient! Didnt take long to fix my car at all, my car looks brand new, I am very satisfied!

I know service king reads and responds to these reviews, that in part is why I chose to go here. Plus they open up at 7am, and are less than 7 minuets from where i work. Sean was alone in the office the morning I was there and even tho he said it would take a little longer than normal to get the estimate to me I had the estimate in my email before 9am. So that was under 2 hours. If the insurance company chooses to fix my car, I will return for more excellent service. Thank you for being so accommodating Sean.

I went in for an estimate first thing in the morning and the Receptionist took a bunch of photos of the damaged areas and within 10 minutes of my arrival my estimate was finished. It was processed and emailed shortly thereafter. Very efficient

Everything was quick! The repairs looked great. Someone hit my bumper last month. I filed the claim, did the inspection, and received my rental from Enterprise. Service King kept me updated by text alerts. I received my car back in nine business days. Ive had it for 8 days and my bumper has a small gap between where it is suppose to be connected. Its not a big deal but it isnt on there properly and I dont want it to get worst and it ends up falling up.

This place is great. My car looks amazing and they are friendly. They have great communication when dealing with the status of you vehicle. I truly recommend taking your vehicle here for repairs! For the comments about the front desk service, shes helpful and very busy. No one is perfect. I didnt have a good experience at all with the Enterprise service. They were rude and condescending. Id find a different location to deal with. I wasnt the only customer complaining at their desk. Their review is next...

Have had to come here twice in 3 months. First for a hit and run on my car. Great job, got my car back in a week. Only down fall was the trim stripping they use on my car starting to crack and fall off. When I came back for a second time due to being backed into at my work, they had my car for damn near a month... A lot of work had to be done, and fixed it to about 98% perfection. That I dont except to be perfect when lining up the door and the rear panel, but you really have to look to tell.My only true beef is when I dropped it off the second time I mentioned the tape on both sides. When I picked it up I see the tape on the left side fixed and assumed the right side was fixed, but it wasnt. Still falling off and getting worse. On top of that, they got super lazy on the left side an wrapped it around the bumper, instead of cutting it off flush with the body line like its suppose to, and even lining it up. Super lazy and not cool in my honest opinion. Pictures included.

Receptionists had very poor customer service when answering calls. The service manager, Sean didnt follow up with me with the status of my car, I was told there would be text notifications; they never went through because the system was down seemed to be the case every time I went in. I was promised it would be done on one day, and then told the next week or 2. They had my vehicle for way too long, seemed like it was last priority. Sean made up stories that the vehicle must have been wrecked a second time, when really it was just not fixed correctly or efficiently the first time. The vehicle had been parked in my driveway BARELY ever driven! I was not happy with how I was treated as a customer. Didnt seem like any of the workers were happy with their jobs, made the environment horrible. I have to give Emilio credit though, hes the only one that handled the frustration correctly. He buffed out the scratches that were on my vehicle when it was returned to me that way! Unfinished work was handed to me which doesnt make sense when my car was suppose to be done and showroom ready! I will never visit this location ever, and Ill make sure anyone I know will not have this same experience. This isnt my first rodeo with a wrecked car and I was was made out to be stupid by Sean.

If there is a zero star, I would love to give it at least at this location. My 3 day estimated repair took me 28 days. All these time, they keep saying same thing it is being under same process. I got interior detailing for over $200, but it was absolutely no good comparing to any other place that I have visited. Please think twice before going to this shop, st least at this location.

I needed a mirror off of a car and it had a very weird Torx screw in it. I had called and asked how much it would be for them to take it off and he basically said he wouldnt charge me if you had the right part to get it off. The mechanic tried for at least 15 minutes or so and was unable to get it off. Bet by the way they handled previous customers I could tell that they are honest mechanics which is hard to find.

My girlfriend and I went into Service King for a Geico estimate. The receptionist was friendly, professional, and efficient. Alex with Geico and Brian with the shop were amazing. Everyone here was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly . We got our car back early before the holidays. We are very happy and will recommend this shop to everyone!!

Brian was awesome and extremely friendly while writing the estimate. My issue is with your receptionist. I walked in for my 2:30pm appointment a few minutes early, and when I told her I had an appointment she responded by saying pretty sure you dont! The appointment was established through USAA, and a Service King rep named Johnny even called me this morning to let me know I am all set and entered in the system. When the receptionist looked up my appointment she tried telling me USAA never told them, and when I advised that a Service King rep called me this morning she just went back to talk to one of the adjusters. She then came back and just told me to have a seat. Straight up, worst customer service I have had in a long time.

My truck got wrecked by a customer of Geico. It was towed to Service King Renton location. Brian the manager treated me fantastic. He called several times about the status of the truck and after finding frame damage I chose not to repair it. The next day Brian called me and said he had the check from Geico for me to pick up so I could go shop for another pickup. Very happy with the whole experience. Good overall experience and Brian was awesome. My car was looking fresh after they finished with it. Also had the inside cleaned😃. What was irritating and frustrating was the lady at the front desk counter had some sass and attitude. After 1 week of setting up my appointment she forgot. Unprofessional and didnt take me or my claim seriously. Had to reschedule because they said they were going to text and email appointment confirmation but the never did. When I got back with them they had an attitude about it over the phone. Made my second appointment which once again they didnt email or text confirm like they said they would. At the appointment they barely inspected the vehicle didnt explain anything to me and was just trying to get me out of the door. I asked a question about the quote and the guy looked at me like I was wasting his time. It was only a small accident so it seems if its not a large claim they dont care. The lady in the waiting room with me got A plus service but her quote was much higher than mine. So maybe there is some connection there...

While the people at the actual repair shop are nice. the wait time to actually talk to human is the worst I have ever, ever experienced. I have called twice (at different times of the day) and I have waited on the phone for a customer service rep to make an appointment at the Renton location for over 45 minutes! I had to hang up and call another day. The repeated message is annoying and after leaving a message, I never got a call back. Very, very disappointed.
