I bought nothing, as they have a small selection and apparently no negotiation. The vehicles I looked at were just a little too rough. They look good driving by, but up close you can really see stuff. Sadly, much of it is things they could get fixed easily, but I got the you cant expect perfection from used cars line. Ive bought many used cars, and I do expect better. Sorry guys.

Fairly low pressure buying atmosphere. Pricing was good. Dom was a pleasant person. They didnt seem to be too contentious in their negotiations, although they really try to stonewall you. But the price was worth it.Offices are a little cramped. No real privacy as far as discussions go. But they seem to have a good, working team. I imagine they would give you privacy if asked for. Bathroom was clean, though light switch was hard to find.Lot can be kind of hard to spot from the street, so you have to be careful as you go by it.

I was pressured into trying to finance when I originally went there to purchase a vehicle with cash. I agreed with a higher priced car but told the salesman what monthly payment I could afford. I also informed him my credit was not the greatest. He proceeded to apply thru several banks at once. ( I have received 3 letters so far from the banks that hit my credit with a hard inquiry.) Then he came back with a payment amount of 80.00 more than I agreed to. I started to leave and thats when he offered to sell me cash the car that I went there for. On top of it all. I forgot to get my tags off my car and he refuses to mail tjem to me. So now I have to travel 50 miles again just to get my tags. Very poor experience

Luther is very disrespectful and rude. I had my car for a year now and I had to take it to the shop 6 times because they sold me a lemon. As I’m telling him everything that happen to my car he kept interrupting saying that he sells good cars, and since I have a used car it’s going to break. But what good used car goes to the shop 6 times in a year? My mom even got on the phone and he was out of line with her! Just don’t get your car here because they don’t care about you. They are very unprofessional and it’s sad!!

I have had my car for a year and a couple months. Now, there was a minor problem when I got it. I called the dealership and they told me that I couldnt get in touch with the mechanic through them and to call his cell number. He never answered or gave me a call back after I left message after message. I had to pay and get it fixed somewhere else and I was under warranty so I really should NOT have had to come out of pocket. I have been without my car for a month now. My engine is DONE, ALREADY..... My car looked beautiful from the outside, but it was a bucket. I contacted them and asked if their is something that they can do seeing as though I have had it for such a short amount of time, the man replied This isnt our problem anymore! Ive had the privilege of working here for three years. The first vehicle I got was a 2001 green Honda Civic. It ran really well and it was the perfect starter car. A few months ago I decided to step it up a little bit and I got a 2007 Subaru Legacy Manual. Id never driven a manual but was determined to learn. After about a month of practice I was finally ready for the road! Ive been having the time of my life with this car and I dont think I could ever switch back to an automatic. Its got good miles and Columbus Car Trader was able to find me a good used Subaru that didnt get beat up.
