Shady people here. Was waiting on financing to go through and the lady there sold the truck minutes after we left. 40 minutes before close and she told us that she would get back to us by 6 or first thing in the morning. Never heard back so we reached out to her the next day and she said she sold it to a guy that drove an hour away after we left! Shady! We had already had accepted offer and trade in offer. Will never shop here or refer anyone.

With the car in mind, make model, even the color, Sasha at Platinum and I began my search almost there month ago. Many cars have come through but none have been as perfect as my purchase today. My beautiful G Wagon! Thank you Sasha for all your efforts into making this dream a reality.

Highly recommend! I bought an Acura from Platinum motors and love the car! Upon purchase they told me my first oil change would be free. A few months down the road something was wrong with my battery (I don’t know much about cars) so I called to ask them what they thought it could be and they even exchanged my battery for me. I’ve watched this place grow into a top notch used car dealership, go see them!!

Platinum Motors is truly a family-owned business. Nicole and her brothers, Alex and Roman, run the show. All are extremely personable and very knowledgeable about the automotive industry (as well as other topics/subjects). No high pressure sales tactics at all because none are needed. The cars are all in excellent condition both mechanically and cosmetically (no clunkers here) and the inventory is very eclectic. The prices are outstanding! The price for the car (2015 Mazda 3i Grand Touring) I bought on Jan 2, 2019 was given a “GREAT DEAL” endorsement on the CarGurus website. It truly was a great deal as I searched a 500 mile radius from the Dayton, OH area and one car in TN and one car in VA came close but the TN one was priced 10% higher than Platinum and the VA one had 50% more miles (at the Platinum price). The fact that Platinum was a short 80 miles away from me was an unexpected bonus as I have traveled to the Atlanta area for two of my personal cars and to AL for another one. I go wherever I can find the best deal on a good, clean, and well-maintained car. I cannot recommend Platinum Motors more highly!!

Great place to buy a car. They will go out of their way to help you out with all of you car buying needs. They treat you like family not like another customer buying a car I have bought 3 cars from them and have never had any problems. If I did they would go out of thier way to fix it. Must come here to buy a car. If they don’t have it they will get it for you !
